不可否認, 在$quot;楚辭學$quot;史上, 宋代是一個十分輝煌的時代. 這幷不僅是因爲這個時代産生了《楚辭》專家和專著, 而更在于這個時代《楚辭》硏究取得了巨大的成就. 首先, 在 《楚辭》文本的硏究上, 從版本校勘, 典故考據, 義理闡發以及作品整理等方面, 對 《楚辭》作品作了全面的硏究. 將《楚辭》硏究向縱深推進了一步, 也大大地拓展了$quot;楚辭學$quot;的領域. 其次, 在對《楚辭》浪漫藝術的硏究上, 宋以前的學者沒有就此問題作出認眞的深入的思考. 而宋代學者則通過對 《楚辭》神話的考察, 對 《楚辭》, 比興手法的探討, 從理論上根本性地肯定了《楚辭》的浪漫藝術, 爲以后的《楚辭》浪漫藝術的硏究廓淸了道路. 其三, 在對屈原的評价上, 宋以前基本上, 從人格上, 從屈原個人遭際與行爲上, 肯定或否定屈原. 而宋代學者則跳出了屈原個人遭際圈子, 從當時楚國的政治. 歷史背景出發, 將屈原的$quot;怨$quot;與$quot;憂國$quot;, $quot;憂世$quot;, $quot;愛國$quot;聯系起來, 首次提出了屈原的愛國思想的問題, 從而將屈原的評价提到了一個新的高度. 由于宋人對于 《楚辭》不是作浮淺的零碎的硏究, 而是從各個不同的角度作全面的理智的思考, 因而大大加强了《楚辭》硏究的科學性. 不僅形成了宋代$quot;楚辭學$quot;獨有的特色, 而且也奠定了宋代楚辭學的權威性.

A study on compound contents for plastic injection molding products of metallic resin pigment

Injection molding process is widely used for producing most plastic products. In order to make a metal-colored plastic product especially in modern luxury home alliances, metallic pigments which are mixed to a basic resin material for injection molding are available. However, the process control for the metal-colored plastic product is extremely difficult due to non-uniform melt flow of the metallic resin pigments. To improve the process efficiency, a rapid mold cooling method by a compressed cryogenic fluid and electricity mold are also proposed to decrease undesired compound contents within a molded plastic product. In this study, a quality of the metal-colored plastic product is evaluated with process parameters; injection speed, injection pressure, and pigment contents, and an influence of the rapid cooling and heating system is demonstrated.

Since the COVID-19 occurred, many unpredictable circ- umstances took place at the mission fields. The perspectives of the mission and ministry were changed with the new problems during the COVID-19 pandemic era. The global pandemic brought the same problems to the North Korea mission. As the former problems of the mission were repeated, it is necessary to approach with the circulational understanding of mission that based on the essence and the attribute of the missionary task. For a successful North Korean mission, the Bible is the essence of the mission. Therefore, the evangelical task and attribute should be prepared with the importance of the Bible and the agreement. For now, the circulational understanding of the mission based on the Bible will be placed during the COVID-19 era. 코로나-19시대에 예측할 수 없는 수많은 변화가 선교와 목회현장에 몰려왔다. 원리와 원칙들을 돌아볼 겨를도 없이 사태 수습에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 접근과 이해는 선교와 목회현장에 또 다른 새로운 문제를 불러왔다. 문제가 문제를 양산하는 악순환이 되고 있다. 발생된 쟁점은 선교와 북한 선교 이해와 접근에서 동일하게 발생했다. 선교의 과제에서 과제를 보면 또 다른 과제가 발생한다. 그러므로 선교 과제는 본질과 속성으로 돌아가는 순환론적 이해와 접근을 필요로 한다. 근원적 본질은 성경이다. 선교와 북한 선교는 복음을 전하려는 복음전도의 본질적 과제와 속성을 갖출 때만이 가능하다. 그러므로 모든 선교의 과제가 성경의 가치와 인식 그리고 속성의 의미를 담고 있을 때만 유효하다. 그렇다고 과제를 본질과 속성으로 대체해서는 안 된다. A가 B라는 논리는 B가 A라는 논리로 보아서는 안 된다. B가 A가 되려면 먼저 필요조건을 확인 하는 작업으로 선교의 본질과 속성 그리고 과제와 사역의 관계성이 통합적으로, 전체적으로, 비판적으로 성경에서 가치를 찾아 역순으로까지 순환론적으로 정리되어져야만 할 것이다.

한국 지방자치단체의 지역 고유성과 지역 대표자의 의정활동

This article explores local characteristics of municipality that can have an influence on legislative behaviors of members of the Provincial Assembly in Korea. Studies conducted in the United States have suggested that size, scope and bias of municipalities, despite the impact of national politics, are significant predictors of the outcome of local elections in lower-level democracy. Based on the result, the paper hypothesizes that legislative behaviors of local representatives are likely to be constrained by the local characteristics in Korea. Using a survey of all members of the 10th Provincial Assembly in Gyeongsangbuk-Do, the paper examines this hypothesis. The empirical findings show that size, scope and bias of municipalities in Gyeongsangbuk-Do have a close association with legislative behaviors of members of the Assembly. In particular, low levels of population size, autonomous power and bias enable local representatives to represent residents and increase legislative productivity. As a result, the paper rethinks the way we evaluate that the local politics has been under the control of national politics in that local representatives respond to the local characteristics of municipalities in Korea. 이 논문은 한국의 지방자치단체의 지역 고유성이 지방의원의 의정활동에 미치는 영향력을 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 미국의 연구는 중앙정치의 영향력하에서도 지방자치단체의 규모, 권력범위, 지역적 편향이 지방선거의 결과에 유의미한 변수로 작용을 한다는 것을 밝히고 있다. 이런 결과를 토대로 본 논문은 한국의 지방정치에서 선출된 지역 대표자들의 의정활동이 이런 지역적 고유성에 제약을 받을 것이라는 가설을 세운다. 제10대 경상북도의회 의원들을 대상으로 조사한 설문조사를 활용하여 이 가설을 검증한다. 분석결과, 경상북도 지방자치단체의 규모, 권력범위, 지역별 편향은 지역을 대표하는 의원들의 의정활동과 밀접한 연관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 인구규모가 작고, 자치권의 정도가 낮고, 편향이 적은 지역에서 지방의원은 주민을 대표하고, 높은 입법생산성을 보였다. 이는 대의민주주의의 하부적 수준에서 지역적 고유성에 반응하여 대의활동이 이루어지고 있다는 점에서 한국의 지방정치가 중앙정치에 예속화되어 있다는 기존의 평가를 다시 생각해 보게 한다.

주시경은 국어의 연구와 운동을 병행했다는 점에서 대개 국엉ㄴ구에만 그친 다른 학자들과 구별된다. 그는 연구에 매진했을 뿐 아니라 끊임없이 후학들에게 자신이 고구한 바를 가르쳤으며, 나아가 겨레에게 국어에 대한 올바른 이해와 사랑의 정신을 심어주기 위해 애썼다.
