滋襄强壯劑의 粘質性 生藥에 관한 硏究 : Liliaceae의 麥門冬, 天門冬 및 黃精類

Liliaceae에 屬하고 滋養, 强壯, 强精藥으로 흔히 쓰이며, 資源이 풍부한 粘質性의 生藥인 麥門冬, 天門冬, 黃精, 玉竹에 關하여 生藥學的으로 比較 硏究하였다. 生藥形態가 類似하고 臨床的으로 같은 용도로 쓰이는 맥문동, 천문동과 黃精 玉竹의 形態 및 內部構造를 觀察하고 生藥粉末을 檢體로 하여 理化學的 實驗과 抗菌實驗을 시도하였다. 맥문동, 천문동의 塊根 皮層애 작은 形態의 束針晶이 나타나고 황정과 옥죽 根莖組織內에서는 粘液質을 함유한 粘液道와 큰 형태의 束針晶이 많이 觀察되었다. 物性實驗에서 各 生藥粉末의 性狀은 다르게 나타났으며 一般成分分析에서 含量의 差異는 근소하였다. 抗菌실험에서 各 生藥의 水浸液凍結乾燥 粉末과 EtOH Extract를 檢液으로 하여 Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas areuginosa 및 Escherichia coli에 對한 抗菌作用의 유의성을 平板培養法으로 檢定한 結果 EtOH Ex.의 各 檢液에서 各 種菌에 對하여 濃度差異를 두고 抗菌性이 나타났으나 水浸液檢液에서는 나타나지 않았다. 結果 各 粘質性生藥間의 共通的인 特徵과 差異點이 比較되었다. Several crude drugs in Liliaceae which are frequenty employed in Chinese drug dispensing as nutritious or tonic agents were investigated to detect any differences on morphological, physico-chemical and antimicrobial properties. Crude drugs tested were Liriopis Tuber, Asparagi Tuber, Polygonati Rhi-zoma and Polygonati Rhizoma (Oc-juck). The findings of this study were as follows. 1. Small Raphides of ca-oxalate were observed in the cortex of Tuber and large Raphides in abundant mucous substance were presented in the Rhizoma. 2. The result of physico-chemical analysis showed some differences in chemical constituents. 3. The EtOH Ext. of Liriopis Tuber, Polygonati Rhizoma, Polygonati Rh-izoma(Oc-juck) showed antibacterial activities (MIC<100mg/ml). Asparagi Tuber showed antibacterial activities against Bacillus substilis(50mg/ml<MIC<100mg/ml), S. aureus. P. aeruginosa and E. coli (100mg/ml<MIC<250mg/ml). No antifungal activities were observed from both the aqueous Ext. and EtOH Ext. of these crude drugs.

인류의 주 에너지원인 화석연료는 많은 환경오염 문제를 야기하고 있어 전 세계적으로 이를 대체할 수 있는 신재생에너지에 대해 주목하고 있다. 그 중에서도 수소는 현재의 화석연료나 원자력에 비해 무해한 환경적 장점을 가지고 있어 차세대 청정에너지로 평가되고 있다. 수소를 제조하는 방법은 여러 방법 중 가장 경제적이고 친환경적인 방법은 수증기 개질 반응이다. 특히 본 연구에서는 개질 반응의 연료 공급원으로 프로판 가스를 사용하였는데, 보다 손쉽게 얻을 수 있어 매우 경제적인 연료 공급원이다. 기존의 수증기 개질 반응 촉매들은 귀금속류가 많았는데 에너지 효율 대비 가격이 너무 비싸다는 단점이 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 저가의 전이금속을 담체에 분산시켜 내열, 내구성이 우수한 저가 촉매를 개발하고자 하였다. X2MnO4(X=Fe, Co, Ni, Cu) 몰 비율로 촉매를 합성한 후 담체인 r-Al2O3에 3:7의 비율로 함침시켜 촉매로 사용하였다. 촉매의 특성은 XRD, BET, XPS 등을 통해 분석했으며, 반응은 450~800도까지 진행하였다. 프로판 수증기 개질 반응 결과, Ni2MnO4를 r-Al2O3에 함침시킨 촉매가 수소 선택율과 프로판 전환율이 가장 우수했다.

Anabaena sp. PCC 7120의 질소고정 활성에 미치는 질소 화합물, 염, 탄수화물 및 Ca^2+과 Boron의 영향

The growth and nitrogen fixation activity(ARA) of Anabaena sp. PCC 7120, a photoautotrophic and nitrogen fixing filamentous cyanobacteria grown in a nitrogen free AA (1/8) medium were investigated. The ARA increased with the cell growth and was not influenced by the nitrate(NO_3^- -N, 0.14ppm)and ammonium(NH_4^+ -N 0.05ppm) accumulated in the medium during the cell growth: Initially, the cell growth was increased rapidly in the medium containing combined nitrogen source compared with contol(N free AA(1/8)medium), and the decresed, while the growth continued. The cell growth and ARA were inhibited by 30mM. The ARA of the cells grown in the dark was recovered up to 102% & 100% by 8 hours light treatment and by 8 hours light treatment with fructose, but the addition of fructose in the dark condition did not result in the recovery of ARA. The nitrogenase activity of heterocyst was protected by calcium and boron against O_2 effect. The addition of either calcium or boron showed similar effect to the addition of both calcium and boron.

Primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) is composed of large cells with anaplastic, pleomorphic cytomorphology and the expression of the CD30 antigen by the majority (more than 75%) of tumor cells. Recently some variants of ALCL with extensive inflammatory cell infiltration have been reported. A 34-year-old male presented with multiple tumors over the arm, groin, and legs. The tumors of the right groin showed ulceration and purulent discharge. The biopsy specimens revealed extensive infiltrate of large atypical lymphoid cells with mixed inflammatory cells consisting of numerous eosinophils and neutrophils. Immunohistochemical staining was positive for CD3, CD4, and CD30. TCR-γ gene rearrangement was detected. There was no evidence of extracutaneous involvement. We report a case of primary cutaneous ALCL, associated with marked inflammatory cell infiltration. Diagnosis in such cases is challenging because the large atypical lymphoid cells may be easily obscured by the massive infiltrate of eosinophils and neutrophils. This research aimed to study the effectiveness of moves in Barre Work, a part of Ballet lesson as a physical training for improving actor’s expression skill. The results of the research can be summarized as follows: 1. Practicing barre moves enhances ability to control muscle, and is effective to release the tension. 2. Practicing barre moves enhances ability to regulate the expression of body energy, and is effective to develop the body expression. 3. Practicing barre moves is effective to develop the visual representation. 4. Practicing barre moves is effective to create natural movements. This research was designed to study only a part of Barre Work so that it is assumed that this research does not fully address the effectiveness of entire Barre Work lesson. With regarding to this fact, it is suggested to encourage further research on ballet lesson consist of Barre Work and Center Work. Furthermore, research on satisfaction with actor’s expression must be conducted to prove suitability of Ballet program as a physical training for actors.
