        A Study on artificial lighting source using X3D

        인공조명의 특징은 중앙을 기준으로 수많은 방사형과 직선형 빛을 방출한다. 이러한 빛의 퍼짐을 3D로 표현하기는 매우 어렵고 복잡하다. 또한 빛의 효과에 따른 물체의 색상은 매우 다양하고 많은 변수 값 때문에 사용자가 정확히 물체를 표현하기 어렵다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 방사형과 직선형 빛을 손쉽게 표현하기 위한 모델을 제시하고 X3D를 사용하여 인공조명을 설계하였다. 그리고 사용자가 3D 물체의 색상을 정확하고 쉽게 표현할 수 있도록 물체의 색상을 요소별로 분리한 후 사용자가 직접 육안으로 각 요소의 색상 값을 관찰하며 조정하도록 온라인 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템을 사용하여 다양한 인공조명을 손쉽게 생성할 수 있었다. An artificial light source has a character that a light emits from a point to all directions with many radial and straight ray shapes. It is very difficult and complex to render those emitting lights. Also, users have difficulty in expressing exactly 3D objects because of colors varying with changing of a light and having many parameters. In this paper, to solve those problems we design an artificial light source using X3D to create a model that represents easily many radial and straight ray shapes and propose the online system that each factors of colors to be reflected by a light is separated and then users can control them to detect object's colors by a mouse. Various light sources with reality can be easily created using proposed system.

        주사탐침열파현미경을 이용한 1 차원 나노구조체의 정량적 열전도도 계측기법

        본 연구에서는 나노스케일의 공간 해상도를 가지는 주사탐침열파현미경(scanning thermal wave microscopy, STWM)을 이용하여 1 차원 나노구조체의 열전도도를 정량적으로 계측하는 방법을 제시한다. 먼저, 1 차원 나노구조체의 열확산도를 계측하기 위한 STWM 의 원리를 설명한 후, 정량적인 열확산도계측을 위한 이론적 해석 과정을 설명한다. STWM 을 이용한 본 계측기법은 열파가 이동한 거리에 따른 상대적인 위상지연만을 가지고 열확산도를 계측하여 열전도도를 구하기 때문에 탐침과 나노구조체 사이의 열접촉저항 및 나노구조체와 열원간의 열접촉저항의 영향을 받지 않으며, 나노구조체에 인가되는 정확한 열유속을 구할 필요가 없다. 따라서 기존의 측정 기법들에 비해 계측이 매우 단순하면서도 정량적인 계측이 가능하다. We present a method to quantitatively measure the thermal conductivity of one-dimensional nanostructures by utilizing scanning thermal wave microscopy (STWM) at a nanoscale spatial resolution. In this paper, we explain the principle for measuring the thermal diffusivity of one-dimensional nanostructures using STWM and the theoretical analysis procedure for quantifying the thermal diffusivity. The SWTM measurement method obtains the thermal conductivity by measuring the thermal diffusivity, which has only a phase lag relative to the distance corresponding to the transferred thermal wave. It is not affected by the thermal contact resistances between the heat source and nanostructure and between the nanostructure and probe. Thus, the heat flux applied to the nanostructure is accurately obtained. The proposed method provides a very simple and quantitative measurement relative to conventional measurement techniques.

        반하 ( Pinellia ternata ) Lectin 의 정제 및 특성

        In order to study the chemical characteristics of Banha (Pinellia ternata) lectin, the lectin was extracted from Banha roots using saline method at 4℃ and purified by hydroxyapatite and CM-cellulose column chromatography. The purity of Banha lectin was ascertained by Davis and SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and double gel diffusion method. The molecular weight of purified lectin was estimated as 160,000 by the method of Sephadex G-100 gel filtration. The lectin was certainly a pure monomeric nonglycoprotein having no subunit. In the hemagglutination test for the lectin, hemagglutination was not observed in the human erythrocytes (A, B, O) even by treatment with trypsin. The lectin, however, reacted with erythrocytes of animals such as rabbit, mouse and rat, and showed a hemagglutination phenomena. Hemagglutination occured at pH range from 4.5 to 9.0 and the optimal range was from 7.0 to 7.2. For the agglutination, divalent cations were not required and no monosaccahride was found to be a inhibitor. The lectin had a strong thermal stability and thus its agglutinating ability was eventually lost after being treated at 100℃ for 25 minutes.

      • 한국 문화콘텐츠 아시아시장 포지셔닝 전략

        ‘포지셔닝’이란 마케팅 커뮤니케이션의 한 수단으로서 잠재 소비자의 인식에 어떠한 제품을 어떤 특성으로 각인시키는 전술을 말한다. ‘포지셔닝’은 대개 새로운 인식을 만들어 내는 것이 아니라 기존에 있는 잠재 소비자의 머리에 자사 제품의 위치를 명확히 해주는 것이다. 본 소고에서의 아시아의 한국 문화콘텐츠 포지셔닝 전략은 아이덴티티의 확보라는 시각에서 ‘자국 문화 중심주의’의 관점과 전략적 단계를 밟아 문화를 확산시키자는 ‘단계적 전개론’의 관점에서 논하였다. 한류의 포지셔닝에서 한국의 문화적 정체성을 충분히 고려해야 하는 이유는 한류는 단순한 공업에 기반한 상품이 아니고 우리의 전통과 정신에 기반한 상품의 해외 진출로 인해 형성되는 것이기 때문이다. 따라서 ‘한국적’인 그 무엇으로서 분명히 각인 시켜주지 않으면 안 된다. 단계적 전개론의 관점에서는 1단계 포지셔닝으로서 고급 문화콘텐츠 생산국으로서의 한국의 이미지를 공고히 하기를 목표로 설정하였고, 2단계는 장르의 확장을 통한 인지도, 수익성 제고, 마지막으로 3단계에서는 대중으로의 침투 전술을 통한 한류 Trend의 확산 및 지속성 유지를 포지셔닝 전략의 목표로 설정하였다. 성공적인 아시아 시장 진출을 위해서는 해당국가의 문화콘텐츠별 시장 상황을 면밀히 파악하고, 해당 국가의 문화콘텐츠별 경쟁 상황, 타 국가와의 경쟁 상황 등을 고려하여야 한다. 또한 목표대상집단의 Needs를 정확하게 파악하고, 해당 국가의 문화콘텐츠 산업관련 제도, 수입 관련 제도 등을 충분히 숙지해야 한다. 이를 통해서 접근이 가장 용이한 전술 및 진입 통로(gate)를 판단해야 하기 때문이다. 마지막으로 해당 국가에서 선호되고 있는 문화콘텐츠 관련 트렌드를 정확하게 파악 하여야 한다. 트렌드의 분석이 정확하게 선행 되어져야 장르의 블루오션, 소비자 욕구의 블루 오션을 파악할 수 있기 때문이다. 본 소고에서는 아시아 시장에서의 포지셔닝 전략을 논해보았으나, 비단 아시아 시장에 특화된 전술은 있을 수 없으며, 위에서 언급한 여러 가지 변수들이 개별 국가별로 사전에 충분히 검토되어야 한다. Positioning is a measure in marketing communication and means the tactic of stamping a certain product on potential consumer awareness with certain characteristics. Usually, positioning does not make a new awareness, but sets the position of the company’s product definitely in the existing heads of potential consumers. In this review, Korea’s cultural contents positioning strategy on Asia was discussed in the frame of securing identity from the perspectives of ‘domestic culture orientation’ and ‘Phase-in theory of evolution’ in favor of spreading culture by strategic steps. The reason why we have to consider Korea’s cultural identity in positioning the Korean wave is that this Korean wave is not a simple product based on industry but is something to be formed by taking overseas products based on our traditions and minds. This explains why we should impress them definitely with something ‘Korean’. From the perspective of phase-in theory of evolution, objectives for each phase of positioning tactics were set up as strengthening the national image of Korea to produce a high-class cultural contents (phase 1), improving name recognition and profitability through expansion of genres (phase 2), and finally, spreading the Korean wave trend and keeping up sustainability through its infiltration into the public (phase 3). To successfully enter the Asia market, we should closely understand the relevant countries’ market situation and consider their circumstances of competition by cultural content and with other countries, etc. In addition, we should accurately grasp the needs of target groups in full acquaintance with such country’s systems regarding cultural contents industry, imports, etc. because we should determine the most accessible tactics and entry gate through this. Lastly, we should accurately grasp cultural contents trends preferred in relevant countries because we cannot grasp the blue ocean for genre and consumer needs until we are done with the accurate trend analysis. This review dealt with the positioning strategy for the Asia market, but there is no tactics specialized for the Asia market and many variables mentioned above should be fully reviewed in advance by individual countries.

        166Ho-chitosan 복합체의 복강 내 투여를 위한 베타선 흡수선량 평가

        N/A Intraperitoneal adminstration of radioisotopes is suggested to treat the metastatic ovarian cancer in the pertioneal cavity. Administering beta-emitting radioisotopes into the pertioneal cavity allows the maximum energy delivery to the cancerous cells of the pertioneal wall surface while sparing the normal cells located in deep site of the peritoneal wall. In this study, dose estimates of the peritoneal wall are provided to be used for prescribing the amount of 166Ho-chitosan complex administered. The 166Ho-chitosan complex diffused in the peritoneal fluid may attach to the peritoneal wall surface. The attachment fraction of 166Ho-chitosan complex to the peritoneal wall surface is obtained by simulating the ascites with Fischer rats. Both volume source in the peritoneal fluid and the surface source over the peritoneal wall surface are counted for the contribution to the peritoneal wall dose. The Monte Carlo code EGS4 is used to simulate the energy transfer of the beta particles emitted from 166Ho. A plane geometrical model of semi-infinite volume describes the peritoneal cavity and peritoneal wall. A semi-infinite plane of 10 μm in thickness at every 1 mm of depth in the peritoneal wall is taken as the target in dose estimation. Greater han 98 percents of attachment fraction has been observed from the experiments with Fischer rats. Given 1.3μCi/㎠ and 2.4μCi/ml of uniform activity density, absorbed dose is 123 Gy, 8.59 Gy, 3.00 Gy, 1.03 Gy, and 327 Gy at 0 mm, 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, and 4 mm in depth to the peritoneal wall, respectively.

        혁신제품 확산과정에 대한 저유량 모형 개발: 친환경 자동차를 대상으로

        As global competition for green car, that is environmentally friendly car, is getting tougher, the governments and the related industries are putting their core efforts in its diffusion. However, the green car sales are disappointing so far. To overcome the gridlock, it is necessary to develop concrete analytical framework to understand the diffusion process. Based on causal loop analysis from the previous work, we have identified main variables and relationships of them in the diffusion process and developed a stock-flow diagram and mathematical formula for the main components. The model would be applied for further quantitative simulation on the diffusion process of green car and other innovative goods as well. Also, we have suggested constructive insights for the policy makers and for the related industries. First, it is important to increase consumers` willingness to consider through marketing and word of mouth to accelerate the diffusion process. Second, in the perspective of the industry, the market share of green car should be increased at the earliest possible stage and this could be done by enhancing each components of green car attractiveness(e.g. price, driving range, social infra). Third, companies should develop a balanced investment between consumer and technology sector through a flexible financial policy. Fourth, the government continuously has the role of investing in the related R&D and social infra building. We expect the green car diffusion model and related formula from the research can provide meaningful tools to analyze the diffusion process of other new and innovative goods based on its deep researched literature review.

        친환경차 확산전략에 대한 시스템다이내믹스 접근과 인과지도 분석

        The research is to identify important diffusion factors and their effects on green car diffusion process using system dynamics perspectives and a causal-loop analysis. Through a deep review on previous research, we have found the important factors of green car diffusion process. Price, driving range, network effect, recharge system, fuel cost had important facilitation on consumer attraction and green car diffusion. Based on the review, we have constructed a causal loop diagram explaining hybrid car diffusion process. We have found 3 important reinforcing loops in the causal loop diagram. Loop for learning & economies of scale(supply side), loop for network effect(consumer side), and loop for battery development(technology side) had most significant roles in the whole diffusion process. Through a deliberate analysis on the 3 causal loops, we have found meaningful results. First, there seems to exist a critical mass in the diffusion. Second, of the 3 loops, the battery technology had most significant role. Third, not consumer installed base but sales must be a standard to decide whether the critical mass is achieved or not. Based on these findings, several meaningful implications are suggested for the government and corporations related to the green car industries.
