Illegal addition of steroids into cosmetics, ointments or drugs have been increased and their careless usage induced detrimental effect on health. We developed simultaneous analytical method using TLC, HPLC and LC/MS for the identification of 40 corticosteroids. 34 corticosteroids were well separated in HPLC with isocratic mode and remaining 6 drugs were also separated with gradient mode. All of the 40 corticosteroids were detected in negative mode in LC/MS. Halcinonide, prednisolone, triamcinolone acetonide and methylprednisolone hemisuccinate were detected in real samples.

Watershed is the land area that contributes runoff to an outlet point. To delineate an watershed, watershed delineation using GIS that contains grid data structure is the most general method. Some researchers have studied to implement algorithms that revise the TIN topography since it is difficult to delineate watershed boundary more accurately. In this study kruskal's greedy algorithm and triangulated irregular network (TIN) were used to delineate a watershed. This method does not require a conversion from to DEM in grid and automatically obtain(generates) the oulet points. Delineation algorithm was tested in Geosan-gun, Chung-cheongbuk-do and get small watershed areas. Finally, kruskal's algorithm could operate more precisely with revision algorithm.

This study is aimed to develop system that can export height automatically with Hierarchical Delaunay Triangulation and finally provide profile of hydraulic channel using 3D terrain geometry model. In this study, by using the object-oriented technique, we developed the traverse and cross-section design system of agricultural facilities, which maintain a consistency in the irrigation design process. This system can design the traverse and cross-section profile for the line type facilities. The results of this study, as for the design based on geography, after carrying out the modeling by using TIN of which employs Delaunays algorithm, it was found that the latitudinal design of the facility is feasible. And, as for the formulation of TIN, we obtained more precise result from using contour, stream, and road data rather than using the contour by itself.

In this paper, we attemped to establish Questionnaire items for evaluation of residential satisfaction level by factor analysis, and the model was developed as a function of primary component of Questionnaire items. For development of residential satisfaction model, items are selected by factor analysis and regression coefficient is estimated by the multiple linear regression analysis.

Preservation of geometrical context of terrains in a digitized format is useful in handling and making modification to the data. Digitization of three-dimensional terrain still proves a great challenge due to heavy load of context required to retain details of topological and geometrical information. Methods of simplification, restoration and multi-level terrain generation are often employed to transform the original data into a compressed digital format. However, reduction of the stored data size comes at an expense of loss of details in the original data set. This article reports on an alternative scheme for simplification and restoration of terrain data. The algorithm utilizes the fact that the terrain formation and patterns can be predicted and modeled through the fractal algorithm. This method was used to generate multi-level terrain model based on NGIS digital maps with preserving geometrical context of terrains.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the entire processes of rural amenity resources survey from the beginning to the end, to discuss the results of the survey and resources information establishment, and to comprehensively analyze the status of resources information application. Rural amenity resources survey, which is aimed at finding rural amenity resources to respond to the demands of the resources and support rural development, was first conducted by National Academy of Agricultural Science under Rural Development Administration in 2005. The first survey subjects were 149 eups and myeons in Korea, expanding to the nationwide rural villages. In 2012, the rural amenity resources survey was completed. Next year, the information establishment was completely made. It is expected that the rural amenity resources information established by the survey will be more applied and used, and that with the constant addition of new analyses in line with the changing environment demands, rural amenity resources will contribute to dynamic rural development.

본 연구는 한국 TV 프로그램에 등장하는 인물들의 담화를 중심으로 한국어 화자들이 공손과 유대감을 어떤 방식으로 증가시키는가에 대한 담화분석이다. 크게 두 가지 방법을 제시하고 있는데 첫 번째는 대화참여자들간의 아이덴티티 재구성을 통한 유대감 증가이고, 두 번째는 공손 표현 접미사와 비공손 표현 접미사의 부조합을 통한 공손과 유대감 증가 방법이다. 한국어 공손법 교육에서 비격식체가 지니고 있는 유대감과 친밀감에 집중해서 한국어 대화참여자들의 전략을 살펴본다.
