대량의 멀티미디어 데이터를 실시간으로 저장하고 처리하기 위하여는 고속의 다중 디스크시스템이 필요하다. 디스크의 접근 속도를 높이는 방법을 제안하고 이 방법을 대기이론을 사용하여 처리율, 대기행렬의 길이 및 대기시간을 구함에 의하여 성능을 평가하였다.

The reliability of the multiple-disk system is degraded as the number of disks are increased. In this paper, we find the reliability, in terms of MTTF(Mean Time To failure) of the single-disk-failure-tolerant disk systems in which the distributions of repair times of failed disk are heterogenous and general. Also, we derive thresholds of the design parameters such as the mean of life time and repair time, and we consider the cost minimization problem in the special cases under a linear cost structure and constraints to the life of the disk system.

아치의 미소요소(微小要素)에 작용(作用)하는 합응력(合應力)들의 평형방정식(平衡方程式)과 D'Alembert의 원리(原理)를 이용(利用)하여 회전관성(回轉慣性)을 고려(考慮)한 포물선(抛物線)아치의 자유진동(自由振動)에 대한 미분방정식(微分方程式)을 유도(誘導)하였다. 본(本) 연구(硏究)에서 유도(誘導)한 미분방정식(微分方程式)을 검증(檢證)하기 위하여 포물선(抛物線)아치의 미분방정식(微分方程式)을 보의 미분방정식(微分方程式)으로 수렴(收斂)시킨 결과(結果), 포물선(抛物線)아치의 미분방정식(微分方程式)이 보의 미분방정식(微分方程式)으로 수렴(收斂)되는 것을 보였다. 본(本) 연구(硏究)에서 유도(誘導)한 미분방정식(微分方程式)을 시행착오적(試行錯誤的) 고유치문제(固有値問題)와 Runge-Kutta method를 이용(利用)하여 수치해석(數値解析)하였으며, 본(本) 연구(硏究)의 수치해석(數値解析) 결과(結果)와 SAP IV의 결과(結果)가 잘 일치(一致)함을 보였다. The governing differential equations and the boundary conditions for the free vibration of fixed-ended uniform parabolic arch are derived on the basis of the equilibrium equations and the D'Alembert principle. The effect of rotary inertia as well as extensional and flexural deformations is considered in the governing differential equations. A trial elgenvalue method is used for determining the natural frequencies. The Runge-Kutta method is used in this method to perform the integration of the differential equations. The detailed studies are made of the lowest three vibration frequencies for the span length equal to 10m. The effect of the rotary inertia is analyzed and it's numerical data are presented in table. And as the numerical results the frequency versus the rise of arch and the radius of gyration are presented in figures.
식민지 시기의 일본 탐정소설의 한국어 번역 연구 -방정환, 최병화, 최유범을 중심으로

With the works by “Lee haejo” in 1908, detective fictions started to settle down in the Choson dynasty. After that, until the Independence of Korea in 1945, detective fictions had been continuously released and became an important aspect in Korean modern literature, and finally one of the cultural phenomena. However, the number of the creation of detective fictions was insignificant and that of translation had been merely 100 pieces including both short and long ones before the Independence. Even in translation works in the Colonial period, Japanese detective fictions were hardly found in the Choson dynasty. It is not natural when considering the fact that detective fictions were popularized enough to release a magazine dealing with detective fictions in Japan during that period. The various magazines created in Japan were means for detective fiction writers to make their debut and among them were Edogawa Rampo, the father of Japanese detective fictions and Korean writer, Kim Naesung who had studied in Japan at that time. Considering Japanese youth liked to read detective fictions and the number of works was considerable, it is not reasonable that translated Japanese detective fictions, which were well worth reading for the public, were not found in the Choson dynasty. Under this assumption, as a result of reviewing detective fictions during the Colonial period, there are two translated works from Japanese detective fictions and one work that has high possibility to be translated form a Japanese detective fiction. Focusing on influential writers and translators who played important roles in Korean detective literature where creation and translation of detective fictions were mixed together, the Korean-translated works of Japanese detective fictions and the impact will be dealt with in this thesis. The resources on creation and translation of detective fictions were mostly lost because of the cultural climate where detective fictions were not recognized as one form of literature at that time and the fact that two writers were children literature writers among the Korean writers who translated from Japanese detective fictions was very suggestive. The confirmation of original works is the key in detective works of the Colonial period but that is difficult. It would be easily confirmed that original works are foreign, when the names of authors were shown or the works showed they were translated but that is not the case. It is much needed to study and analyze Korean-translated detective fictionsclosely to establish proper translation works in Korea.
가압반응기를 이용한 배연탈황석고로부터 α형 반수석고의 생성

유연탄을 연소하는 화력발전소의 탈황설비에서 생산된 배연탈황석고를 대상으로 가압반응기를 이용하여 수열반응을 통한 알파형 반수석고의 생성과정을 살펴보았다. 실험 결과 첨가제를 사용하지 않아도 반응온도 $120{\sim}140^{\circ}C$ 범위 하에서는 용해-재석출 기구에 의하여 알파형 반수석고가 생성되었으나 아스펙트 비가 매우 높은 침상형 결정이 생성되었다. 호박산나트륨을 첨가제로 주입한 결과 결정형상은 침상형에서 각주형으로 변화되었으며 혼수 비(water/powder ratio)는 33%까지 감소하였다. 호박산나트륨의 농도는 20 mM이 적정하였으며 반응도중 성형체의 붕괴를 방지하고 성형체의 기공부피에 의한 모세관 효과를 최대화하기 위한 최적의 성형체 성형압력은 $30kgf/cm^2$이었다. This study was performed to investigate the formation process of calcium sulfate ${\alpha}$-hemihydrate from FGD gypsum produced at thermal power plant burning bituminous coal. The experimental results showed that calcium sulfate $\alpha$-hemihydrate with a large aspect ratio was produced in the temperature range of $120^{\circ}C$ and $140^{\circ}C$ in the absence of additives through dissolution-recrystallization mechanism. It was also observed that addition of Na-succinate as a catalyst changed crystal shape from acicular to prismatic, resulting in decreased water/powder ratio down to 33%. Optimum concentration of Na-succinate was 20mM. It was confirmed that the optimum moulding pressure and moisture content of moulded body from FGD gypsum were $30kg_f/cm^2$ and between 10% and 15% respectively, which prevent moulded body from collapsing and maximize the capillary effect by given pore volume while autoclaving.
