노인의 성생활과 성태도가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 노인의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해, 성생활이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이고, 또한, 이들의 관계에서 성태도의 매개효과를 살펴봄으로써 삶의 만족도를 어느 정도 향상시키는가를 파악하는 것이다. 조사대상은 충청북도 청주시와 근교에 거주하는 184명의 노인들이고 SPSS 12를 활용하여 회귀분석을 통해 경로분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인의 삶의 만족도는 일반적 특성으로서 남성보다는 여성, 연령이 적을수록, 학력이 높을수록, 배우자가 없는 경우보다 있는 경우, 생활비는 연금이나 저축으로 충당할 경우, 경제적으로 만족할수록, 건강할수록, 그리고 성교육을 받은 노인이 삶의 만족도가 높았다. 둘째로, 성생활과 관련하여, 성생활을 하고 있는 노인, 그리고 성생활을 만족할수록 노인의 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째로, 이러한 요인들의 영향관계에 있어서 성에 대한 태도가 개방적인 태도를 가질 때, 매개효과를 나타내면서 삶의 만족도를 더욱 향상시키는 요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 노인의 삶의 만족도를 향상시키기 위해서 성과 관련하여 다양한 논의를 하였고, 향후 성생활을 만족할 수 있는 방안과 성에 대하여 개방적 태도를 갖도록 하는 방안을 모색해 보았다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of sexual life and sexual attitude on the elderly`s life satisfaction and also to identify plans to improve their life satisfaction. The participants of this study were 184 persons who are living in Cheongju city. Data analyzed influence between variables by regression analysis using the SPSS 12. The results were as follow. First, there were significant differences in female, lower age, higher education, living with spouse, higher health and received sex education for the elderly`s life satisfaction. Secondly, with regard to sexual life, the elderly who enjoy to sexual life and the more satisfying sexual life, the more influence on their life satisfaction. Thirdly, in this relation, between sexual life and life satisfaction, sexual attitude was found to be moderating role. Therefore, when they take open attitude about sexual life and increase sexual life satisfaction, it was proved the factor to improve their life satisfaction. Based on the these results, suggestions were discussed and it explored ways to have an open attitude about sexual life and to get enjoying sexual life for the improvement of the elderly`s life satisfaction. And, the suggestions for following studies were presented.

여성결혼이민자의 사회적 지지 및 결혼만족과 양육행동에 관한 연구

본 연구는 자녀를 둔 다문화가정의 여성결혼이민자를 대상으로 자녀양육에서 사회적 지지 및 결혼만족과 양육행동 간의 관계를 파악하였다. 연구대상은 충청북도에 거주하고 자녀를 양육한 경험이 있는 174명의 여성결혼이민자(중국, 일본, 베트남, 필리핀 등)이다. 연구결과를 보면 첫째, 여성결혼이민자의 결혼만족은 3.45/5점으로 보통 이상 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 여성결혼이민자의 양육행동은 배우자 지지, 배우자 외 지지, 그리고 결혼만족과 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 여성결혼이민자의 배우자 지지는 결혼만족과 양육행동에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타난 반면 배우자 외 지지는 결혼만족과 양육행동에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 여성결혼이민자의 결혼만족은 사회적 지지와 양육행동 간에 매개효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 다문화가정의 여성결혼이민자가 긍정적 양육행동을 더 많이 제공 할 수 있는 구체적인 방안에 관해 제언하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of marital satisfaction and social supports of the female marriage immigrants on parenting behavior. The subjects were the 174 female marriage immigrants(China, Japan, Philippine, Vietnam, etc.) who have children living in Chungcheongbuk-do. The result of this study are as followings. First, the mean score of marital satisfaction is 3.45(s.d=0.85) from 5 points Likert scale. This is higher than the medium level of the scales. Second, parenting behavior of the female marriage immigrants was significantly related to husband support, those who from family other members and marital satisfaction. Third, husband support have influence on the marital satisfaction and parenting behaviors significantly, but other family member support have no influence on the parenting behavior and marital satisfaction. And marital satisfaction of female marriage immigrants do not intervene between social support and parenting behavior. Based on the results, implications for improvement about the parenting behaviors of female marriage immigrants were discussed.

사회공헌활동 참여자의 참여활동만족과 사회자본이 참여효과에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 충청북도의 사회공헌활동에 참여하는 참여자를 대상으로참여활동만족과 사회자본이 참여효과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석해 보는 것이다. 참여자가 활동에 대한 만족하는 수준이 높을수록 참여에 대한 효과가 높을 것이며 특히, 사회공헌을 활동하는 과정에서 얻게 되는 사회자본이매개할 수 있다고 예측해 보았다. 그래서 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 참여활동만족과 참여효과의 관계에서 사회자본은 매개효과를 갖는가를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 자료는 사회공헌활동 참여자 241명을 대상으로 조사하였고수집된 자료는 SPSS를 활용하여 통계분석하였으며 결과적으로 참여자의 참여활동만족과 참여효과의 관계에서 사회자본은 부분매개효과를 갖고 영향을 미친다는 결과를 얻었다. 따라서 사회공헌활동에 있어서 참여자의 참여활동만족이 참여효과에 영향을 미칠 때, 사회자본을 형성하면 참여활동만족과 함께 참여효과에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증된 것이다. 따라서 사회공헌활동사업의 적합성을 파악하고 나아가 지속과 유지를 위한 개선을 마련하기 위하여 사회공헌활동의 참여효과를 높이는 방법으로 참여자가 활동에 대한 만족을 높이고 사회자본도 얻도록 하는 방법을 구축하는 방안을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the effect of participation activity satisfaction and social capital on the participation effectiveness of participants who participate in social contribution activities in Chungcheongbuk-do. It was predicted that the higher the level of satisfaction with the participation activities of the participants, the higher the effectiveness on participation. In particular, it was predicted that the social capital obtained in the process of social contribution activities could mediate. Therefore, in order to achieve the purpose of this study, this study is to examine whether social capital has a mediating effect in the relationship between participation activity satisfaction and participation effectiveness. The data were surveyed on 241 participants in social contribution activities, and the collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS. Therefore, when participants’ satisfaction with participation in social contribution activities affects the effectiveness of participation, it has been verified that the formation of social capital has a greater effect on the effectiveness of participation and satisfaction with participation in social contribution activities. Therefore, in order to identify the suitability of the social contribution project and further improve the continuation and maintenance of the social contribution activity, a method to increase the participation effectiveness of the social contribution activity and a way to increase the satisfaction of the participants and to obtain social capital has been proposed.

사례관리자의 자기효능감과 지역사회자원의 네트워크구축 관계에서 사회적 관계망의 매개효과

지역사회복지관 사회복지사의 감정노동 경험 연구

본 연구는 Giorgi(2004)의 현상학적 질적 연구방법론을 통해서 지역사회복지관에 종사하는 사회복지사들의 감정노동 경험을 분석함으로써 사회복지사들이 갖고 있는 감정노동 경험의 본질과 의미를 밝히는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 이에 지역사회복지관에 종사한지 5년이 넘는 사회복지사 10명을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 심층 면담을 실시하였으며 인터뷰 내용은 연구참여자들의 동의하에 녹음하여 녹취하였고 자료의 분석결과 331개의 의미단위, 91개의 의미단위 요약문, 26개의 하위구성요소, 그리고 7개의 구성요소를 도출하였다. 지역사회복지관에 종사하는 사회복지사의 감정노동의 구성요소는 “사회복지사가 감정노동을 경험하게 되는 이유”, “직무 외 감정노동 경험”, “사회복지사가 경험하는 감정노동의 대상들”, “감정노동 경험의 긍정적인 영향들”, “감정노동 경험의 부정적인 영향들”, “사회복지사가 감정노동에 대처하는 방법”, “변화를 위한 기대”로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러한 사회복지사의 직무상 나타나는 감정노동을 1차 감정노동과 2차 감정노동으로 구분하여 인식할 필요성을 분석결과로 제시하였고, 사회복지사의 일을 감정노동의 관점에서 그 직무의 특성을 고려해야 할 필요, 그리고 적절한 직무자원의 지원 방안에 대한 논의를 제안하였다. The current study aimed to analyze the experience of emotional labor experienced by social workers employed at a community welfare center using Giorgi’s (2004) phenomenological qualitative research, as to illuminate the nature and meaning of emotional labor. As such, 10 social workers with more than 5 years of work experience at a community welfare center were selected to participate in the study, and 3 in-depth interviews were conducted for each participant in the participants’ workplaces. Interviews with the participants were recorded as per consent of the participants; analysis of the recordings yielded 331 meaning units, 91 summaries of the meaning units, 26 subordinate components, and 7 components regarding the participants’ experiences of emotional labor. The elements comprising the emotional labor experienced by social workers at the community welfare center consisted of “the reason why the social worker experiences emotional labor”, “the target to which the social worker experiences emotional labor”, “non-work related emotional labor”, “methods to deal with emotional labor employed by the social worker”, “the negative impacts of emotional labor”, “positive impacts of emotional labor” and “anticipation for changes in the future.” Accordingly, the current study outlined and analyzed the need to classify the emotional labor experienced by social workers into primary and secondary emotional labor types. The study furthermore suggested that the nature of the work carried out by social workers should be evaluated according to the emotional labor involved - and that adequate support measures should be provided for the workers out of appropriate job resources.
