TheraBand를 이용한 견관절 외전시 삼각근과 극상근의 근전도 변화

The purpose of this study was to compare the changes of muscle activities in deltoid with those in supraspinatus using electromyography(EMG) while subjects abducted their shoulder to different angles with different resistance. Methods : 20 volunteers who were comprised of 10 males(mean age: $21.2{\pm}2.0$) and 10 females(mean age: $20.2{\pm}1.6$) were collected. Surface electrodes were attached on deltoid and supraspinatus muscle for recording. Each reference electrode was located 3 cm to the each recording electrode. Muscle action potentials were recorded with changing the angle of shoulder abduction, $30^{\circ}$, $60^{\circ}$, $90^{\circ}$. This procedure was repeated with different resistance 0 pound, 2 pounds, 4.5pounds. The angle of shoulder abduction was determined by clinical goniometer. SPSS(Statistical Program for Social Science)/WIN 10.0 was used for statistics. Analysis included ANOVA, T-test. Results : The following results were obtained in this study. 1. There was significant differences during isometric shoulder abduction $30^{\circ}$, $60^{\circ}$, $90^{\circ}$ comparing muscle activity in deltoid and supraspinatus muscles at 0 pound, 2pound, 4.5pound resistance(p<0.05). 2. There was no useful significant in the deltoid and supraspinatus muscles activity EMG compared by physical condition. 3. Their was significant in the deltoid EMG compared by gender t=-5.41, P<0.01, but no difference in the supraspinatus EMG(P=0.333 >a=0.05). Conclusions: There are many previous studies on influence of shoulder angles and speeds of muscle activity. However most of them placed the focus on isotonic or isokinetic exercise, or shoulder function. But this study was done during isometric exercise, which is better for early assessment and treatment for injured patients. There is strong relationship between the shoulder angle with resistance in deltoid supraspinatus muscle activity. We conclude that it is important to apply isometric shoulder abduction exercise with correct angle and resistance especially in early stage.

Korea"s own culture also plays an important role in linking the past and the present, and it requires continuous research and development. This study will select Korean representative image as a means of this development and apply the image in the space planning stage to study modern application of Korean native culture. Through this, it enhances competitiveness and development potential in Korean native culture and leaves one index for continuous research.

Objective: The goal of this research is to study the driver"s acceptable level of vibration intensity and duration as haptic feedback during conditional automated driving. Background: Gradually, the driving of a vehicle is being automated, which frees the driver from driving. As various activities become possible as non-driving related activities (NDRAs) in the vehicle, driver"s attention level gets lowered and accordingly, visual, auditory, and tactile-based feedback must be properly provided. Unlike visual and auditory information, which can interfere with driver"s concentration and confuse situational awareness due to information from many systems, tactile feedback is presented as an important feedback method in a way that can improve the efficiency of information delivery about safety. However, although there are various situations in which the driver is informed of the change of control right in the NDRT (Non-Driving Related Task) situation, there is still a lack of research about the intensity and duration as haptic feedback. Method: By establishing an experimental environment similar to that of a vehicle, the vibration actuators were placed on the seat in a 2 × 2 arrangement on the seat pan and seat back. The vibration was implemented using Arduino equipment and PWM control. The experiment was conducted by combining the independent variables, the intensity of vibration (1~5V), and the level of stimulation time(1.5s, 2.5s, 3.5s, 4.5s). Dependent variables, Error rate and Preference were selected, and Preference for the seat vibration stimulus position (1. Seat back & pan, 2. Seat back, 3. Seat pan) was investigated. Preferences were all collected on a 7-point likert scale. Results: Through ANOVA analysis, there were significant differences in the intensity of vibration, stimulation time, and the interaction between the two variables, and there was no significant difference in gender or age. Subjects were able to identify vibrations from 3V, and in the case of stimulation time of 3.5s was the most preferred at 3V and 4V, which recognize most vibrations, and 1.5s and 4.5s had lower preferences. At 5V, 2.5s was the most preferred, and from 3.5s the preference decreased sharply. In the case of the vibration stimulation position of the seat, the seat back had the highest preference, and in the case of the seat pan, the preference was very lower than that of the seat back and seat back & pan. Conclusion: In this study, the minimum level for recognizing the vibration stimulation of the haptic feedback in the vehicle seat and the optimal stimulation time according to the vibration intensity was investigated through experiments, and the range that could accommodate the haptic feedback was derived. Application: Based on the results of the vibration stimulation level and stimulation time level for the haptic feedback of the vehicle seat in this study, it can be used as a reference index when designing the haptic feedback of the vehicle in the future.

Purpose:The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of self-controlled knowledge of result (KR) versus the yoked KR on learning of knee joint proprioception. Methods:Forty volunteer subjects (20 men and 20 women) were randomly assigned to each four groups: 1) self-controlled KR in open kinematic chain, 2) yoked KR in open kinematic chain, 3) self controlled KR in close kinematic chain, and 4) yoked KR in close kinematic chain. The difference between the angle of position and reproduction angle was determined as a proprioception error and measured using an angle reproduction test. The subjects in self-controlled groups were provided with feedback whenever they requested it, whereas the subjects in yoked groups were not provided with feedback. The data were analyzed using a one-way ANOVA. Results:The proprioception errors in close kinematic chain groups decreased significantly compared with those in close kinematic chain groups(p<.05). The proprioception errors in the self-controlled group decreased significantly compared with those in yoked groups during acquisition and retention test(p<.05). Conclusion:Self-controlled knowledge of result during open kinematic chain movement is considered to be a good method on motor learning.
