        온라인 프로젝트 학습이 정보 활용 능력 신장에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this paper is to suggest the method the fourth grade who haven't experienced with online project learning can perform the on-line project learning efficiently. And it is to see if there are any effects and improvement in using ICT after applying the online project learning system to the real school environment. For this, after analyzing the curriculum of Grade 4 in elementary school and abstracting some factors to improve the Information utilizing ability, I chose 12 topics of project learning. I built the on-line learning room and chose 6 topics among them. After practicing the project, I inspected the effects on them. And to understand the ICT-utilizing ability of the students, I analyzed if there were any improvement in ICT-utilizing ability with some questionnaires which consist of information collecting, information processing, and information interchanging according to the standards of Information utilizing ability of elementary and middle school students.

        연계교과 학습을 통한 정보 만들기 능력 신장

        Ability to find some information is the basic ability in information making activity. Even though students have been instructed how to search information, however, they don't reach a certain level. For improving ability to make information, it needs to be connected to Korean and Social education. Therefore, this paper analyzes the contents of related-subjects to internal and external curriculum of computer education, and develops the program to improve ability to make information, selecting learning point for improving ability to make information.

        전단형 6분력 휠 동력계의 변형해석 및 평가

        본 논문에서는 6분력 전단형 휠 동력계를 설계하기 위하여 유연한 고정단의 형상과 치수에 따른 변형 해석을 수행하고, 그에 따른 특성을 평가하였다. 이를 위해 변형률을 감지할 스트레인 게이지의 조합을 연구하고 출력 변형률과 상호간섭 변형률 특성을 최적화 시킬 수 있는 휠 동력계의 내부 형상구조를 설계하였다. 휠 동력계의 외륜 부분의 슬릿 형태의 유연한 고정단을 둠으로써 출력의 크기를 개선시킬 수 있었으나 상호간섭 특성을 나쁘게 할 수 있는 변형률 분포를 가졌다. 이를 개선할 수 있는 유연한 고정단의 두가지 모델을 고안하였다. 스트레인 게이지에 ±1 mm의 위치오차가 발생하였을 경우를 가정해서 변형률을 평가한 결과, 슬릿 모델에서는 상호간섭 변형률은 출력 변형률의 약 4.61%로 크게 나타났으나, 개선된 모델에서는 상호간섭 오차가 0.21%로 크게 개선되었다. This study aims to design a shear-type six-component wheel dynamometer. To do so, the deformation analysis is performed according to the shape and the dimension of the flexible fixed end, and its characteristics are evaluated. We study the combination of strain gages to design the structure of a wheel dynamometer that can optimize the characteristics of output strain and the coupling strain. By providing a slit-shaped flexible fixed end in the outer ring of the wheel dynamometer, the magnitude of the output strain could be improved, but the strain distribution is able to deteriorate the coupling characteristics. We devise two models of flexible fixed stages that can improve this. In the initial slit model, the coupling strain is about 4.61% of the output strain, and the devised model is improved with a coupling error of 0.21%.

        미용서비스 산업에 있어서 점포충성도의 원인에 관한 연구

        최근 미용서비스 산업에 있어서 미용실의 수가 급증하면서 점포들 간의 경쟁이 심화되고 있고, 고객들 또한 다양한 선택대안 중에서 그 욕구가 점차 높아져가고 있어 미용서비스 점포의 측면에서는 고정고객을 확보하는 일이 무엇보다도 중요한 과제로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 미용서비스 점포의 점포충성에 관한 연구가 기존 소매점포의 충성에 관한 선행연구를 기반으로 많이 이루어져 왔으나, 미용서비스의 거래환경을 고려한 고객 비용적 접근은 없었다. 고객의 입장에서 보면 미용서비스는 서비스의 특징상 정보가 제한되어 있고, 서비스에 대한 평가가 매우 주관적이어서 미용점포 측면에서 이러한 거래환경을 고려한 전략을 수립하는 것이 고객들을 유지하는데 기여할 것으로 보인다. 이 연구는 Williamson의 거래환경과 거래비용이라는 개념을 미용서비스 산업의 특수성에 맞게 수정하여 적용한 것이며, 고객이 미용서비스를 구매함에 있어서 발생될 수 있는 거래환경을 고객의 거래비용으로 정리하여 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 미용실의 환경적 특성에 대한 선행연구와 세분화된 거래비용과의 관계를 검토해 보고, 점포충성도에 영향을 미치는 원인을 살펴보았다. Recently, the beauty service industry in Korea is growing rapidly as women have increased role in society and consumers have more diversified desire for beauty. In that sense, studies on the environment of transaction is necessary to maintain the customers who use beauty service which is one of the most prominent services in Korea. However, there is a lack of systematic investigation on that. Under those circumstances, this study tries to propose strategies by shedding light on the reasons of store loyalty based on empirical study. Furthermore, securing regular customers is deemed to be the most important thing as the competition among stores are getting fiercer in the wake of increase in the number of beauty salons. In that light, this study tries to shed light on the transaction cost clearly which affects the store loyalty, and focuses on the development of integrated research model for the transaction cost related to the environmental characteristics of beauty service industry and for the store loyalty.

        다문화가정의 부부갈등이 아동의 수치심에 미치는 영향: 부모양육태도의 조절효과를 중심으로

        본 연구는 다문화가정 아동이 지각하는 부부갈등과 수치심의 관계에서 부모양육태도의 조절효과를 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전라북도 지역의 초등학교에 재학 중인 다문화가정 아동(4-6학년)을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료 중 총 283명의 자료를 활용하여 통제변수, 독립변수, 조절변수 상호작용항을 순차적으로 투입한 위계적회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부부갈등이 높을수록 아동의 수치심도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 양육태도가 거부적일수록 아동의 수치심도 높았다. 셋째, 자율-통제차원의 부모 양육태도는 아동의 수치심을 조절하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 다문화가정 지원프로그램에 관한 제언을 하였다. 본 연구는 다문화가정 아동의 수치심에 영향을 미치는 가정 내 요인을 살펴보고, 다문화가정 아동의 수치심을 완화할 방안들에 대해 논의했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effect of parenting attitudes in the relationship between marital conflict and shame perceived by children from multicultural families. To this end, data were collected through a survey of children from multicultural families(grades 4-6) attending 80 elementary schools in 14 regions in Jeollabuk-do. For the final analysis, regression analysis was performed using the data of a total of 283 people. The main research results are as follows. First, the higher the marital conflict, the higher the child"s shame. Second, rejective parenting attitude raises children"s shame. Third, it was confirmed that parental attitudes in the Autonomy-Restriction level Moderating children"s shame. Based on these results, a proposal was made on a support program for multicultural families. This study is meaningful in that it examines factors in the home that influence shame of children from multicultural families, and discusses ways to alleviate shame of children from multicultural families.

        프랜차이즈 산업의 관계적 특성이 신뢰 및 몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 미용서비스업을 중심으로

          This study is to discern which relation-specific factor will affect positively on franchise success in the long run, with the method of advance study regarding credibility and concentration, by accessing in a relation marketing aspect that emphasizes on symbiotic mutual dependent relation. Also, this study is to explain how important it is on running the franchise system to execute the relation marketing standpoint and which factor will determine the actual franchise relation quality.<BR>  Due to the beauty salon business characteristic, without strict selection criteria, stable supply of service quality from headquarters and continuous relation management on franchise through the education and guidance, beauty service franchise will rarely survive in the market. Especially, education on professional technology for hairstylist and achievement on technology standardization of franchise system through the meticulous guidance would be the most important.

      • 학교급식 영양사의 변혁적 리더십과 서번트 리더십이 조리종사원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to investigate the influence of dietitans` transformational leadership and servant leadership on employees` job satisfaction. For this study, related literature were reviewed. Then, a survey was conducted with questionnaire to examine the relationship among variables that were found from the previous research. Survey research was conducted on employees working in 31 elementary·middle·high schools in the cities of Chang-Won, Ma-San, Mil-Yang, Kim-Hae and Chang-Nyeong from May 22 to June 9 of 2007. A total of 225 questionnaires were distributed, all were collected but used 216 for the analysis except 9 that contained inadequate response(response rate : 96.0%). For the analysis of data from the survey, SPSS-WINDOWS 12.0 statistics package was used. The main results of this study were as follows. First, employees were 44 years old on the average in the common subjects and the average length of service years were 54 months converting from years. In the common subjects of foodservice operation, direct management in the form of foodservice turns out to be 87.5% which means that most of the schools become to adopt direct management of foodservice. Second, whole recognition level of the leadership recognized by employees and the Transformational leadership on the level of job satisfaction turned out to be average 3.64 which was a little bit higher than the total average. Even on the part of Servant leadership, it showed average 3.66 which was a little high. But most of the averages did not get out the level 3.50~3.80 on the average in the each 10 question of Transformational leadership and Servant leadership. 3.09 was total average of job satisfaction and thus it showed lower recognition level than that of the Transformational leadership and Servant leadership. Third, in order to analyze how the identified leadership and job satisfaction affects, transformational leadership and servant leadership were put to independent variable and job satisfaction was put to a dependent variable. As a result of regression analysis, all had a positive influence on job satisfaction. Therefore, school foodservice dietitians should endeavor to show both Transformational leadership and Servant leadership having meaningful influences on employees properly and compositely according to the circumstances of the organization.
