This paper presents a position estimator for vehicle parking assist system. A new odometric technique is described. It integrates four ABS sensors, a steering encoder and yaw rate sensor data. Data from these sensors are fused by means of Kalman Filter. Due to the redundancy of the measurements, the precision and robustness of the proposed technique, in the presence of undesirable effects, such as wheel slippage and incorrect wheel radius, are better than those of differential odometry using the rear wheels only. Vehicle test results using this algorithm are presented.
서번트 리더십이 임파워먼트와 상사신뢰를 매개변수로 하여 조직유효성에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 최근에 이슈가 되고 있는 서번트 리더십이 조직의 유효성에 미치는 영향, 즉, 조직원의 직무만족과 조직몰입, 재무성과를 파악하였고, 또한, 서번트 리더십과 조직유효성 사이에서 임파워먼트와 상사신뢰의 매개효과 작용 여부를 체계적으로 다루어 연구하였다. 연구대상을 외부감사법의 적용받는 중소기업을 대상으로 연구하였으며, 중소기업에서 핵심이 되는 관리자를 대상으로 하였다. 통계분석의 결과 서번트 리더십은 조직원들의 직무만족, 조직몰입 등 조직유효성과의 유의한 관련성을 확인하였으나 재무성과와는 무관하였다, 또 그 관계를 매개하는 변수로서 제안된 임파워먼트와 상사신뢰는 부분적으로 유의한 효과를 나타내었다. This study proposed research hypotheses about mediating effects of empowerment and trust in the relationship between servant leadership and organizational effectiveness. To test the hypotheses survey questionnaires weredistributed to a convenient sample of 328 small and medium-sized enterprises. Results from statistical analysis showed that among the four sub-constructs of servant leadership such as "servicing", "listening", "trustworthiness", and "nourishing others", three of them leaving out the "listening" were found to be significantly related to the organizational commitment while "servicing" and"nourishing others" were found to be significantly related to job satisfaction. Mediating effects of empowerment and trust were found to be partially significant in the relationship between servant leadership and organizational effectiveness. However, both the relationship between servant leadership and empowerment, and the relationship between servant leadership and trust were also partially significant. Empowerment was partially significant in its relationships to both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Trust issignificantly related to both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Financial performance data from the KLCA(Korea Listed Companies Association) Database, which were disclosed by outsider audit, did not show any statistical significance in their relationships to the servant leadership and the other research variables. Implications and direction for future research were provided.
다문화 아동의 유아기 문화경험 만족도, 문화참여 동기, 문화참여 지속 정도와 문화인식 간의 구조적 관계

본 연구는 다문화 아동의 유아기 문화경험 만족도, 문화참여 동기, 문화참여 지속정도와 문화인식 간의 구조적 관계를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2018년 8월부터 9월까지 전라남도에 거주하는 아동 110명을 대상으로 구조방정식을 이용하여 영향력과 부트스트랩으로 매개효과를 확인하였다. 연구결과를 제시하면 첫째, 다문화 아동의 유아기 문화경험 만족도, 문화참여 동기, 문화참여 지속 정도와 문화인식 간에 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화 아동의 유아기 문화경험 만족도는 문화인식에 직접적인 영향을 주진 않지만, 문화참여 동기가 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 유아기 문화경험 만족도는 문화참여 지속 정도에 직접적으로 영향을 주진 않지만, 문화참여 동기가 완전 매개하여 문화인식에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 다문화 아동이 문화에 대해 긍정적으로 인식하기 위해서는 문화참여 동기가 중요한 요인임을 나타나는 결과이다. 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 다문화 아동의 문화생활을 활성화 시킬 수 있는 방안 모색과 문화정책 수립 시 방향성을 제시한다는 점에서 의의를 가질 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship among satisfaction on cultural experience in early childhood, motivation for cultural participation, continuance in cultural participation and cultural perception of multicultural children. For this purpose, the data responded August to September 2018 by 110 children who live in Jeollanam-do province were analyzed using the structural equation model and mediation effects were examined by bootstrapping. The results of this study are as follows. First, there were positive correlations among satisfaction on cultural experience in early childhood, motivation for cultural participation, continuance in cultural participation and cultural perception of multicultural children. Second, although the satisfaction of cultural experience in early childhood did not directly affect the continuance in cultural participation, it was found that motivation for cultural participation was completely mediating between them. The satisfaction of cultural experience in early childhood indirectly affect the continuance in cultural participation mediated by motivation for cultural participation. These results of this study suggest that motivation for cultural participation is major factor for multicultural children to recognize culture positively. This study is meaningful that the ways to activate cultural life of multicultural children and direction of cultural policy could be suggested based on the results.
다층 지반의 열전도율을 고려한 해저배관의 총괄열전달계수식 제안

Subsea pipelines are designed to transport mixtures of oil, gas, and their associated impurities from a wellhead that can be in excess of approximately 100 °C, while the external temperature may be approximately 5 °C. Heat can be lost from a subsea pipeline containing a high-temperature fluid to the surrounding environment. It is important that the pipeline be designed to ensure that the heat loss is small enough to maintain sufficient flow from the unwanted deposition of hydrate and wax, which occurs at a critical temperature of about 40 °C. Therefore, it is essential to estimate the heat loss of a subsea pipeline in various circumstances. In previous studies, overall heat transfer coefficient(OHTC) formulas were considered only for a single soil type. Thus, it is difficult to characterize the OHTC of the actual seabed with multiple soil layers. In this paper, an OHTC formula that considers multi-layered soils is proposed for more precise OHTC estimation.

Extra-amniotic pregnancy, which is caused by rupture of amniotic membranes only, is a rare event during pregnancy. This differs from extra-membranous pregnancy in which both chorionic and amniotic membranes rupture. Extra-amniotic pregnancy requires attention by an obstetrician not to miss fetal anomalies because extra-amniotic pregnancy may accompany with fibrous band syndrome. We experienced a case of extraamniotic pregnancy with congenital amputation of bilateral fetal hands. And we report it with brief review of literatures.
