This paper analysed the efficiency of Chinese railway industry using DEA-AR for the years 1985~2004. There are largely three purposes for this research. First, it analyzes the efficiency of Chinese railway industry. Second, the cause of inefficiency in railway industry is to be analyzed. Lastly, the current issue needs to be deducted for the improvement of efficiency in Chinese railway industry. Analyzing the efficiency of Chinese railway industry, it can be said that Chinese railway industry from 1985 to 2004 was generally inefficient. The average of efficiency during this period was 0.827. Since 2000, the efficiency of Chinese railway industry shows sign of increasing. Before the year 2000, the average was 0.790, however, it s well noticeable to see that the value changed to 0.939 after the year 2000. Through the result of analysis seated above, the current topics followed can be drawn. First, Chinese railway industry needs to improve the efficiency through the constant investment on the infrastructure and the adoption of modernized facilities. Second, the railway system needs to be raised in efficiency through continuous promotion of reformation and the management of railway system is focused more on the more important personnel. Third, the continuous investment for railway needs to be made during the economical planning period. 본 연구는 DEA-AR을 활용하여 1985년부터 2004년까지 중국의 철도 산업의 효율성을 측정하고, 생산요소의 투입에서 비효율성을 발생시키는 요인과 그 크기에 대한 구체적인 분석을 실시하여 이를 근거로 중국 철도의 효율성 향상방안을 도출하고자 한다. 중국 철도의 효율성 분석 결과 1985년부터 2004년 기간의 효율성의 평균값은 0.827로 전반적으로 비효율적인 상태에 있음을 의미하며, 2004년은 효율성 값이 1로서 가장 효율적인 연도로 측정되었다. 또한 2000년 이후 중국 철도의 효율성은 급격히 증가하는 결과를 보였다. 중국 철도 산업에서 비효율성을 발생시키는 가장 큰 원인으로는 노동의 과다 투입과 자본(기관차, 화차)의 과다 투입이라 할 수 있다. 중국 철도는 지속적인 인프라 확충과 현대화된 설비의 지속적인 도입으로 효율성이 증가하고 있으며 철도 개혁으로 인한 효율성의 증가가 뚜렷하게 나타나고 있다. 중국의 철도 산업이 개혁의 효과를 지속하고 효율성을 향상하고자 한다면 지속적인 개혁의 추진으로 철도 조직의 효율화를 추구하고 적정 인원을 유지해야하며 인프라 투자를 통한 시설확충과 설비의 교체를 통하여 전반적인 철도 효율성 향상을 도모해야 할 것으로 판단된다.
포터의 다이아몬드 모델을 활용한 포워딩 기업의 경쟁력 결정요인 분석: AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)의 적용

The objective of this paper is to identify the priorities of the factors for determining the competitiveness of forwarding companies. In order to evaluate relative importance of the factors, AHP(analytical hierarchy process) on the basis of experts survey is used. The four decision factors that make up the forwarding companies competitiveness analysis model were set to ‘Factor conditions’, ‘Demand conditions’, ‘The related and supportive companies’, ‘Management strategies and competition systems’. 'Service procurement scale' and 'Quality level' were selected as sub-components of the ‘Factor conditions’, and 'Quality elements' and 'Quantitative elements' were selected as sub-components of the ‘Demand conditions’. In addition, 'Business-related affiliates' and 'Support networks' were selected as sub-components of ‘The related and supportive companies’, and 'Management strategies' and 'Competitive systems' were selected as sub-components of ‘Management strategies and competition systems’. AHP(analytical hierarchy process) on the basis of experts survey is used to measure the relative importance of eight sub-factors and 18 metrics to measure them based on subjective perceptions of competitiveness assessment.
구조방정식모형을 이용한 국가직무능력표준(NCS)기반의 물류교육과정의 물류성과에 대한 효과 분석

This study analyzed 11 capacity units and 38 competency unit elements which have been developed for logistics management tasks in National Competency Standards (NCS) and suggested a logistics education models for operation of training courses for logistics related employees. In addition, the effect on the logistics performance of an enterprise was analyzed by using a structural equation according to the character of the curriculum when the NCS-based education course is operating. The result show that the effect on logistics performance of the company was different by each unit of capacity and the same units of capability have different effects on logistics performance depending on whether NCS-based educational operation are mediating. In addition, we found that there is the unnecessary structural curriculum in NCS structure and have a synergy effect when it is operated with another curriculum. Therefore, supporting system should be provided to flexible curriculum operations according to the character of the tasks in accordance with the needs of logistics enterprise.
중국 자유무역시험구의 물류경쟁력 분석 : Entropy-TOPSIS의 적용

China's reform and opening policy, which began in 1980 with the establishment of a "special economic zone," has undergone a significant shift in the way of development since it recently entered the New Normal era. In this circumstance, China Pilot Free Trade Zone has significant implications as President Xi Jinping's innovative reform and opening-up policy. Thus, this study identified the operation status and characteristics of 12 China Pilot Free Trade Zones, reflecting the characteristics of China. Then the logistics competitiveness of 11 free trade test zones excluding Hainan was analyzed based on the 2018 data using the Entropy-TOPSIS method. The total logistics competitiveness results indicate that Guangdong was the most competitive among the 11 China Pilot Free Trade Zones, and Shanghai and Fu Jian rank second and third, respectively. According to the results of this study, the logistics competitiveness of Shanghai, Guangdong, Fujian and Tianjin, setting up earlier than others, were relatively high. Meanwhile, the coastal areas received relatively high logistics competitiveness scores because they had better economic and industrial conditions with major ports. This study provided important policy implications to provide strategies concerning the characteristics of Korean companies in logistics competitiveness, based on careful analysis of positioning and specialized logistics function of China Pilot Free Trade Zone.
돼지 위저부 평활근의 비아드레날린 비콜린성 신경전달물질에 관한 연구

The relaxation of gastric fundus smooth muscles is the primary physiological event which induces the receptive relaxation of monogastric animals. L-arginine/Nitric oxide(L-arg/NO) system is known to mediate the inhibitory non-adrenergic non-cholinergic(NANC) neurotransmission in various tissues including gastrointestinal smooth muscles. The longitudinal smooth muscles of porcine gastric fundus showed fast relaxation during electrical field stimulation(EFS) and rebound contraction after EFS in NANC condition. So, the purpose of present study was elucidation of the neurotrasmitters related to the NANC relaxation and explanation of the relation between NANC relaxation and L-arg/NO system. The longitdinal smooth muscles of porcine gastric fundus were hung in the organ bath and under the presence of guanethidine($5{\times}10^{-5}M$), precontraction was induced by carbachol($1{\times}10^{-6}M$). The muscle responses to EFS and drugs were isomerically recorded. The rusults were summarized as follows. 1. The longtudinal muscles of porcine gastric fundus showed frequency-dependent relaxation and rebound contraction to electrical field stimulaton(1ms, 8V, 1~16Hz, 20sec, EFS). These responses were blocked by tetrodotoxin($1{\times}10^{-6}M$). 2. The relaxation and rebound contraction of the longitudinal muscles of porcine gastric fundus to EFS were inhibited by L-NAME($2{\times}10^{-5}M$). The inhibitory effect of L-NAME was antagonized by L-arginine($1{\times}10^{-3}M$), but not by D-arginine($1{\times}10^{-3}M$). 3. Exogenous NO($NaNO_2$, $1{\times}10^{-5}{\sim}1{\times}10^{-4}M$, pH=2.0) caused concentration-dependent relaxation as EFS did. 4. Methylene Blue($2{\times}10^{-5}M$), a soluble guanylate cyclase inhibitor, inhibited the relaxation and rebound contraction of the longitudinal muscles of porcine gastric fundus induced by EFS, but N-ethlmaleimide, a adenylate cyclase inhibitor, did not. 5. 8-Br-cGMP($1{\times}10^{-6}{\sim}3{\times}10^{-6}M$), permeable cGMP analogue, induced dose-dependent relaxation. but 8-Br-cAMP($1{\times}10^{-6}{\sim}3{\times}10^{-6}M$), permeable cAMP analogue, did not. Both did not evoked rebound contraction. 6. ${\alpha}$-chymotrypsin did not affect the relaxation of the longitudinal muscles of porcine gastric fundus. 7. Reactive blue 2($1{\times}10^{-4}M$, 40min) siginificantly inhibited the rebound contraction induced by EFS and inhibited contraction caused by exogenous ATP($1{\times}10^{-4}{\sim}1{\times}10^{-3}M$). These results suggests that NANC relaxation of the longitudinal muscles of porcine gastric fundus mainly mediated by NO and the rebound contraction is related to NO and other neurotransmitters.
