한ㆍ중 해양문학론 논의의 현황과 방향성 모색

The thesis is about the review of theory of ocean literature of Korea and China to search for its future direction. For the result, the common issues to be discussed in ocean literature in two nations was found that ocean experience was the foundation of ocean literature. There was a bit of difference of range of ocean literature according to the definition of ocean experience. However, the common ground for ocean literature were around experience, material, life. The future direction of ocean literature should consider not only the ocean experience but more about the original image of ocean as the spiritualized literature. It is because the earth which suffers for the development of human nature started to reveal its limit not to bear the suffering any more. If the way to solve the ecological crisis facing the earth could not be found, it would be impossible to see the future of human being. Where can it be found to solve the problem by the roots? Would it be possible if land-centered paradigm of present to be changed with ocean-centered? Could not it be available to find the way in ocean which has the beauty of life, coexistence, exchange, and openness? This would be the part of ocean literature, and the foundation for the healing of ecological crisis using ocean literature. Therefore, the writer to give a shape to prototypical image of ocean in the ocean literature should raised and ocean culture contents to be developed and spread. This can be the future direction for ocean literature of Korean and China, both of which is developing based on the ocean. That is, it is one of the realistic tasks of ocean literature which should be considered and realized as the identity of literature of northeast asia region.

소아중환자실 간호사를 위한 다면적 소아 섬망 교육프로그램이 섬망 지식, 섬망 간호에 대한 자신감, 섬망 사정 정확도에 미치는 효과: 단일군 전후설계

Purpose : This study aimed to identify the effects of a multifaceted pediatric delirium education program for pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) nurses on their delirium knowledge, confidence in delirium nursing, and delirium evaluation accuracy. Methods : This study used a one-group pretest-posttest design. The participants were 50 nurses in two units of the PICU at S General Hospital in Seoul. All participants took a 1-hour lecture with case-based practice for the first two weeks, and received feedback as they applied the program to clinical practice over the next two weeks. Test measures were completed before and after the four week intervention period for all participants. The delirium evaluation accuracy was measured using the Korean version of the Cornell Assessment of Pediatric Delirium. Data were analyzed using the chi-square and paired t-tests.Results : After the Pediatric Delirium Education Program, nurses’ delirium knowledge (x2 =11.65, p =.001), confidence in delirium nursing (t=9.71, p<.001), and delirium evaluation accuracy (t=6.07, p<.001) improved significantly. Conclusions : Pediatric delirium education programs for PICU nurses were effective. For active application of the program in clinical practice in the future, various cases of childhood delirium and specific strategies for each subject must be developed. To achieve this, long-term intervention and research for multiple organizations are required.

흑미 (Oryza sativa L.) 호분층 추출물이 난소절제 흰쥐의 골밀도 및 골대사 지표에 미치는 영향

Aleurone layer of Black rice (Oryza sativa L.) is enriched with anthocyanin that could increase bone density. This study was conducted to investigate the osteoporosis-preventing effects of the aleurone layer extract (BRE) on bone loss of ovariectomized (OVX) rats. OVX (or sham-operated) rats were assigned to three groups (n=8 per group): sham operated group (Sham); OVX control group (OVX); OVX-BRE group, OVX rats treated with BRE 90 mg/kg B.W. The deionized water alone or deionized water with BRE was orally administrated to Sham, OVX or OVX-BRE groups, respectively for 12 weeks. High fat diet with 45 kcal% fat and water were fed to all rats ad libitum. Body weight was significantly decreased in the OVX-BRE group compared to the OVX group (p<0.05). The bone mineral density and bone length of tibia were significantly higher in the OVX-BRE group compared to the OVX group and breaking force was significantly higher for the both tibia and femur bones. Serum estradiol concentration and calcium concentration of femur were higher in the OVX-BRE group than those of OVX group. However, serum alkaline phosphatase activity and parathyroid hormone concentration were decreased in the OVX-BRE group compared to the OVX group. The results suggest that aleurone layer of Black rice is a potentially useful ingredient to protect against estrogen deficiency or menopause related osteoporosis.

윤동주 시에 나타나는 만주, 한국, 일본에서의 공간인식의 양상

There are a few thesis about the aspect of recognition of space in Yoon"s poem. Nevertheless, there has been no thesis about space of his birth in China, and his study in Korea, and study in Japan in series and continuity. There are different levels in those spaces while there were colonized by Japan. So the thesis is focused on the recognition of space in three spaces as a same place. These is poem Street, which is based on China, Korea, and Japan. There are also peom On street based in China , Street with board in Korea (1941), and Flowing street in Japan (1942, 5, 12) Reflected upon three peoms, Street is centered on the writer of itself, while other two is rather developed focusing history and relationship with others. It aslo related with personal development and experience as an adult. In other points, the poet"s view is developed from personal viewpoint to reality of the period. Time difference of three poems are quite huge but interestingly the time period is happened at night commonly. It seems quite personal interest of poet himself only focused on the night time for the poem background.Yoon dongju’s poem is based on the darkness in world view. Even he recognized that the opposite side is the light, the darkness is awakened before the light. The view is developed toward lightness through darkness. His recognition of world view focused on the darkness is related with his view in poem. It is also related with his religious view point with his world view and poem. The character of religious people is that they recognize the world as chaos rather than cosmos. Therefore the chaos of time and place is tended to replace with holy one instead. That is, the world is recognized from the chaos. The chaos is revealed as the darkness and this can be used as the background of his poem as night.

한국어판 Cornell Assessment of Pediatric Delirium 소아 섬망 사정 도구의 검증

Purpose: This study was to examine the reliability and validity of the Korean version of the Cornell Assessment of Pediatric Delirium (CAPD). Methods: For testing the reliability of the Korean version of the CAPD, this study calculated the internal consistency (Cronbach's α) and the Interrater Correlation Coefficient (ICC) by comparing the independent assessment results of three nurses in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). For testing the validity of the Korean version of the CAPD, the assessment result of the Korean version of the CAPD compared with that of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders V (DSM-V). Receiver Operating Characteristics (ROC) analysis was used for measuring sensitivity and specificity. Results: Overall interrater reliability of the Korean version of the CAPD, ICC was .98 (95% CI .96~.99). Cronbach's α was .91 for eight items. The concordance between the Korean version of the CAPD and psychiatrist's diagnosis was 90.0%. When the Korean version of the CAPD has the cut point of 9, sensitivity was 93.8%, and specificity was 75.0%. The area under the curve indicated by the ROC analysis was .88. Conclusion: The Korean version of the CAPD showed good reliability and validity. This tool will be useful for pediatric delirium screening and management in Korean PICU.

김성식 시인의 시에 나타난 해양체험의 한 양상

This thesis is about the marine poetry of Kim Sung-sik who has this deep sea experience. It was closely looked how this experience was revealed in his poetry. These scenes were looked as take-off, sailing, awareness of sea, sailor, port, and sailing back. As take-off is the beginning of sea life, returning is the conclusion of it. In the take-off scene, Kim Sung-sik shows the dynamic and bright movement. In the awareness of sailing and sea, Kim Sung-sik recognizes the sea as the threat of life, It is originated from the thought that they face storm and typhoon in the ocean. In the port, it is shown as the place to get recovered and refreshed from the tiresome from the work at the sea. In the part of interest toward the work on the boats, Kim Sung-sik sympathies himself with the old sea boat In the sailing back home, it is confirmed that the miss and love for the family are strongly described and interestingly both of their objects are women. This shows that from the escaped from the wavering space of ocean, to the returning to peaceful and calming maternal place is revealed unconsciously. For the future of Marine Poetry Literature, it is needed to mature the work of this poet who pioneered the deep-sea experience. For this, we need more group of poet who embarked for the sea experience.
