수출전시회 참가기업의 정책효과분석 연구-수출컨소시엄사업을 대상으로-

본 연구는 해외전시회 참가기업의 니즈 및 지원사업의 효과를 측정하기 위해수출컨소시엄사업 참가기업을 대상으로 정책수요를 파악한 것에 의의가 있다. 또한 지원사업 참가기업의 성장효과 측정을 위해 한국평가데이터 DB를 확보, 성향점수매칭법(PSM)을 실시하였다. 참가기업을 대상으로 조사한 결과, 해외전시회단체참가에 대한 선호도가 높고, 오프라인 형태의 전시회 참가를 선호하는 것으로 나타나 향후 사업이 현지파견 중심으로 운영할 것을 시사한다. 또한 현지파견중심으로 운영된 ’19년 참가기업과 온라인 위주인 ’20년 참가기업을 대상으로 한PSM분석 결과에서 현지파견 중심으로 운영된 ’19년 참가기업에서 참여 2년 후유의미한 효과를 확인하였다. 이는 현지파견 중심으로 운영할 시 기업성장 효과가 확인되는 결과로 볼 수 있으며, 사업 참여 후 성과 발생까지 시간차(time lag) 가 있어 수출 자체가 단기적인 성과가 아닌 장기적인 성과로 접근해야 함을 시사한다. This study identified the policy demands and measured the needs and policy effects of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) participating in overseas exhibitions. To measure the growth effects of participating firms in the project, the propensity score matching method (PSM) was conducted based upon the fiscal information of SMEs participated in Export Consortium Program hosted by KBIZ from KoDATA Database. As a result of the survey of the participating companies, it was found that they have a high preference for group participation in overseas exhibitions and prefer to participate in offline exhibitions, suggesting that future projects should be centered on overseas dispatch. the PSM analysis of the companies participated in the export consortium program in 2019 and companies in 2020 program showed that a significant policy effect was observed two years after participation in the 2019 program, which was centered on the overseas dispatch. This is a result that confirms the corporate growth effect exists when operating with a overseas local dispatch, and suggests that policies promoting SMEs export should be approached as a long-term performance due to the time lag between participation and performance.

육상의 원격제어자가 선박을 제어할 때 가상의 모형선박이 같이 조종되도록 하여, 운전상태의 확인을 도울수 있도록 하고, 시험운항시 에뮬레이터를 선박에 연결하여 원격운전데이터의 시각적 확인이 될수 있도록 하였다. 또한 이더넷의 디지털데이터가 아날로그로 변환된후 커넥터로 케이블을 연결할수 있도록 하여, 아날로그 인터페이스를 가진 선박의 장비가 제어가 될수 있는 예시를 보여준다.

1. Inspite of the importance of agriculture for the national. and social welfare, there is evil tendency that prices of agricultural products are decided largely by the influence of government`s policy and the one-sided sacrifices on the part of the farmers are demanded. To correct. this, first of all, it is essential not only to establish a right conception of costs production, but also to explain every logical and technical problem in calculating detailed costs in the course of production. 2. On establishing conception of costs of production, there is much dispute among scientists. But, in such a style of independent, small-scale farming as in Korea, the fomula c+v applied to calculating costs of production is conceptinally preferable. 3. In choice of examing object of farmers, it should be taken in to concideration that the object must be the lowest grade land that can meet the social demand of rice. 4. As for the interest of capital invested in land, the value of land utilization is understood to have been paid in advance in infinite yearly instalments. Therefore, in calculating costs of production, it is reasonable to count it in as an item. 5. The value of self-employed labor should be estimated based upon wages system, and should be correctly calculated as no other than v. And to this political considerations must be added; in view of the difference of wages between agriculture and other industry.
영구자석형 동기발전기의 회전자 위치검출 센서의 옵셋 검출에 관한 연구

In this paper, an algorithm is suggested to detect an offset angle of the absolute rotor position sensor after the initial assembly of a PMSG. Unlike previous studies in a stationary state, this one is not designed to detect an electrical angle but rather the absolute position of the rotor is detected while operating the generator. Also,a position sensor, current sensors and voltage sensor were used to ensure reliability. This technique completes the detection of the sensor offset in two steps. In the first step, a zero-crossing of the EMF is measured using a voltage sensor to detect the electrical angle offset when the alternator is actuated by the engine. In the second step, a high frequency current is injected along the d-axis on-line during the control of the generation, eventually to obtain the inductance using a DFT (Discrete Fourier Transform), and then to ultimately extract the final electrical angle offset through the comparison of the inductance magnitude. The suggested algorithm was validated with PSIM simulation and, furthermore, was tested with actual experiments on a dynamometer.

Recently, people have been concerned about factory automation because of the development of the technology. Increasing of labor cost, machine is substituted for the worker who works at the simple assembly line. In this paper, we developed the controller using phase control for the performance improvement of the vibratory bowl feeder. This controller consists of TRIAC as switching device and UJT as gate trigger. Phase controller successfully controlled power to the load without loss.
무인비행기 직렬 하이브리드 추진 시스템에서의 효율적인 배터리 공급을 위한 알고리즘 개발

Recently, the number of use of unmanned airplanes has been increased, and studies have been conducting to increase the cruising time. In the case of an unmanned airplane with a small capacity, the motor is used to drive the propeller instead of using the engine. And it uses the battery to drive the propeller motor. Instead of reducing the weight of the battery, it can be increased the cruising time by adding engines, generators and converters and performing power generation control. In this paper, we installed a current sensor between the BLDC motor drive and the battery. the algorithm that perform efficient power generation control according to the power required by the propeller is developed. And it can adjust the amount of regenerating electric power. We proposed a power generation algorithm that regenerates in response to load fluctuations, and verified it through simulations and experiments.
