친수성/소수성 나노클레이 기반 SSPCM (Shape-Stabilized Phase Change Materials)의 열적·형태학적 성능 평가

The COVID-19 pandemic has led to an increase in indoor occupancy, which in turn has led to an increase in building energy consumption. This has increased the demand for energy efficiency. Thermal energy storage is an effective way to save energy. In this study, Shape-Stabilized Phase Change Materials(SSPCM) to increase energy efficiency were prepared and evaluated. SSPCM was fabricated by vacuum impregnating with n-octadecane. Nanoclay consists of layers formed by arranging crystal structure. Natural Nanoclay, Interlayer space is hydrophilic. However, n-octadecane is hydrophobic. Due to low compatibility, three types of organic nanoclays were selected. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the thermal/morphological performance by comparing the hydrophilic and hydrophobic SSPCMs.

Liver biopsy is the gold standard for diagnosing liver fibrosis, but it is invasive and has a risk for complications. For this reason, recently, study has been actively conducted on non-invasive liver fibrosis evaluation method. But, there is no established standard for the type of diffuse liver disease. Therefore, this study was suggest the usefulness and cut-off values of Fibroscan, FIB-4, APRI and AAR of patients with hepatitis C in Korea. According to the diagnosis, 240 people in hepatitis C are classified into fatty liver, chronic hepatitis, and liver cirrhosis. The statistical analysis was performed by ANOVA to verify difference between groups. The ROC curve was analyzed to determine the usefulness and practical cut-off value. A s a result, for all diseases, the AUC value for Fibroscan was 0 .8 o ver a nd t he APRI was 0 .7 o ver. Cut-off value of serum based liver fibrosis markers was increased in order of fatty liver, chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis. If Fibroscan and serological liver fibrosis markers are applied to predict liver fibrosis, it is expected that excessive liver biopsy can be reduced.
Developing Two Languages: A Case Study of Three Filipino-Korean Families

This case study gives an in-depth description of the affective factors in fostering bilingualism among children of Filipino-Korean families. More specifically, the study describes how the families provide comprehensible input that foster the children's bilingualism, and what factors affect the children's bilingual acquisition. The major methods for collecting data are observations and interviews. The informants for this case study are three Filipino-Korean families, which include the Filipino mothers, the Korean fathers, and five children. From the observation and interview data, three strategies emerged as a means of providing comprehensible input that foster the children's bilingualism: mother talk, language learning tools, and exposure. The findings also reveal the three main factors that affect the children's bilingual acquisition: child's motivation, social context, and home environment.
퍼지 AHP 적용에 있어서 평가자 신뢰도와 위험인식 성향의 반영

In general, reliability of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) depends on pairwise comparison of evaluators. In addition, human judgment on the importance of alternatives or criteria is always imprecise and vague. To cope with these shortcomings, Fuzzy AHP is suggested and used widely recently. But in Fuzzy AHP, it cannot deal with the evaluator’s various attitudes towards risk and confidence owing to evaluator"s different expertise and experience. This paper proposes a method for consideration of evaluator’s confidence and risk attitude in Fuzzy AHP. And suggested methods are applied various scenarios to verify the meaningfulness. The result shows that the priority of alternatives can be change through the consideration of evaluator’s confidence and risk attitude.
펨토셀 환경에서의 셀 간 간섭 회피를 위한 자기 조직화된 자원 할당 기법

본 논문은 펨토셀 환경에서의 셀 간 간섭 회피를 위한 자기 조직화된 자원 할당 기법을 제안하고 컴퓨터 모의실험을 통해 성능을 평가한다. 두 단계로 이루어진 제안 기법은 선(先) 생성된 펨토셀의 기(旣) 사용 주파수를 후(後) 생성된 펨토셀에게 양보 가능하다는 개념을 도입함으로써 펨토셀 등록 실패율을 줄이고 간섭을 회피하는 주파수 할당이 가능하도록 한다. 첫 번째 “초기 주파수 할당” 단계에서 각 펨토셀은 생성과 동시에 스캐닝을 통해 인접 펨토셀 정보를 수집하고 이 정보를 기반으로 이웃 펨토셀과 간섭이 없는 주파수를 사용 주파수로 선택한다. 첫 번째 단계에서 사용 주파수를 획득하지 못한 경우, 생성된 펨토셀은 두 번째 “주파수 조정” 단계를 통해 이웃 펨토셀이 사용하는 주파수를 조정함으로써 자신이 사용할 주파수를 획득한다. 컴퓨터 모의실험 결과는 등록 실패율 측면에서 제안한 방식이 기존 방식보다 우수함을 보여준다. In this paper, we propose a self-organized frequency allocation scheme for femto-cell deployment to avoid intercell interference, thereby reducing cell-registration failure. The proposed scheme follows two steps which if necessary manipulate frequency-band reallocation of existing femto-cells to accomodate newly incoming femto-cells. In the first step named "initial frequency allocation", each femto-cell collects neighboring femto-cells' frequency usage state by listening the broadcasting channels, and then selects one of interference-free frequency-bands. If no inference-free band is available, the second step named "frequency adjustment" starts, where frequency-band reallocation is properly performed from the aspect of overall performance improvement. Numerical results shows that the proposed scheme outperforms the best SINR scheme, which has been practically applied to femto-cell deployment, in terms of cell-registration failure probability and system overhead.
CAX1 유전자가 도입에 의한 칼슘강화 벼 계통의 분석

This study was carried out to analyze the mineral contents including calcium in brown rice for the rice plants transformed with CAX1 gene. In the previous study the transgenic rice plants overexpressing the Arabidopsis Ca²⁺/H⁺ antiporter CAX1 gene were developed using Agrobacterium-mediated transformation method. The calcium content in brown rice of the transgenic rice plants was ranged from 2.7 to 14 times higher than that of the donor cultivar. SEM (scanning electronic microscope) analysis showed that the starch structure of transgenic rice comprised round and tightly packed granules compared with the donor cultivar. The major agronomic traits such as culm length, panicle length and panicle number of transgenic plants (T₃) were similar to the donor cultivar. The grain shape of the T₃-17 and T₃-25 was different from the donor cultivar.
