국방 클라우드 기반 스마트폰 관리 시스템을 활용한 병사 스마트폰 거버넌스 방안에 관한 연구

본 논문은 국방 클라우드를 기반으로 병사 스마트폰 사용에 대한 거버넌스의 방안을 연구한다. 2020 년부터 군 부대 내에서 병사의 스마트폰의 사용이 전면 시행되었다. 하지만 대량의 병사 스마트폰을 인적자원을 통해 관리하기 때문에 많은 인적자원 리소스가 필요하고, 보안이 중요한 부대특성상 보안 점검을 사유로 인권침해가 발생하고 있다. 따라서 군 부대 특성을 고려한 거버넌스를 정의하고 도입할 필요가 있다. VMI(Virtual Mobile Infrastructure) 시스템을 이용한 국방 클라우드 기반 스마트폰 관리 시스템은 스마트폰을 군 보급품으로 지급하고 모든 스마트폰 프로세스 및 데이터를 중앙 서버를 통해 관리한다. 본 논문에서는 국방 클라우드 기반 스마트폰 거버넌스를 정의하고 중앙 서버를 통해 모든 스마트폰의 프로세스와 데이터를 관리함으로써 얻을 수 있는 기대효과를 관리적, 보안적 측면에서 연구하였다.
‘황금배’ 유통기간 중 품질 유지를 위한 1-MCP 처리 및 저장·유통방법

Mature ‘Whangkeumbae’ pears (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai) were separately exposed to 10 and 100 μL?L<SUP>-1</SUP> ethylene and 0.1, 0.5 and 1 μL?L<SUP>-1</SUP> 1-MCP at 20℃ for 4 hours, then transferred to air at 20℃ and 80% RH for two weeks. There were distinct differences in ripening behavior in pears exposed to ethylene compared to those treated with 1-MCP. Ethylene treatment resulted in a rapid increase in flesh firmness loss and high respiration rate, while 1-MCP at >0.5 μL?L<SUP>-1</SUP> effectively inhibited firmness loss during 14 days of simulated marketing. Following extended storage (14 days at 8℃) and simulated marketing (10 days at 20℃) of fruit exposed to 100 μL?L<SUP>-1</SUP> ethylene or 0.5 μL?L<SUP>-1</SUP> 1-MCP, the 1-MCP treatment significantly reduced respiration rate and gave a higher external appearance index than for fruit treated with 100 μL?L<SUP>-1</SUP> ethylene or untreated control. Additionally, ripe fruit following simulated exportation (1℃ and 8℃) for 20 days and marketing (20℃) for 7 days, with or without polyethylene wrapping treatment, exhibited increased internal browning of flesh tissue, particularly in fruit subjected to the lower temperature (1℃) without PE wrapping, but little damage was observed in unripe fruits, especially with PE wrapping. These data suggest the need to establish a clear fruit harvest maturity index and to improve postharvest temperature management of ‘Whangkeumbae’ pear during both export and local marketing.

‘Wongwhang’ pear often suffered from the incidence of core and/or flesh browning, which is known to be associated with an improper postharvest handling including storage temperature. We examined the effect of storage temperatures and 1-MCP treatment on the occurrence of browning disorder in ‘Wonwhang’ pears (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai). The incidence of flesh and/or core browning was not consistent to storage temperature (0-10℃). Fruit with high soluble solids and low firmness (more mature fruit) at harvest showed a tendency of high incidence of browning disorder regardless of storage temperature and the effect of 1-MCP (0.5 to 1 ㎕.L<SUP>-1</SUP>) on disorder occurrence was not clear. The browning disorder in ‘Wonwhang’ appeared to be rather affected by the maturity of fruit at harvest. Future study including determination of accurate maturity indices for harvest is required to prevent the postharvest suffering by browning disorder.

본 연구는 향후 2~3년 이내에 100조원에 이르는 국민연금기금이 국내·국제적인 금융시장 환경이 변화하고 있는 상황에서 기금의 운용목적인 수익성, 안정성, 공공성 원칙 중 수익성 원칙에 입각하여 적절하고, 전문성 있게 운용되었는가를 채권부문과 주식부문으로 나누어 평가해 보았다. 채권부문의 경우 채권별 대표수익률의 변동에 따라 채권가격의 차이를 이용한 차익거래전략의 가능성을 찾아내어, 국민연금관리공단의 채권운용의 기본전략인 매입후 보유전략의 변화가 있어야 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 주식부문의 경우 기존에 보고되었던 보고서에서 사용되었던 Benchmark와는 다른 Benchmark를 구성하여 평가한 결과 Benchmark 대비 주식운용수익이 기존의 성과측정 결과 보다 더 낮은 값을 보였다. 기금운용본부가 운영되기 시작한 2000 년과 운영되기 이전인 1999년에 거래빈도수가 많았던 주식을 대상으로 모의투자전략을 실행하여 본 결과 주식운용수익이 모의투자전략에 비하여 낮은 성과를 보였다. 2000년부터 기금운용본부가 운용되기 시작하였으나 운용이전과 운용이후의 투자성과에 있어서의 차이가 없어 기금운용본부의 운용에 있어서의 효율성과 합리성이 요구된다. The National Pension Fund is expected to reach a staggering 100 trillion won within coming 2~3 years. Under this context, the present study aims to evaluate how efficiently and professionally each of the bond and stock components in the Fund has been operated based on the principle of profitability in today`s rapidly changing domestic and international financial markets. In evaluating the performance of the bond component, the study finds that the National Pension Corporation needs to be less rigid in pursuing its longstanding buy-and-hold strategy and more open in seeking arbitrage trading opportunities arising from changes in the market rate of return. In the case of the stock component, the study shows, based on a newly created benchmark differing from existing benchmarks that other studies have used, that the Corporation`s profit performance can be lower than what other studies have claimed it to be. By applying an investment strategy model to stocks that were frequently traded in 1999 and 2000, which is the year when the Fund Management Center began to operate, the study finds that the profit performance of the Center is lower than that of the strategy model. This study also reveals that there is no tangible difference in the investment performance between before and after the Fund Management Center began to operate, emphasizing the need for more efficiency and flexibility in managing the National Pension Fund.
‘신고’ 배 저장 중 바람들이 발생에 따른 세포벽 특성

We examined physiological and chemical characteristics of pithiness disorder occurred in stored ‘Niitaka’ pears (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai). Pithiness disorders were increased as low temperature storage time passes and those were prominent in the fruits of full ripe which increased disorder up to 80% for 4 months of storage. Anatomical changes observed by stereomicroscope in damaged tissues showed an extent of cell collapse and cavity formation. The weights of disordered fruits were lower than those of unaffected ones when compared with fruit size. Analysis of pithiness tissues showed almost 40% of firmness drop when we compared to sound tissue. The amount of water-, trans-l,2-cyclohexanediamine-N,N,N',N'-tetra-acetic acid (CDTA)-, and sodium carbonate-soluble pectic polysaccharides and 4% KOH soluble hemicellulosic fraction increased as pithiness disorder extended. But the depolymerizations of high molecular-mass cell wall pectic-and hemicellulosic polysaccharides were not prominent in the disordered tissues while a slight difference was found between unaffected and disordered fruits. Results indicated that the depolymerization of cell wall components were not the major cause of pithiness disorder during low temperature storage in ‘Niitaka’ pears.
