초기 재령에서 비소성 황토 혼입 고강도 콘크리트의 압축강도 발현 예측을 위한 초음파 속도법 검토

In this study, the mechanical properties of high-strength concrete according to the substitution rate of NSH(Non-sintered Hwangto) as an alternative material for cement were measured and evaluated. Through UPV(Ultrasonic pulse velocity) analysis, the compressive strength prediction equation was proposed, and the substitution rate of NSH was set at 15 % and 30 %. The evaluation items were compressive strength and UPV, and the curing period was set to 24 hours. In compressive strength and UPV, as the NSH substitution rate increased, lower strength and lower UPV were shown. In addition, the correlation number(R2) between compressive strength and UPV was 0.99 for NC(Normal Concrete), 0.97 for NSHC(Non-sintered Hwangto Concrete)33-15, and 0.94 for NSHC33-30. 본 연구에서는 초기 재령에서 NSH(Non-sintered Hwangto) 치환율에 따른 고강도 콘크리트의 역학적 특성을 평가하였다. NSH의 치환율은 15 % 및 30 %로 설정했다. 평가 항목은 압축강도와 UPV(Ultrasonic pulse velocity)로 설정하였으며, 최종적으로 UPV분석을 통해 압축강도 예측 방정식을 제안하였다. 압축강도와 UPV에서는 NSH 치환율이 증가할수록 낮은 강도및 UPV를 보였다. 또한 압축강도와 UPV의 상관관계 분석 결과, 상관계수(R2)는 NC33(Normal concrete)은 0.99, NSHC(Non-sintered Hwangto Concrete)33-15는 0.97, 그리고 NSHC33-30은 0.94로 높은 상관관계를 나타냈다.
Triptolide와 Cisplatin 병용이 두경부 종양 세포주 세포자멸사에 미치는 효과

Cisplatin (CP) is a widely used agent for chemotherapy of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma but some tumor cell shows resistance to CP. Accordingly, it is necessary to seek a method to increase the sensitivity of tumor cell to CP. This study was conducted to investigate whether Triptolide (TP) is effective in the inhibition of proliferating head and neck cancer cell and sensitizes cancer cells to CP. Materials and Method:To assess how the combination of TP and CP influence apoptosis of head and neck cancer cell, AMC-HN4 cells were treated with different concentrations of TP and/or CP. Then, their growth was analyzed by XTT assay and the degree of apoptosis was analyzed by flow cytometry. Results:The combination of TP and CP increased suppression of the growth of tumor cells more significantly and enhanced apoptosis more than that of TP or CP alone, and suppressed expression of anti-apoptotic protein. Conclusion:This study showed that TP alone had antitumor activity in AMC-HN4 cells, and the combination of TP or CP also might sensitize head and neck cancer cell to CP by suppressing the expression of antiapoptotic protein. 대용량 공유 스토리지 시스템을 위한 토큰 버킷기반 성능 제어 기법

스토리지 시스템의 성능과 용량이 증가됨에 따라서, 스토리지 시스템은 이제 다양한 사용자에 의해서 공유되어 사용되는 것이 일반화 되고있는 추세이다. 본 논문은 네트워크에서 널리 이용되는 토큰 버킷을 이용하여 공유 스토리지 시스템 상에서 각 사용자 원하는 스토리지 입출력성능을 확률적으로 보장하는 기법을 설계한다. 또한, 다양한 형태의 작업부하를 이용한 시뮬레이션을 통해서 제안된 알고리즘의 동작 및 성능을 검증한다. With the increase in I/O performance and capacity, it becomes commonplace that storage systems are shared by multiple storage users. This paper proposes an efficient token-bucket-based performance control technique for the shared storage that can statistically guarantee demanded storage performance from different users. It also verifies the operational characteristics and performance of the proposed scheme under various types of I/O workloads.
