      • 기하학적 형태의 특성분석

        본 연구의 목적은 꽃작품 표현에 있어서 기하학적 형태와 옵 아트의 기법에 의하여 단 순명료하고 활력 있는 생동성을 표현하는데 있다. 정사각형과 직사각형의 기하학적 형태와 철망을 활용하여 공간,색채,운동,기하형태, 질감 등을 주안점으로 하여 표현하고,그 효과를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 정사각형과 직사각형으로 된 기하학적 형태의 반복구성과 옵 아트의 기법에 의하여 강 력한 통합력과 운동효과가 나타났다. 잎의 녹색과 꽃의 적색계통의 색상대비와 명도대비에 의하여 화려하며 경쾌한 생동감 있는 색채효과가 표현되었다. 직선과 곡선의 대비와 철망의 중첩에서 오는 착시현상에 의하여 운동감의 다양성과 생 동성이 연출되었다. 기하학적 형태와 철망에 의하여 단순하고 명료한 통합된 기하형상이 창출되었다. 목재와 철망,식물소재의 표면질감에 의하여 변화와 활력 있는 생동성이 구현되었다. 이와 같이 가설에서 설정한 단순명료하고 활력 있는 생동성이 형태언어로 실증되었다.

        미강 에틸아세테이트 분획물의 C2C12세포를 통한 조골세포 분화 효과

        In this study, we investigated pharmacologic activity of rice bran ethyl acetate fraction (RBE), based on their osteoblast enhancing effects. It has been found that REB have a stimulatory effect on the commitment of bi-potential mesenchymal precursor C2C12 cells into osteoblasts in the presence of BMP-2. Furthermore, RBE enhanced the BMP-2-stimulated induction of ALP, an early phase biomarker of osteoblast differentiation. In addition, Western blot analysis showed RBE enhanced the BMP-2-stimulated phosphorylation of p38, but not those of ERK or JNK. These findings show RBE has the potential to enhance the BMP-2-mediated commitment of C2C12 cells into osteoblasts and their differentiation through p38 activation.

        밀기울 부탄올 분획물이 파골세포의 분화억제에 미치는 효과

        Osteoporosis is a disease of bones that leads to an increased risk of fracture. In osteoporosis, the bone mineral density is reduced, bone microarchitecture deteriorates, and the amount and variety of proteins in bone are altered. It°Øs caused by the imbalance between born resorption and born formation. Recently natural products from plants have been extensively studied as therapeutic drugs to treat and prevent various diseases. Wheat bran is the hard outer layers of wheat grain and produced as a by-product of milling in the production of refined grains. In oriental medicines, Bu So Maek (Tritici Immaturi Semen) with wheat bran has been used as bronchitis, sedatives and anti-sweating effects. However effects of wheat bran butanol fraction (WBB, 50 µg/ml) in osteoclast differentiation remains unknown yet. Thus we investigated the effects of WBB on RANKL induced osteoclast differentiation. WBB inhibited osteoclast differentiation by downregulating the RANKL-induced activations of MAP kinases. Moreover mRNA expression of osteoclast-mediating molecules such as c-Fos, NFATc1 and DCSTAMP were attenuated by WBB during osteoclast differentiation. The finding of this study show that WBB and its components might prevent osteoclast-related bone loss.

        미강 및 밀기울 추출물의 항산화 활성 및 항염증 효과

        The antioxidative activities and anti-inflammatory effects of rice bran and wheat bran were investigated. To determine the antioxidant activity, total phenolic content. DPPH reaction, ABTS reaction and FRAP assay were tested. To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect, the inhibition of NO production, IL-6 production and TNF-a production were observed. The total phenolic contents were 46.4 mg/g in the BuOH fraction of rice bran (RBB) and 69.0 mg/g in BuOH fraction of wheat bran (WBB). EtOAc fraction of rice bran (RBE), EtOAc fraction of wheat bran (WBE), RBB and WBB showed high radical scavenging activity at a concentration of 5 mg/ml. Scavenging activity of DPPH radical were 89.04% in RBB and 91.53% in WBE. Scavenging activity of ABTS radical were 88.53% in RBB and 90.39% in WBB. In case of FRAP assay, RBE reduced 0.805 mM/mg of Fe2+ and WBE reduced 1.521 mM/mg ofFe2+. RBB, RBE, WBB and WBE showed concentration dependent inhibition of LPS induced NO production (RBE: 57.38%, WBE: 76.85%), IL-6 production (RBE: 92.08%, WBB: 92.57%), TNF-a production (RBE: 86.33%, WBE: 85.05%) at a concentration of 100 mg/ml of each fraction. These results showed that RBB, RBE, WBB and WBE have strong antioxidative activities and anti-inflammatory effects and show the possibilities of a new natural antioxidants and anti-inflammatory medicines.

      • 자동차 폐촉매를 이용한 휘발성유기화합물(VOC)의 제어기술

        The characteristics and the combustion activities of a waste automotive catalyst were carried out in this study. Methanol was selected as a model VOC(Volatile Organic Compound) and the combustion activity was examined in a fixed bed reactor. The characteristics of waste automotive catalyst was investigated by EA(Elemental Analysis). ICP-AES(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrophotometer) and BET(Brunauer-Emmett-Teller) analysis. Carbon deposit amount was decreased with increasing pretreatment temperature and air. Conversion of methanol at the reaction temperature of 100℃ was above 90% on the regenerated catalyst with air,60cc/min,400℃.1hr. The selectivities of HCHO and HCOOCH₃were decreased with increasing reaction temperatures. And combustion activity of a waste automotive catalyst was decreased with mileage. Catalytic activity of a waste automotive catalyst for methanol combustion was increased with acid treatment, and the order of acid effect was summarized as follows : HNO₃>HCL>H₂SO₄>CH₃COOH. Finally, we might say that the regenerated waste automotive catalyst by regeneration method has a excellent catalytic activity for VOC combustion.

      • 자동차 폐촉매의 특성 및 VOCs 연소활성

        The characterization of waste automotive catalyst was examined by EA(Elemental Analysis) and ICP-AES(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrophoto meter) analysis. The content of Pt, Pd and Rh in waste automotive catalyst was 1,228ppm, and 233ppm in Excel and 581ppm, 1,883ppm, and 255ppm in Pride. The combustion performance of waste automotive catalyst was investigated for acetaldehyde and toluene as a model VOCs in a fixed bed reactor at atmospheric pressure. The number of estimated waste automotive catalyst was 427,520 in 1997. Carbon deposit amount was higher in front brick than rear brick of catalyst, and increased with mileage. Catalytic activity of waste automotive catalyst for acetaldehyde and toluene combustion was very excellent, and decreased with mileage.

        중학생이 지각한 부모의 학습관여와 교사의 기대가 자기조절학습능력을 매개로 학업성취도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 중학생이 지각한 부모의 학습관여와 교사의 기대가 자기조절학습능력을 매개로 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는지 알아보고 조력자로서의 긍정적인 역할을 모색하여 학생의 학업성취도 향상에 도움을 주는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 전북 모 중학교 289명을 대상으로 2016년 7월 11일부터 7월 20일까지 자료 수집을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 부모의 학습관여는 학업성취도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째 부모의 학습관여는 자기조절학습능력에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째 교사의 기대는 학업성취도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인 되었다. 넷째 교사의 기대는 자기조절학습능력에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 다섯째 부모의 학습관여가 학업성취도에 영향을 미칠 때 자기조절학습능력이 매개역할을 수행하는 것으로 확인되었다. 여섯째 교사의 기대가 학업성취도에 영향을 미칠 때 자기조절학습능력은 매개역할을 수행하는 것으로 확인되었다. This study is purposed to examine whether a parental involvement and teacher expectation being perceived being by a middle school student affects to an academic achievement by means of self-regulation learning ability and to improve it through finding positive role. For this, we carry out the questionnaires to the 289 middle school students in North Jeolla Province on July 11-20, 2016. The collected data are analyzed through SPSS 18.0 statistic program. The results of this study are following. First, a parental involvement has a meaningful effect to the student s academic achievement. Second, it is affirmed that a parental involvement has a meaningful effect to the self-regulation learning ability. Third, it is affirmed that a teacher s expectation has a meaningful effect to the academic achievement. Fourth, it is affirmed that a teacher s expectation has a positive effect to the academic achievement. Fifth, it is affirmed that when a parental involvement affects to the academic achievement the self-regulation learning ability carries out its mediating role. Sixth, it is affirmed that when a teacher s expectation affects to the academic achievement the self-regulation learning ability carries out its mediating role.
