Although there are a few reports concerning the side effects and toxicity of herbal medicines, there has not yet been any report concerning their causes, mechanisms or prevention. We investigated the internal reports concerning the side effects and toxicity of herbal medicines. In the findings, liver disorder (hepatic injury) was found in 7 cases, kidney disorders (nephropathy) were found in 12 cases, heart disorders were found in 4 cases and mineral-caused diseases were found in 2 cases. Besides, we found the major cause of the side effects and toxicity was drug abuse, such as over-dosage and long term medication. So, we hope this report brings more attention to the safety and toxicity of herbal medicines.

BacJung-pil(百中丸) using in stagnation-syndrome of gi and blood(痺證) is a expience prescription, A female patient diagnosed as wind syndrome of head(頭風), and stagnation-syndrome of gi and blood(痺證) showed severe pruritus, rash and eruption of skin. After the patient took BackJun-Pill, two hours later, We examined her change and witnessed macular papule and severe pruritus. Those symptoms disappeared in 7 days since we administer anti-histamine, steroid and GamDu-TangGamiBang(甘豆湯加味方).

본 연구에서는 Poly(VdF-HFP)를 사용한 Gel Polymer 전해질을 제작하여 기존의 액상전해질과 비교하였다. 제작된 젤 고분자 전해질의 성분은 FTIR 분석을 사용하여 화학적 구조를 고찰한 후, 성분조사를 통해 Gel Polymer 전해질임을 확인 하였으며, SEM 관측을 통해 Polymer 상태의 Gel 전해질의 구조를 확인하였다. 본 실험에서 제작된 젤 고분자 전해질을 구성하는 DEC와 PC의 최적의 성분비는 5 : 5임을 확인할 수 있었다. 최적조건의 젤 고분자 전해질을 이용하여 제작된 염료 태양전지(DSCs)의 효율은 3~4[%]정도의 측정값을 얻었으며, 이상의 결과로부터 기존의 액상 전해질을 대체할 수 있는 준 고체형 염료태양전지의 제작이 가능함이 확인되었다. In this paper Gel polyrrer electrolyte using Poly(Vdf-HFP) was fabricated and compared with liquid type electrolyte. The chemical structure and ingredients of fabricated gel electrolyte was investigated and identified to gel polymer electrolyte by FTIR, gel electrolyte was verified to polymer state by SEM From the experiment result, the better component ratio of Propylene carbonate and Diethyl carbonate for gel type electrolyte was 5 : 5. The conversion efficiency of fabricated DSCs using gel electrolyte was 3~4[%], expected to alternate with liquid type electrolyte.

This study is to suggest the improvement ways of predicted problems in the case of Conjoint Regeneration Program(CRP) considering the fundamental purpose of the urban plan. The method of the study as the case study is performed that investigate literatures related to the law, system, theories and have an interview with experts. There are three problems predicted from an analyzed case. First problem is the rapidly up-zoning of the land use without the consideration of urban environment and second problem is the overlap application of incentive system that gives the floor area ratio without the consideration of the urban infrastructure capacity and third problem is the method estimated urban infrastructure capacity when it is high density development. After these problems are evaluated based on the fundamental purpose of the urban plan, it is suggested the ways in order to improve CRP. The suggested ways are follows. First, it is the restriction of the overlap application of the incentive system that give floor area ratio. Sencond, uncertain standards and sentences of the system should be modified. Third, it is the introduction of new method that the estimates urban infrastructure capacity not considering the developmental area but considering the developmental density for future urban environment. Finally, it has to diversify incentive system such as parking system, mortgage ratio of tax, various tax favors etc and apply suitably incentive system considering the urban conditions.

In order to solve incoming environmental crisis and an energy crunch caused by the consumption of fossil fuels, lots of investigations and developments for solar cell application are getting a spotlight in various aspects. Amongst many solar cells, a flexible dye sensitized solar cell is an attractive research field from fundamentals to commercialization. In this manuscript, we introduce materials and available techniques for the future scientific research and technical developments in commercialization. 전세계적으로 화석에너지의 고갈로 인한 환경문제의 도래와 에너지 부족문제를 해결하기 위하여, 다양한 각도에서 태양전지의 개발이 추진되고 있다. 그 중에서도 유연염료감응태양전지의 개발은 그 활용도가 높고, 낮은 생산단가로 인하여 그 상용화에 더욱 가까운 연구 테마라고 하겠다. 여기서는 유연태양전지 분야의 연구 동향 및 최신 기술 및 재료들을 소개함으로써 앞으로의 연구방향을 제시하고자 한다.
