공동생활가정 청소년의 우울감이 학교 적응유연성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 공동생활가정에서 생활하고 있는 청소년의 우울감이 이들의 학교 적응유연성에 미치는 영향과 이에 대한 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 2013년 8월 19일부터 9월 13일까지 전국 64개소의 공동생활가정에서 보호되고 있는 청소년을 대상으로 우편 설문조사를 실시하였는데, 총 172명이 응답하였다. 본 연구의 주요한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공동생활가정 청소년의 우울감은 학교적응유연성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이들의 우울감은 자아존중감에도 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 학교 적응유연성에 대한 우울감의 영향을 자아존중감이 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 공동생활가정 청소년의 학교 적응유연성을 증진하기 위한 정책적?실천적 함의를 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of group home adolescents depression on school resilience with focusing on mediator effect of self-esteem. Data were collected from nationwide 64 group homes by mailing questionnaire survey between August 19th to September 13th, 2013. One hundred seventy two adolescents were responded. The major findings were as follows: First, group home adolescents depression had negative effect on school resilience. Second, their depression had also negative effect on self-esteem. Finally, self-esteem proved to have a mediating effect on the effect of depression on school resilience overall. Based on the results, the implications for social work practice and policy were suggested.

그룹홈 아동 심리치료 지원의 필요성 및 제공방안

그룹홈에서 보호되고 있는 아동은 친부모와 분리되는 과정에서 다양한 부정적인 경험을 하며, 배치 이후에도 낯선 환경과 사람, 생활방식에 적응하는 과정에서 상당한 스트레스와 적응 상의 어려움을 경험하며 심리·정서적 문제나 행동문제를 보이기도 한다. 이에 대해 심리치료의 필요성이 강조되고 있으며, 아동양육시설과 가정위탁지원센터 등에는 임상심리치료 인력이 배치되어 심리치료가 제공될 수 있는 여건이 갖추어 지고 있지만, 최소한의 인력이 배치되어 있는 그룹홈의 경우 심리치료 전문인력도 없고, 외부 심리치료를 받기 위해 아동과 동행하거나 예산 확보에도 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 보호대상아동의 현황 및 지원내용을 파악하고, 그룹홈에서 보호되고 있는 아동에 대한 심리치료의 필요성과 심리치료를 받을 수 있도록 지원할 필요성에 대해 살펴본 후, 이에 기초하여 적절한 심리치료를 제공할 수 있는 방안을 모색할 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구를 통해, 그룹홈 아동 심리치료 지원 사업의 사례에 기초하여, 그룹홈 유형을 다양화하여 집중치료형 그룹홈을 설치할 것과 지역의 그룹홈을 센터형으로 연계하고 거점센터를 선정한 후 거점센터에 치료실과 치료사를 배치할 것, 순회 방문심리치료 서비스의 제도화와 순회 방문치료를 위한 심리치료 차량 운영을 그룹홈 아동에 대한 심리치료 제공방안으로 제안하였다. Children lived at group homes experience various negative experiences in the process of separating themselves from their biological parents, experiencing considerable stress and adaptation difficulties in adapting to unfamiliar environments, people, and lifestyles, and also show psychological and emotional problems or behavioral problems. Therfore the need for psychological treatment has been emphasized, and clinical psychotherapy personnel are deployed at child welfare institutions and foster care centers, but group homes with minimal manpower do not have psychotherapy professionals, and it is difficult to accompany children for psychotherapy or secure budgets for those services. The purpose of this study was to understand the current status and services of children under out of home care, to explore the need for psychological treatment and the need to provide psychological treatment for children at group homes, and to find ways to provide appropriate psychotherapy. Based on the case study of Group Home Children's Psychotherapy Support Project, the several provisional strategies for psychological therapy for group home children were suggested. The first one was diversifyinf group home type and run intensive care group homes. The second one was to link the several local group homes, and select a hub center among those local group homes and set up a treatment room and place a therapist at the hub center. The third one was to set up the tour psychotherapy services and psychotherapy Vihicle operation.

법적 문제행동 청소년의 경찰수사 과정에 대한 사회복지사의 개입방안

The purpose of this study was to suggest an intervention strategy of social worker to police investigation into juvenile delinquency. For this purpose, literatures were reviewed about the judical system and the police investigation process for juvenile delinquency in Korea and other countries. As the results of literature review, it was emphasis on the needs of other professionals` participation into police investigation and an intervention strategy was suggested. The police investigation process has four stages. At the beginning stage. only the criminal psychologist participate for the scientific prediction of delinquency. During this beginning stage, social worker can observe behind the one way mirror and suggest some professional opinion for the prosecution. At the next stage, social worker provide the services such as information offering about the whole judical process, family counseling in oder to reduce of negative psychological and emotional impacts, sensitive observation to prevent family conflict, networking with community resources if it is needed, and confirmation of rare planning for the juveniles to the juveniles and their families. At the end of investigation stage, social worker submit all the recording and his professional opinion to police in Oder to close the case with scientific data. At the follow up stage, social worker still can offer various services to the juveniles at the community base for the prevention of recurrence.

아동학대 인터넷상담 사례에 대한 내용분석 연구

본 연구는 아동학대 인터넷상담 사례의 내용을 분석하여 아동학대의 이해를 위한 보완적 정보를 제공하고, 아동학대의 예방과 치료 체계에서의 인터넷 활용방안 모색을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 인터넷 아동학대상담센터(www.childabuse.or.kr)의 공개상담실에 게시된 상담 사례를 내용분석 연구방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 아동학대 인터넷상담 사례에서 특정 경향성을 발견하였고, 분석 결과는 다음과 같이 3가지 주제로 정리하였다. 첫째, 상담의뢰자 유형과 상담의뢰자가 학대 상황을 발견하게 된 경로, 상담의뢰 동기.목적을 중심으로 상담의뢰자 특성을 분석하였다. 둘째, 학대유형 및 특성으로 피학대자의 학대상황과 학대유형에 대한 분석이 이루어졌다.<br/> 셋째, 피학대자 특성으로 성별, 연령, 가정형태 및 문제, 피학대자의 정서적 특성, 아동학대의 영향 등을 분석하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 아동학대 예방 및 치료적 개입을 위한 실천적 방법들이 제시되었다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the contents of child abuse counselling cases on the internet in oder to get useful knowledges to understand child abuse and to search an effective system on the internet for child abuse prevention and treatment. The methodology of this study is based on the quantitative contents analysis, which is useful in transforming qualitative raw data into analyzable<br/> quantitative data. Fifty five cases were systematically selected from the internet site of child abuse counselling (www.childabuse.or.kr) and were analyzed by the method of contents analysis. <br/> As a result of this study, it was found that there were specific tendencies in the child abuse counselling cases on the internet. Three major issues were reported here. <br/> As the first result, the category of clients, the path to find the abusive situation, and the motive and purpose to ask the counselling were presented. Secondly, abusive situations and abusive patterns were analyzed. For the last, the characteristics of sex, age, family pattern and family problem, the emotional characteristics, and the psychological and behavioral characteristics of the abused children and the adult survivors of child abuse were reported.<br/> Several suggestions were proposed for the improvement of practice and further research of child abuse prevention and treatment.

빈곤청소년의 진로결정자기효능감이 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향: 자아존중감의 조절효과를 중심으로

The purpose of the present study is to examine the effect of career decision-making self-efficacy on career decision-making level of the youth in poverty, focused on moderation effect of self-esteem. The sample was collected using instruments to measure career decision-making level(revised Career Decision Scale), career decision-making self-efficacy(revised Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale), self-esteem(Rosenberg`s Self Esteem Scale) of 624 high school students of families in poverty from June to July, 2007. The results of this study are as follows ; First, career decision-making self-efficacy can predict to career decision-making level according the results of multiple regression analysis. Among the factors of career decision-making self-efficacy, future planning(β=-.33, p<.001), vocational information(β=-.18, p<.001), goal selecting(β=-.30, p<.001) are effective factors. Second, self-eteem also can predict to career decision-making level according the simple regression analysis(β=-.30, p<.001). The higher of self-esteem, the lower of career indecision level. Third, there is mediating effect of self-esteem on career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision-making level according to mediating regression analysis. Problem solving and future planning are effective factors. The implication of these findings for career intervention for the youth in poverty and for future research are discussed.

청소년 자활지원관에서의 사례관리 적용과정에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to review the present state of youth self-sufficiency supporting centers, to understand the importance of case management application as an effective practice methodology to support juveniles, and to apply case management application processes for youth self-sufficiency supporting centers. With this purpose, literatures were reviewed the present state of youth self-sufficiency supporting centers and to show the importance for case management application. Case study was used to show the process of case management application. Case study is known as an effective and qualitative research method. There are 25 youth self-sufficiency supporting centers nationwide. Major roles of theses centers is to support impoverished juveniles by helping them finish school, get hands-on-job training, and to provide cultural opportunities in order to prevent cycle of poverty. It has also been founded that there is a great need to develop some effective intervention methods to achieving these goals. Case management has reviewed and suggested one of the most effective intervention methods. In this research four cases were analyzed, each providing detail process information for case management application. Conclusive results show that an insufficient number of workers, lack of knowledge and skills about case management are the major limitations in implementing case management.

아동복지 종사자들의 직무 스트레스 요인, 소진 및 이직의도의 관계

본 연구는 아동복지 종사자들의 이직의도에 관한 이론적 모형을 바탕으로 직무 스트레스 요인(역할갈등, 아동복지 업무고충 등)이 이직의도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는지, 혹은 소진을 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 또한 종사자들의 스트레스 대처자원의 양에 대한 인식이 소진에 대한 직무 스트레스 요인의 부정적 영향을 완충하는지 그 조절효과(moderating effect)를 탐색하였다. 연구대상은 가정위탁서비스와 아동보호서비스 담당자들로 총 190명을 포함하였다. 통계방법으로는 구조방정식모형을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 아동복지 종사자들의 직무 스트레스 요인은 이직의도에 직접적으로 보다는 소진을 통해 간접적으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 종사자들의 스트레스 대처자원에 대한 인식은 직무 스트레스 요인의 부정적 영향을 줄이는 조절효과를 보이지 않았다. 이 연구결과를 바탕으로 실천적 함의를 논하였다. This study examined the direct or indirect effects through burnout of sources of work stress of child welfare employees on turnover intentions. In addition, the study investigated the moderating effects of stress coping resources, which was hypothesized to buffer the negative effects of the sources of work stress on burnout. The study data were collected from 190 social workers in foster care services and child protective services. As a statistical method, structural equation model was employed. The study results showed that sources of work stress affect indirectly though raising the level of burnout. The study did not find the moderating effects of stress coping resources. Based on the results, implications for child welfare practice were discussed.
