        오동도에서의 이용객에 의한 식생구조 (植生構造) 변화 및 이용자 심리분석에 관한 연구

        This study was executed to analyze the user`s impact on vegetation structure changes and user`s psychology in Odongdo Island of Hallyo-Haesang National Park. Five sites were sampled for vegetation structure changes vi the study area according to the extent of impact observed. Also user`s psychology was studied through questionnaire with the visitors and 366 answers were collected at random sampling in May, 1986. Evergreen broad-leaved forest, i.e. Machilus thunbergii, Cinnamomum camphora, and Camellia japonica forest, took possession of 32.5% (3.91㏊) of total forest area when condisering the actual vegetation. Camellia japonica community covered 40.0% (4.72㏊) and Sasa coreana community took possession of 41.8% (5.02㏊). The area of environmental impact grade 3 and 4 area covered 44.3% of total forest area and it should be restored because self-repair seemed to be impossible. The evergreen broad-leaved forest was destoryed seriously with no younger trees in middle and lower layers by overuse impact and would be bared soon. So the preservation of autochthonous flora is required by the control of the number of users. It was shown that most of visitors come on holidays and Sunday and places which were favorably impressed were shown as the area of showing the sea and Camellia forest. Overall levels of satisfaction was comparatively low, consequently 55% of visitors were satisfied. This level of satisfaction was associated with number of users, landscape of forest and number of facilities.

        임지매입 타당성 분석을 위한 이론적 고찰 - 재무분석을 중심으로 -

        Premise was needed to develop and utilize forestland for productive use. First, the market price of forestlands should be fixed on a reasonable level. Secondly, it should be ascertained whether efficient and economical use of capital is possible when individual investors intend to develop the forestland. Therefore, this study recommends the method for estimating the market price of forestland and theoretical methodology on feasibility of development promotion for individual investors.

        산림취득자본의 성격과 그들의 임업생산에 관한 연구 - 산림의 소유변동과 그들의 임업투자 사례 -

        The objectives of this report is to evaluate the contribution of forest investments by the forest owners for the developments of private forests in the villages where the forest production, especially, chestnut production is active. The results obtained are as follows : 1) Newly purchased forest lands of 526 hectares, 71 percent, in 741 hectares by 96 farmers were replanted with chestnut trees for chestnut production. 2) As the chestnut production is considered to be the unique source of the early capital return in management of forests, selling and buying of forest lands in the area surveyed are enhanced to reforest the forest land with chestnut seedlings. 3) Most of new farmers being engaged in plantation and production of chestnuts in the forests are employees of private industries and government agencies, and merchants in neighboring towns. 4) All materials and expenses for formation of chestnut orchards are generally supplied by forest land owners. 5) Active buying and selling of newly established chestnut bushes are surely served as the estate in the area, thus, the trading of the bushes of young chestnut seedling also enhances the forest as the estate. 6) The management of forest established with chestnut orchards is a special form for forest investment, it makes possible to encourage imputing of capital to the new form of forests, chestnut orchards, and it could be a good possible model for private forest development as compared with that of government funding.

      • 해상중량물운송시 이후적된 질적 파손에 관한 실험적 연구

        The Internation Maritime Organization (IMO) has required that ships other than cellular-ships which carry cargo units and other entities should be provided with a cargo securing manual. A number of serious accidents has resulted from improper stowage and insufficient securing of heavy cargo. The cargo claims caused by the accidents stated above not only reduce the number of shippers but also reduce their benefits. The following four basic safe items should be considered carefully in the carriage by sea in case of two tiers loading of heavy cargoes packed with wooden case if it is a general cargo ship. a) Safe stowing place b) Safe lashing c) Protecting crushing goods d) Adequate dunnage. All operators of cargoes must be reminded that only the proper stowge and securing of heavy cargos can prevent from the occurrence of such accidents in the future. This paper intends to analyze the unigue damage mechanism for two tiers loading of heavy cargoes on the general cargo ships encountered in the rough sea, and suggest the countermeusere to prevent the identical accidents in the future.

        증기발생기 전열관 확관천이부위 축방향 관통균열의 관막음 기준에 관한 연구

        The stream generator tubes represent an integral part of a major barrier against the fission product release to the environment. So, the rupture of these tubes could permit flow of reactor coolant into the secondary system and injure the safety of reactor coolant system. Therefore, if the crack was detected during In-Service Inspection of tubes the cracked tube should be evaluated by the pulgging criteria and plugged or not. In this study, the fracture mechanics evaluation is carried out on the thru-wall axial crack due to Primary Water Stress Corrosion Cracking in the roll transition aone of steam generator tube to help the assurence the integrity of tubes and estabilish the plugging criteria. Due to the Inconel which is used as tube material is more ductile than others, the plastic instability repture theory was used to calculate the critical and allowable crack length. Based on Leak Before Break concept the leak rate for the critical crack length and the allowable leak rate are compared and the safety of tubes was given.

        학교도서관 중심의 정보교과 교육과정 모형

        본 연구는 한국 학교교육 현장에 체계적으로 정착하지 못한 정보활용 교육의 기반을 확보하기 위하여 교과목명을 정보교과로 규정하고, 국가차원의 정보교과 교육과정 모형을 제시함으로서 학교도서관 활성화를 도모하고자 하였다. The purpose of this study is to present a curricular model of information literacy at a national level to build a foundation for information literacy education that has not yet been systematically established in the Korean education system.

        시뮬레이션을 활용한 농식품 유통물류 동선최적화 설계방안 비교연구

        본 연구는 농식품 산업의 중심축인 가락도매시장의 공급망 관리를 최적화 할 수 있는 변혁의 기회인 '가락시장 현대화 사업'의 유통물류 이슈에 적용하기 위한 유동인력 및 물류 동선에 대한 시뮬레이션 분석법을 적용하고 있다. 이미 업계에서는 익히 알고 있는 바와 같이 농식품 산업과 같은 1차 산업에서는 체계적인 방법에 의한 물류동선계획을 제대로 현장에 적용하지 못하고 있는 실정이고, 유통물류의 SCM분야는 더더욱 정형화되어 있지 못한 것이 또한 현실이다. 이에 유통시설의 5대 흐름관리 요소인 차량동선(물류차량/고객차량), 물류집기동선, 고객동선, 유통시설 종사원 동선, 상품 진열/후퇴 동선과 같은 흐름 동선 들을 도매시장 운영현장에 적용하여 모든 물류흐름에 최적화된 프로세스 계획 설계가 이루어지도록 하는 것이 필요하고, 이는 향후 농식품 산업의 물류 공급망을 효율화하는데 매우 중요한 기초 자원으로 활용할 것이다. 제조 산업과 물류산업에서는 공정기반 물류프로세스가 비교적 잘 지켜지고 있는데 반하여 유통산업, 특히 농식품 산업과 같은 1차 산업 물류현장에서는 행위기반 물류 프로세스가 중심이 되어서 모든 업무분석이 이루어지다 보니, 금번 시뮬레이션 작업은 업계 최초로 시도되는 정량 설계화 작업에 있다는 것에 매우 큰 의의를 둘 수 있겠다. 특히, 주차동선 파악에 있어서는 4개의 평가모형을 감안하여 특성별 물류동선 시뮬레이션을 진행하였고, 이를 바탕으로 물류 동선의 병목지역과 물류이동특성의 문제점을 사전 발견하여 물류현장 운영자와 물류시스템 설계자에 적시 피드백 시켜주는 효과적인 업무진행 방식을 채택하여 농식품 산업 물류현장의 합리적 설계와 최적화된 공급망 관리 시스템의 적용에 가일층 선진화된 대안을 제공했다는데 또한 큰 의미를 둘 수 있겠다. This research is to focus on the method of moving line optimization in Agricultural Industry, especially Garak Wholesale Market Modernization Project, by using simulation tool. As everybody knew, it's very difficult to apply the SCM operation rules in Agricultural Industry, because the standardization system in Agricultural Industry was not completed. The five flow management factors, vehicle moving line management, customer moving line Management, Logistics Device Moving Line Management, Working Person Moving Line Management, Product display moving line management, are needed to be optimized on the basis of standardization rules, and to achieve this will be the good infrastructure to make the Agricultural SCM system. It's very different between the SCM structure of manufacturing industry and logistics industry and the SCM structure of Agricultural Industry, because the SCM in manufacturing is occur in the basis of flow management, on the contrary, the SCM of Agricultural Industry is on the basis of activity management. For these reason, this study is the first approach to apply the simulation method in the part of moving line optimization in Agricultural SCM, and in near future, This study will help all designers and operators to apply the simulation work in the part of agricultural SCM, and we hope that next advanced study will continue by using this study.

      • 21세기 국제만재흘수선협약에 따른 선박설계의 연구

        ICLL 66 is the most widely ratified instrument of the IMO and is, along with the International Convention on Safety of life at Sea (SOLAS), the primary document setting forth internationally agreed ship safety standards. ICLL 66 set freeboard requirement based on experience gained from the first Load Line Convention in 1930 and on contemporary developments in ship design. Reexamination of ICLL 66 is indicated by the proliferation of novel ship designs for which it lacks adequate regulations and by significant advancements in analytical seakeeping and deck wetness prediction techniques now available to the designer. In this paper, the Freeboard Advisory Group reviews these issues against the changing climate of the marine industry and maritime administrations, discusses the state of the art in analytical seakeeping programs, and outlines a series of recommendations for the establishment of a new international load line convention for the next century. The steps needs for an international program at IMO are discussed and a new convention is proposed.
