This study attempted to examine the effects of nonverbal communication of hairdressers on the formation of rapport and customer satisfaction. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 25.0 according to the purpose of the study. As a result, first, it was found that nonverbal communication of hairdressers had a significant effect on the formation of rapport and customer satisfaction. Second, it was found that the formation of rapport had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Finally, in the relationship between nonverbal communication and customer satisfaction, rapport was found to have a partial mediating effect.

온라인 프로젝트 학습이 정보 활용 능력 신장에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this paper is to suggest the method the fourth grade who haven't experienced with online project learning can perform the on-line project learning efficiently. And it is to see if there are any effects and improvement in using ICT after applying the online project learning system to the real school environment. For this, after analyzing the curriculum of Grade 4 in elementary school and abstracting some factors to improve the Information utilizing ability, I chose 12 topics of project learning. I built the on-line learning room and chose 6 topics among them. After practicing the project, I inspected the effects on them. And to understand the ICT-utilizing ability of the students, I analyzed if there were any improvement in ICT-utilizing ability with some questionnaires which consist of information collecting, information processing, and information interchanging according to the standards of Information utilizing ability of elementary and middle school students.

교수,학습을 중심으로 교사의 정보통신기술 활용 능력 자기 평가 도구 개발

교육인적자원부는 정보통신기술 활용 교육을 주도해 나가는데 가장 중심이 되는 교사의 정보통신기술 활용 능력을 신장시키기 위해 다양한 방안들을 수립하여 추진하고 있다. 그러나 현재 시행되고 있는 교사의 정보통신기술 활용 능력 신장에 관한 대부분의 노력들은 정보통신기술을 교육활동에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 능력보다는 기술 소양 능력에 중점을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 교사의 정보통신기술 활용 능력에 관한 국내․외의 평가 도구를 비교․분석하고 각 도구의 장점을 바탕으로 교사의 정보통신기술 활용 능력 자기 평가 도구를 개발하였다. 본 평가 도구를 통해 실제 교수-학습 활동 지도 능력과 정보통신기술 활용 능력을 총체적으로 통합한 평가가 이루어질 수 있을 것이다. Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development has drawn up and carried out various plans to improve the education of the information communication technology application of teachers , who are the most central forces leading the education of the information communication technology. But this current efforts of teachers have put emphasis on the skill-trained abilities. In this study, I compare the internal with the external evaluation tools about the current abilities of the information communication technology application of teachers and have developed the self-evaluation tools for this based on a good point of these tools. Through these evaluation tools, teachers will be able to integrate and evaluate the abilities of the real teaching-learning instruction and the abilities of the information communication technology application on the whole.

컴퓨터 문제 해결에 관한 학년별 경향 분석

효율적인 SW 교육 실습을 위해 학생들의 수준과 선호방식에 맞게 다양한 형태의 교수학습방법이 필요하다. 학생들의 컴퓨터 문제해결 선호 방법을 조사하여 학생들의 생각을 파악하고 학생들에게 알맞은 실습지도를 할 필요가 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 오류 발생시 문제해결을 위한 학생들의 선호 방법과 학년별 경향 을 분석하기 위해 G교육대학교 1∼4학년 학생 124명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 지인에게 직접 문의하는 방법은 학년이 올라갈수록 점점 감소하며, 스스로 해결하는 비율은 학년이 올라갈수록 점점 증가하는 추세를 보였다. 특히, 친구에게 물어보는 비율은 학년이 올라갈수록 현저히 감소하였으며, 인터넷 검색으로 해결 하는 비율은 학년이 올라갈수록 현저히 증가하였다. In order to practice SW education effectively, various forms of teaching and learning are needed to match the level and preference of students. It is necessary to investigate students' preferences for computer problem solving for the purpose of understanding students' thinking on and providing appropriate practical guidance to students. Therefore we conducted a questionnaire survey of 124 students in G national university of education from grade 1 to 4 in order to analyze students' preference methods and its trends by grade in computer problem solving. As a result of the analysis, the method of direct inquiring to the acquaintance gradually decreased as the grade ascended, and the rate of self - resolution increased gradually as the grade moved up. Especially, the rate of asking a friend decreased significantly as the grade ascended, and the rate of resolving using internet search remarkably increased as the grade moved up.

Ability to find some information is the basic ability in information making activity. Even though students have been instructed how to search information, however, they don't reach a certain level. For improving ability to make information, it needs to be connected to Korean and Social education. Therefore, this paper analyzes the contents of related-subjects to internal and external curriculum of computer education, and develops the program to improve ability to make information, selecting learning point for improving ability to make information.

MMO 촉매 하에서 N₂O 분해에 대한 메탄 SCR 반응 및 CO 생성 효과의 비교 연구

Nitrous oxide ($N_2O$), known as one of the major greenhouse gases, is an important component of the earth's atmosphere, and gives rise to precursor of acid rain and photochemical smog. For the removal of $N_2O$ and other nitrogen oxides, the SCR reaction system with various reductants is widely used. This study is based on the results of experimental and theoretical examinations on the catalytic decomposition of sole nitrous oxide ($N_2O$) and selective catalytic reduction of $N_2O$ with $CH_4$ in the presence of oxygen using mixed metal oxide catalysts obtained from hydrolatcite-type precursors. When $CH_4$ is fed together with a reductant, it affects positively on the $N_2O$ decomposition activity. At an optimum ratio of $CH_4$ to $O_2$ mole ratio, the $N_2O$ conversion activity is enhanced on the SCR reaction with partial oxidation of methane. $N_2O$는 주요 온실가스 성분의 하나로서 광화학 스모그의 유발, 산성비의 전구체 등 온실효과에 상당한 기여를 하고 있는 물질이다. 이러한 $N_2O$ 및 질소산화물을 제거하기 위하여 환원제를 이용한 Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) 반응 공정이 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Hydrotalcite 형태의 전구체로부터 Mixed Metal Oxide 촉매를 제조하고 그를 사용하여 $N_2O$ 분해를 위한 메탄 SCR 반응 및 CO의 생성효과를 비교 연구하였다. 실험결과 $CH_4$ 환원제의 첨가는 $N_2O$의 분해 반응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 최적화된 $O_2/CH_4$ 비율의 조건에서 메탄의 부분산화에 의한 SCR 반응이 가장 높은 효율을 나타내는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

교사의 직무수행을 위한 ICT활용능력 자기평가도구 개발 및 적용

교육인적자원부는 ICT 활용 교육을 주도해 나가는데 가장 중심이 되는 교사의 ICT 활용 능력을 신 장시키기 위해 다양한 방안들을 수립하여 추진하고 있다. 그러나 현재 시행되고 있는 교사의 ICT 활용 능력 신장에 관한 대부분의 노력들은 ICT를 직무활동에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 능력보다는 기술 소양 능력에 중점을 두고 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 교사의 직무활동을 분석하고, 국내외 교사 ICT 활용능력 평가도구를 비교 분석하여 교사의 ICT활용능력 자기평가 도구를 개발하였다. 또한, 개발된 웹 기반 교사의 ICT 활용능력 자기평가도구를 광주와 전남 지역의 교사를 대상으로 적용하여 성별, 직위 별, 지역별, 교육경력별 ICT 활용능력 수준 등을 조사분석하였다. The Ministry of Education and Human Resources Department of Korea have formulated various policy for development of teacher's ICT competence. But most of efforts expended upon ICT utilization currently, emphasize the ability which can handle computer skillfully than the ability for practical use in instruction, so that cannot induce distinct competence according to the duties and operations of teachers. This study aims to make scales for teacher's ability of ICT utilization in education of Korea. For the original purpose of evaluation, this tool made by job analysis and comparative studies with the existing appraisal standards. It can be the standards for evaluation of teacher's wholly duties on ICT applied education and proper self-evaluation tool for improvement of teacher's ability on ICT utilizing instruction. I processed measurement value of participant of Gwangju and Jeollanamdo area in this system and analyzed the level of teacher's abilities using ICT, a sex gap, regional difference, duty position difference and education career difference etc.

교육정보화를 통한 초·중등 녹색학교(GS) 만들기 모델 개발

환경문제가 부각되고 글로벌 환경위기에 대응한 저탄소 녹색성장 정책에 따라 초·중등학교도 저탄소 녹색성장 구현을 위한 방안을 마련해야 할 것이다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 교육정보화를 통한 초·중등 녹색학교를 만들기 위해 ‘IT 정보자원의 그린화’와 ‘교육정보화를 통한 교육환경의 그린화’로 구분하여 추진과제를 제시한다. ‘IT 정보자원의 그린화’는 그린 IT 제품 도입시 필요한 가이드라인과 IT 제품 재활용을 고려한 폐기 방안을 제안하고, 친환경 정보 인프라 모델을 제안한다. ‘교육정보화를 통한 교육환경의 그린화’는 학교 구성원들인 교사․학생들이 지켜야할 그린 IT 실천방안 및 교육활동을 제안하고. IT를 활용한 저탄소 교육환경으로 전환을 추구하는 다양한 교육정보화 서비스 활용을 제시한다. 앞으로 이러한 제안이 학교현장에 실현되면 녹색학교 구현에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다. Elementary/secondary school must make the scheme for the Low Carbon Green Growth embodiment because of the environmental problems and the Low Carbon Green Growth Policy for responding to global environmental crisis. This paper proposes a plan to make green elementary/secondary school model through the educational information. It divides into 'Greening of IT Information Resources' and 'Greening of Education Environment' through the educational information'. It is expected to embody Green School if these projects are realized to the elementary/secondary school. 'Greening of IT Information Resources' suggests the guideline necessary to the introduction of IT products, the method to abandon considering recycling IT products and environmental information infrastructure model. 'Greening of Education Environment' proposes the IT green practice method for teachers and students to keep and shows the practice of various educational information service to seek a conversion to low carbon education environment. It is expected to embody Green School if these projects are realized to the elementary/secondary school.
