Height adjustable computer desk is developed in this research. The mechanism of the desk is designed in the view of easy manupulation. The system is consist of frame 60×30 C channel, guide part-20A and 25A pipe, and gas cylinder actuator. The developed system is manufactured and tested resulting easy manupulation and low production cost.

A pneumatic position control system with pulse width modulation(PWM) is developed and applied to double acting air cylinder. Control system comprising micro computer, five port two way solenoid valve and optical encoder for feedback component has been developed. Upon experimental results, the developed system has shown good time response on the points of maximum error, overshoot and rising time.

In this paper torque control system of screw fastener by strain gauge is investigated. Strain gauge sensor applicable to screw fasterner is designed and fabricated. Through the experiments the developed system has showed good screw fasterning capability. Industrial application of the developed system can be expected in terms of productivity increase and quality improvement of assembly lines.
2축 윤곽제어를 위한 소프트웨어 보간자 개발에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 위의 세가지 보간 알고리즘 가운데서 가장 속도의 균일성이 좋은 DDA방식을 채택하였다. 그리고 윤곽제어에서 가공경로는 대개 직선과 원호 구간의 조합으로 구성되어질 수 있기 때문에, 본 연구에서는 직선 및 원호보간만 고려하기로 한다. Microprocessor-based software DDA interpolator is developed and applied to two axis contouring control of X-Y table. Developed assembly program is composed of feedrate, linear and circular DDA interpolation routines. Reference-pulse type of open-loop stepping motor control system in which the micro-computer produces a sequence of reference pulses for each axis of motion is adopted. To test performance of the developed program, X-Y table drive system based on stepping motor and shaft encoder is designed. Conturing error of the system in linear and circular path is within .+-. 0.2mm under start stop pulse rate of stepping motor.

마이크로 컴퓨터를 이용한 온라인 점용접 품질 감시체제 개발에 관한 연구

A new method of on-line monitoring of spot weld quality is proposed by analysing weld votage signal. Weld voltage signal has been modeled by autoregressive model which is suitable for on-line modeling scheme, and order of the model is determined by F-test. From the chosen model, strength. Upon experimental results, it has been shown that fundamental frequency dispersion of weld voltage can be used as a good parameter like maximum thermal expansion in on-line monitoring of spot weld quality. Microcomputer implementation of the proposed monitoring method is also developed and presented. 본 연구에서는 산업 현장에 쉽게 적용할 수 있도록 측정과 설치가 용이한 용접 모재간에 가해지는 전압(weld voltage)파형에서 용접 변수를 구하고, 실험으로 구한 용접 강도와의 상관 관계로부터, 점용접 품질 감시체제를 개발하고자 한다. 전압 파형에서 용접 변수를 구하기 위하여 추계 모델링 기법을 적용하고, 구해진 모 델로부터 분산 해석(dispersion analysis)을 통하여 용접 변수를 찾으며, 동시에 전극 변위 곡선을 실험적으로 구하여서, 분산 해석 방법의 신뢰도를 검사 하고자 한다.
