우리 해군은 함정 제품모델(Naval Ship Product Model, NSPM)을 중심으로 하는 협업 제품개발 환경 구축을 통해 설계 데이터의 재사용성과 M&S의 활용도를 높이고 있다. 그 결과 설계결과의 신뢰성이 높아지고 있으며, 이를 활용한 운영, 건조 시뮬레이션을 통해 소요군의 요구사항이 면밀히 반영되도록 하는 연구도 진행 중에 있다. 이에 따라 설계 데이터의 DB 구축 및 그 품질에 대한 중요성이 부각되고 있으나, 그와 관련된 연구는 초기상태에 머물러 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 저자들의 선행연구 결과인 함정 제품모델의 품질검증 방법론에 기초하여 함정 제품모델을 구성하고 있는 형상요소의 구체적인 품질검증 방안과 이를 자동화하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 함정 제품모델 데이터 중 상대적으로 중요하며, 검증과정에 많은 시간이 소요되고 있는 선각모델을 사례연구 대상으로 정의하였으며, 자동차산업에서 사용되고 있는 제품데이터품질(Product Data Quality, PDQ)을 형상검증 기준으로 활용하였다. 최종적으로 선각모델의 형상 품질검증을 위한 기준과 알고리즘을 제안하였으며 이에 기반 한 초기 시스템을 개발하였다. Recently, R.O.K. Navy is increasing re-usability of design data and application of M&S(Modeling and Simulation) through the establishment of collaborative product development environment focused on Naval Ship Product Model(NSPM). As a result, the reliability of the result of design is getting better, and furthermore, a study to improve quality of construction through simulation of production/operation is in progress. Accordingly, the database construction of design data and the DB(Database) quality become important, but there was not research related to those or it was just initial state. This paper conducted research about system of the quality verification process of shape elements which compose NSPM based on the quality verification guideline of NSPM as the result of the precedent study. The hull surface was limited as verification object. The study to verify two things that application of basic drawing by the cad model of hull surface, and whether there is error in the geometric quality of cad model was progressed. To achieve this goal, the verification criteria and algorithm were defined and the prototype system which is based on was developed.

In the smart life era where the majority of economically active population uses mobile devices, smart devices have formed a new service market. In this study, we developed a shipyard quality management application using mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet PCs. For this purpose, the problems were derived through the analysis of the quality management work on shipyard and the considerations were extracted to build a smart work environment by analyzing the case studies of smart work in other industrial fields. Among the shipyard quality management work, functions thought to be highly utilized when converted to a mobile system has been developed as a mobile application. The application was developed by applying an object-oriented component-based development (ooCBD) methodology, and is expected to improve the user experience and the efficiency of quality management operations in shipyard.
50피트급 탄소섬유강화복합재료 크루즈 보트의 기본설계 및 특성

해양레저 활동의 범위가 점차 원거리 항해로 확대되면서 거주가 가능한 크루즈보트가 각광받고 있다. 해양레저산업 선진국인 유럽, 북미의 경우 미려한 디자인, 인간공학적 구조 그리고 경량선체 소재 채택을 통한 연료효율 향상 등 크루즈보트의 설계와 제작에 있어 이미 경쟁력을 확보하고 있다. 반면, 국내의 경우 소형 레저보트 중심의 개발, 건조가 이뤄지고 있으며, 선체소재 또한 유리섬유강화복합재료(GFRP)가 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 원양항해가 가능한 50피트급 탄소섬유강화복합재료(CFRP) 선체 크루즈보트의 설계 및 특성에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. CFRP 선체 레저보트의 선형특성을 분석하여 설계선(MMU-C.B)의 선형을 제안하였으며, 이를 기반으로 CFRP 크루즈 보트의 설계모델을 구축하였다. 또한 GFRP 레저선박의 모형시험결과와 MMU-C.B 설계결과의 조선공학적 비교검토를 통해 설계선의 형상 그리고 저항 및 활주자세 특성을 분석하였다. As the range of marine leisure activity gradually expands to ocean-going, a habitable cruise boat has been getting the limelight. Advanced countries in the marine leisure industry in Europe and North America have already secured their competitiveness in designing and building cruise boats by elegant design, ergonomic structure and fuel efficiency through the adoption of light-weight hull materials. In contrast, mostly small power boats are developed and built in Korea, and GFRP take up the most of hull materials. This study inquired into the design and characteristics of a 50ft-class CFRP that ocean-going is possible. The hull-form of the CFRP cruise boast were analyzed to propose a hull form for the designed ship (MMU-C.B), and based on that, the design model of the MMU-C.B was built. Finally, the MMU-C.B's characteristics of the resistance performance and hull-planing were found by comparative reviews with the results of model tests of GFRP pleasure yachts.

The resistance performances were studied for two 50-ft-class power yachts made at carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) with different hull form characteristics using model tests. The tests were carried out at a high-speed circulating water channel (CWC) for the 16-38 knot range. The total resistance, trim, and sinkage were measured, and the results were compared with wave patterns. The results showed that a chine position at the draft line had a strong effect on the planning performance and resistance performance in a certain velocity range.

Because the environmental regulations for ships are getting tighter, green ships employing eco friendly technology have recently received a large amount of attention. Among them, various studies for electric propulsion ships have been carried out, particularly in the United States, European Union, and Japan. On the other hand, research related to electric propulsion ships in Korea is in a very nascent stage. In this paper, an estimation process based on the rough requirements of ship owners for the operating performance of electric propulsion ships is proposed. In addition, the estimation process is applied to a small fishing boat for verification of the process. These results are expected to be used as design guidelines in the early stage of the design for electric propulsion ships.
무금형 다점 펀치와 분할성형을 적용한 선체 외판의 가공 정보 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

Forming process of curved plate has been carried out by skilled workers with line heating method. In this study, as more efficient method for the process, Press forming machine composed of a pair of reconfigurable multi press dies is used for forming hull plates of marine vessels. In addition to using the equipment efficiently, continuous division press forming method is applied. However it is difficult to estimate the amount of accurate spring back after forming the plate, we present a combination of FEM (Finite Element Method) and compensation algorithm concerning the relevant numerical approaches. In order to calculate the spring back, the process is modeled by an elastic plastic material and shell elements. An iterative process to obtain the compensated pressing strokes is suggested to adjust the amount of pressing through FEM and geometric compensation. The shape deviations due to spring back are compensated using DA(displacement adjustment) method. Typical examples show the applicability of the method.
탄소섬유강화복합재료(CFRP) 레저선박 선체설계를 위한 ISO 12215와 국제선급규정 비교분석

Recently, CFRP composites have often been used as the materials for lightweight pleasure yacht hulls. Because CFRP composites not only make the hull light but also have good physical characteristics, in the leading countries of the marine industries, CFRP yachts are being sold at a higher price. The design and construction of FRP composite yachts, including those made of CFRP, have to follow rules based on ISO 12215, such as the hull structure rules of the international classification societies. On the other hand, there are no rules related to CFRP composites in the Guidance for Recreational Crafts, which was newly revised by the Korean Register of Shipping. In this paper, ISO 12215-5 and Part B, RINA Pleasure Yacht (REGISTRO ITALIANO NAVALE) on the design pressure and scantling of CFRP hull structures are compared and analyzed. Through a comparative study and the application to a cruise yacht design, we try to understand how to design CFRP hull structures using the international standards, ISO 12215, and the rules of the international classification society, RINA.
