오늘날 기술기반 셀프서비스의 빠른 성장은 서비스 전달방식에 대한 새로운 지평을 열어가고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 기술기반 셀프서비스에 대한 사용자의 수용을 결정하는 요인들이 무엇인지를 확인함으로써 이론 및 실무적 차원의 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. TBSS 수용여부와 관련하여 기술수용모델(TAM) 및 기술기반 셀프서비스 품질평가 모델을 토대로 지각된 유용성, 지각된 사용의 용이성, 즐거움 및 개인특성 변수로 제시된 자기감시성은 기술기반 셀프서비스의 사용에 대한 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 기술기반 셀프서비스 사용에 대한 태도 역시 사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The accelerating growth in Technology-Based Self-Service (TBSS) today is giving rise to questions about the acceptance of such forms of service delivery by all kinds of consumers. Using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and TBSS quality evaluation model as a theoretical framework, this study investigates the effects of perceived usefulness, perceived easy of use, enjoyment of users acceptance of TBSS and self-monitoring as a individual variable. The results lend support to the hypothesist. Implications for service practitioners as well as directions for future research are discussed.

The Effects of e-service quality determinants on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention implicate an effective e-service strategy for mangers<BR> This study suggests major determinants (i.e. core service, support service, and web design) of e-service quality and the experiential research is conducted in the field of e-learning. We find that these determinants influence on customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention is affected by customer satisfaction.<BR> Finally, strategic and managerial implications about e-service quality are discussed.

본 연구는 정보처리과정과 선택에 대한 주류 마케팅 패러다임에 대한 대안으로써 진화론적 관점의 인지과학에 기초한 소비자 체험이론을 제안하고 있다. 소비자 체험이론은 체험적 모듈, 일차단계체험 및 이차 단계체험, 그리고 체험모듈의 위계구조라는 3개의 이론적 구조로 구성되어 있다. 본 이론에 근거하여 본 연구는 소비자 제품 평가에 대한 체험적 속성과 기능적 속성들의 영향을 조사하고 있다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 조사대상자들은 지적 자극(예: 기능적 속성)보다 감각적이고 감정적인 자극(예: 체험적 속성)에 대해 보다 빠르게 반응하였다. (2) 체험모듈 유형(기능적 vs. 체험적) × 템포(정상 vs. 빠름) ×제품지식(초보자 vs. 전문가)의 상호작용이 제품평가에 대해 발생하고 있다. This study proposes a theory of consumer experiences based on a cognitive science framework that serves as an alternative to the mainstream marketing paradigm of information processing and choice. The theory consists of three key theoretical constructs: experiential modules, primary vs. secondary experiences, and the hierarchy of experiential modules. Based on this theory, this study investigates the effect of experiential attributes and functional attributes on consumer's product evaluations, and the moderating role of consumer's knowledge. The main research findings are (1) the subjects react faster to sensory and affective stimuli(ex: experiential attributes) than they do to intellectual stimuli(ex: functional attributes), (2) the interaction modularity of attributes(functional vs. experiential) × tempo(normal vs. fast) × product knowledge(novice vs. expert) appear significantly with product evaluation as the dependent measure.

Electrochemical discharge machining (ECDM)process is one of spark based micromachining methods especially for microstructuring of nonconductive materials such as glass and ceramics. In ECDM process spark discharge is produced by the dielectric gas film which formed by the coalescence of electrochemically generated gas bubbles. ECDM process has been suffered from achieving uniform geometry of microstructures because of the irregular gas film characteristics. In this study various technical approaches, pulse voltage, side insulated electrode and ultrasonic vibrated electrolyte are proposed to improve the geometric accuracy of ECDM process. Side insulated electrode helps improve the spark discharge uniformity by localizing the electrolysis at the tool tip, while ultrasonic vibrated electrolyte enhances the flushing effects at the gap between the tool and the workpiece. Experimental investigation demonstrates that geometric accuracy of microchannel and microhole is improved by using the proposed methods.

Burrs are inevitable problems in the cutting process. Especially in the microdevices, they influence on the machining accuracy and the assembling accuracy. However, it is difficult to remove burrs only without surface damages. Micro-EDM process was proposed for deburring method in the microdevices. In this paper, the deburring mechanism of micro-EDM deburring process was shown by temperature distribution. The simulated results were verified by the experimental results. The usefulness of micro-EDM process as deburring method was presented.
