韓國大學生의 民主意識과 行動原理와의 隔差에 관한 調査硏究(Ⅰ)

Results of this study are as follows; ① College student preserve highly the consciousness to solve the problems with rationality and reason (ratio; 6:4) ② Their response (the group of college-student) keep the high counteraction (about 57%) concerning behavioral moral for group-orientation. ③ Large numbers of student expressed an optimistism about the society-right (37%) ④ Most of them have the hard-headed consciousness of history (the view of reality that is feeling-neutrality) and preserve a intense care of nation (65%) ⑤ Great part of them insist on the nationalized democratism in Korea (35%) ⑥ They take a decreasing interest in the political affairs however they are concerned about the other-directedness to serve for the public affairs (60%) ⑦ They think that elite is build from social life. Most of them emphasize that the school-education do not contribute to formation of character and it looks like that they admit mostly the achievement aspect to realize ability (ties) ⑧ They consider the political leader who posses the pioneer spirit which dedicate for the korean situation (84%)

This study was conducted to investigate the characteristics of nonstarchy polysaccharides in Korean ginseng, (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer). The results obtained are as follows. 1. The total sugar content of ginseng roots were decreased with increasing the cultural period. On the other hand, the crude fiber content was increased with that of the ginseng leaves or stems. But the crude fiber in root was much less than that of leaves and stems. 2. The dietary fiber content of ginseng root on 5 years old was 14.20% as neutral detergent fiber, 9.08% as acid detergent fiber, hemicellulose 5.12%, cellulose 7.98% and lignin of 1.10%, respectively. 3. Much more pectin was found in ginseng roots which was cultivated for shooter Period. And it was contained much more in the root than in the leaves and stems. 4. ginseng hemicellulose content in root was 5% to 10%. It was decreased with increasing: cultivated period. Hemicellulose was constituted of xylose, arabinose, glucose, rhamnose and xylose of these sugars was the predominant. 5. X-ray diffraction Pattern of ginseng cellulose showed maximum intensity at tile interplanar angle of 4.1$^{\circ}$.
호텔주방의 HACCP 시스템적용 유무에 따른 조리종사원의 직무스트레스, 만족, 몰입의 비교 분석

Objectives: This study was conducted to identify differences in job stress, satisfaction and commitment of cooking employees working in hotel kitchens with and without HACCP systems. Methods: Culinary employees of 12 five-star hotels were surveyed and 504 valid data were used for SPSS analysis. Sub factors of working environment factors (job stress, job satisfaction, and job commitment) were examined for analysis. Results: The results showed that hotels that implemented the HACCP system had significantly higher values for the five sub factors of employee job stress (job demand, relationship conflict, organizational system, lack of job autonomy, and job instability; p<0.001). For the sub factors of job satisfaction (internal and external satisfaction) statistic showed a statistically significant value in hotels that did not implement the HACCP system (p<0.001). Job attachment and job importance, which are sub factors of job commitment, showed no difference in relation to the implementation of HACCP system, and job responsibility showed a higher p-value in hotels that did not implement HACCP (p<0.05). Conclusions: The results of the study indicate that culinary employees working at venues with HACCP systems have more job related stress, lower job satisfaction and partially less job commitment. Based on this outcome, venues that have already implemented or are planning to implement HACCP systems should consider the implications regarding their management of employees. Managerial policies that enhance autonomy, job stability, achievement, self-development, promotion, and compensation should also be implemented. Finally, meticulous attention and high investments into the work environment and human resources are necessary.
내재적 식품안전환경의 인지 정도가 호텔 조리종사원의 직무스트레스와 직무만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 특급호텔 조리종사원을 대상으로 내재적 식품안전환경의 인지 정도에 따른 직무스트레스와 직무만족의 차이와 영향 관계를 알아보고 안전하고 위생적인 식품 제공을 위한 긍정적인 내재적 식품안전환경 인지를 위한 기초자료 제공과 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 첫째, 식품안전환경의 인지 정도에 따른 직무스트레스의 차이 분석을 시행한 결과, 직무요구, 직무강도, 직무불안정에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 둘째, 식품안전환경의 인지 정도에 따른 직무만족의 차이 분석을 시행한 결과, 내적만족, 외적만족 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 식품안전환경의 인지 정도가 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향은 높은 집단만 직무요구와 직무불안정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 식품안전환경이 직무만족에 미치는 영향은 낮은 집단과 높은 집단 모두 외적만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 시사점과 한계점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to find out the difference and influence relationship between job stress and job satisfaction according to the degree of perception of the intrinsic food safety climate for chefs in a hotel, and to recognize the positive intrinsic food safety climate for providing safe and hygienic food it was intended to provide and suggest implications. It analyzed results by using SPSS 22.0 program. First, as a result of analyzing the differences in job stress according to the degree of perception of food safety climate, statistically significant differences were found in job demand, job intensity, and job insecurity. Second, as a result of analyzing the difference in job satisfaction according to the degree of perception of food safety climate, there were statistically significant differences in both internal and external satisfaction. Third, as for the effect of food safety climate on job stress, only the high group had a significant effect on job demand and job insecurity. Fourth, the effect of food safety climate on job satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on external satisfaction in both the low and high groups. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study are presented.
忠孝思想이 大學生의 意識構造에 미치는 要因分析에 관한 硏究

The study awakens college students to the right thought of loyalty and filial piety, analyzing the primary factor of the thought of loyalty and filial piety having effect on the structure of consciousness to college students. Also it proves the theoretical background of the thought of loyalty and filial piety, and aimsat the introduction of the theory for the young take a sense of duty.
