Objectives : This study is designed to evaluate correlation between the data of D.I.T,I examination in Bell's palsy and the improving period. Methods : This study researched into the clinical statistics for 50 patients who are in Bell's palsy and they are treated with oriental medical care of Dongshin university during 18months from January 1, 2005 to June 1, 2006. The data which examinated by D.I.T.I, are the thermal difference of normal and abnormal site of acupuncture int Gl4 BL2 GB3 S3 S4 S6 TE17 in Bell's palsy. Result : There was statistic significance between thermal difference of normal, abnormal site and the improving period. The period was shorter in normal thermal pattern than hypothermal pattern, hyperthermal pattern. Conclusion : According to the result, there was a statistic significance that more thermal difference and more difficult to recover in Bell's palsy.
중초(中焦)의 한습담(寒濕痰)으로 인한 태음인형(太陰人型) 이명환자(耳鳴患者) 1례(例)에 대한 임상적(臨床的) 고찰(考察)

The tinnitus is a very common otorhinolaryngologic disease. But, we do not know the exact cause and the healing method of that. We have a case report of the patient who has both tinnitus during two years. He has also chest distress, chest pain, shoulder.neck pain, obesity. In Oriental Medicine, the cuases of tinnitus have diagnosed as the hepatic fire, phlegm-fire, heart fire, deficiency of the kidney, deficiency of vital energy and blood, and so on. In this study the patient classified by Sasang constitutional medicine, and the cuase of tinnitus diagnosed as cold turbid phlegm in Middle Cho, had a medical effects. And in the result, the other symptoms are reduced. So we report the healing process and result of this patient in this study.

본 논문에서는 국내 환경에 적용할 수 있는 EHF(44 GHz) 대역의 강우 감쇠 특성을 예측하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 일반적으로 10 GHz 이상에서 동작하는 무선 통신 시스템이 강우에 의한 영향을 많이 받는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 강우 감쇠는 빗방울의 크기 분포를 통해서 예측이 가능하다. 따라서 무선 통신 시스템을 설계하거나 강우에 의한 감쇠 영향을 분석하기 위해서는 국내 환경에 적용 가능한 정확한 빗방울 크기 분포 예측 모델 개발이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 충남대학교에서 측정을 통해 얻어진 데이터를 바탕으로 일반적인 확장 감마 분포를 이용하여 빗방울 크기 분포 예측 모델을 제시하였으며, 실제 강우 감쇠 측정 데이터와 잘 일치하는 결과를 얻었다. The attenuation due to rain has been recognized as one of the major causes of unavailability of radio communication systems operating above about 10 GHz. To design radio links for telecommunications and to evaluate attenuation due to rainfall, it is important to have a good prediction model for rain attenuation such as a model for drop-size distribution of rainfall(DSD), a theoretical model for specific rain attenuation, and an empirical model fur effective path length through rain. In this paper, the extended generalized gamma distribution for drop-size distribution, based on the measurements in Chnugnam National University, is proposed as a new DSD model, and predicted specific attenuation characteristics using proposed DSD model and rain attenuation values in the 44 GHz satellite path using ITU-R effective path length model, are analysed. The predicted attenuation levels are also compared. It is found that an accurate prediction method for DSD is very important to reduce the prediction error in the local satellite path.
전도율측정법(傳導率測定法)(AHI Mastitis Detector)을 이용(利用)한 유방염진단(乳房炎診斷)의 야외적용시험(野外適用試驗)

A total of 136 dairy cows were subjected to test for bovine mastitis by AHI mastitis detector, microbiological test (MT) and California mastitis test (CMT). The results obtained were summarlized as follows: MT indicated that the most important causative microorganisms isolated from mastitic milk were Staphylococcus aureus (59.3%), Staphylococcus epidermidis (16.4%), Streptococcus agalactiae (12.4%) and Streoticoccus uberis (4.4%). In Holstein breed, the critical threshold of electrical conductivity values of normal and mastitic milk were found to be less than $6,900{\mu}S$ and above, $7,700{\mu}S$, respectively. Although there was goad agreement (92.0%) between AHI mastitis detector test and CMT for the diagnosis of bovine mastitis, the diagnostic efficiency of AHI mastitis detector (80.0%) was higher than that of CMT (74.0%) when compared with microbiological findings. In addition, handiness and objectivity of AHI mastitis detector for the detection of mastitic milk suggested that this could effectively be used for the diagnosis of both clinical and subclinical bovine mastitis in field.
