      • 건설현장 화재 발생 요인 분석에 따른 예방우선순위 연구

        현재 국내 건설현장에서 안전관리가 중요해지고 있다. 안전관리가 중요함에도 건설현장의 사고는 꾸준히 늘어나고 있는 실정이다. 안전사고 중에 화재사고는 건설현장의 공기지연이나 작업 계획에 부정적인 영향뿐만 아니라 크나큰 인명피해까지 야기한다. 따라서 이번 연구의 목적은 건설현장 화재발생사례를 통해 건설현장 화재발생 요인을 추출하고, 요인 분석을 통해서 예방우선순위를 정하여 화재예방에 기여하려는 것이다. 연구 방법으로는 사례를 통한 화재요인을 선정하고, 전문가 집단을 통해 설문조사를 실시 후 AHP기법을 통해 설문을 분석한다. 전문가 집단의 설문조사를 AHP기법으로 분석한 결과는 작업자와 작업자의 하위 항목들이 상위항목들을 차지하였다. 따라서 화재예방을 위한 우선순위를 제시하였으며, 본 연구를 통해 도출된 순위별 요인들을 우선순위에 따라 통제, 관리, 활용한다면 보다 효과적인 화제예방을 이룰 수 있을 것이라 사료된다. Currently, safety management is becoming important at domestic construction sites. Despite the importance of safety management, accidents at construction sites are steadily increasing. Fire accidents among safety accidents cause not only negative effects on schedule delay or work plans at construction sites, but also huge casualties. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to extract the causes of fire at the construction site through the case of fire at the construction site, and to prioritize prevention through the analysis of the factors to contribute to the prevention of fire. As a research method, we select fire factors through case, conduct surveys through expert group, and analyze survey through AHP technique. The results of the AHP analysis of the survey of expert groups showed that the workers and their sub-item ranked high. Therefore, the priority for fire prevention was given, and this research is believed to help prevent fire.

      • Symposium 2-4-1 (SYP 2-4-1) : Immediate reconstruction with flaps and grafts

        After skin cancers excision on the trunk and extremities, the choice of treatment for a surgical defect is highly variable. There are many surgical reconstruction methods including primary closure, local or distant flap, skin graft, secondary intentional healing and so on. Regarding wound repair following excision of skin cancers, surgeon can choose proper technique among reconstruction methods as listed above. The treatment should be considered by various factors including type of skin cancers, tumor size, specific tumor sites, aesthetic unit, anatomical functions, scar, and patient’s general conditions. In past years, primary closure was the preferred method for reconstruction of wound but nowadays improvement of surgical technique and development of new instruments changed surgeon’s choice. Primary closure could be suitable if the size of defect is small without tension. Otherwise, immediate flaps or skin graft can be considerable. In case of skin cancers such as extramammary Paget’s disease, dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans, and malignant melanoma, the defect size might be usually larger than other skin cancers. Consequently, tension is increased and reserved tissue surrounding the defect is diminished. Therefore immediate flaps or skin graft is firstly considerable as a treatment for repair of defect. Most of the time, flaps are used: transposition flap, rotation flap, advancement flap. Sometimes, it is suitable to use purse-string suture for rapid reconstruction within limited operation time when surgery cannot be performed for long time due to patient’s poor general conditions. Also, key-stone flap provides a high quantity of supple tissue, good feeding vessels for reconstruction of defect on trunk, while remaining a significantly more complex surgical technique and labor intensity. There are several advantages of immediate reconstructions using flaps and grafts. Post-operative recovery is usually rapid. Also, its advantages are less scarring and superior aesthetic results as compared with other reconstruction methods, because of less scarification of adjacent tissue. Although immediate reconstruction is not the best way to repair the defect of skin cancers, flaps and skin graft are firstly considerable methods for repair the defects on trunk and extremities. In conclusion, considering functional results, aesthetic results, scar, and patient’s status and convenience, proper treatment for reconstruction will be recommended.

        In this paper, we explore low power spiking DNN (Deep Neural Network) implementation based on our three observations. First, the accuracy of spiking DNN can be improved by bounding the membrane voltage of neurons to an appropriate range. Secondly, spiking DNN shows similar accuracy even with low-precision arithmetic units. Thirdly, weight pruning reduces the error sensitivity of spiking DNN. Based on these three observations, our techniques reduce the power consumption of hardware spiking DNN implementation by 79%.

Among them, the Activator Senior, which has a higher level of education and active acceptance of necessary information than previous generations, is also spending more time adapting to rapid environmental changes due to natural physical aging over time. For this reason, it is important for them, who make up the majority of the population due to aging, to be able to feel and learn from the body, not the head The purpose of this study is to present a plan for an IT experience exhibition space in which program elements can be formed in various spaces, participated directly, and manipulated to experience them with five senses.

        4차 산업혁명 시대의 신성장 동력과 포용적 성장

        4차 산업혁명 시대에 들어서면서 ICT 혁신 기술이 기하급수적인 속도로 빠르게 발전하고, 산업구조가 플랫폼 비즈니스 중심으로 변화하면서 일상생활과 경제 전반에 큰 변화가 일어나고 있다. 4차 산업혁명을 주도하는 핵심기술은 5G, 인공지능, 블록체인으로 이러한 기술은 그 자체로도 산업을 이루면서 동시에 4차 산업혁명의 핵심인프라로 활용되어 기존 산업과 융합해 미래성장동력을 창출할 전망이다. 그러나 기존 성장중심의 경제 모델이 불러온 소득불평등 확대, 일자리 감소, 저출산/고령화 등 사회경제적 문제가 4차 산업혁명으로 인해 더욱 심화될 수 있다는 우려도 제기된다. 이를 해결하기 위해 사회문제 해결과 경제성장을 동시에 추구하는 ‘포용적 성장(Inclusive Growth)’이 대안으로 등장하고 있으며 특히 ICT 혁신 기술이 급속도로 발전하면 사회문제 해결을 위한 ICT의 역할이 확대되고 있다. 다만, 포용적 성장을 민간 단위에서만 추진하기는 어려우므로 정부가 사회 문제 해결을 위한 미션지향적(mission-oriented) 프로젝트를 통해 초기 사업 위험을 부담하면서 새로운 시장을 창출하는 주도적인 역할이 필요하다. With the advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution, innovative ICTs have been developing steadfastly at enormous pace, and tremendous changes have taken place throughout the economy and our daily lives as industrial structure centers around platform businesses. The key leading technologies in the new era include but not limited to 5G, artificial intelligence, and blockchain. These technologies not only comprise their own individual industry, but also can be utilized as a core infrastructure of the 4th Industrial Revolution and create future growth engines by converging with existing industries. On the other hand, there also have been some concerns that socioeconomic problems caused by previous economic models focusing on growth, such as widening of income inequality gap, job losses, low fertility and aging, could be aggravated. ‘Inclusive growth,’ which endeavors to solve such social problems and achieve economic growth in a lump, is considered as a new panacea. Especially with the rapid development of innovative ICTs, the role of ICTs is becoming much more crucial in dealing with such social problems. However, it would be difficult to propel inclusive growth if solely done on a private level, and to that end, governments should take the leading role in creating new markets by bearing potential risks of a project in its initial stage and by designing it as a mission-oriented project for tackling social problems.

        저온저장 온도가 수삼의 품질에 미치는 영향

        To investigate optimum temperature for storage of fresh ginseng (Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer), the quality of the ginseng was compared during its storage at -3℃, -1.5℃ and 0℃. The deterioration rate of fresh ginseng stored at -3℃ was the lowest for 8 weeks after storage. The rate was rapidly increased after that time and the rate at -3℃ was higher than that of fresh ginseng stored at -1.5℃ or 0℃ after the 12th week of storage. The deterioration severity of the fresh ginseng stored at 0℃ was much higher than that of the ginseng stored at -1.5℃ and -3℃. The weight loss of fresh ginseng ranged from 0.7% to 1.6% after 16th week; it was the lowest in the ginseng stored at -1.5℃ and similar in fresh ginseng stored at 0℃ and -3℃. The number of viable cells and molds in the fresh ginseng stored at -3℃ was smaller than the fresh ginseng that was stored at other temperatures for 12 weeks, but did not differ with different storage temperatures after the 14th week of storage. The surface color of the fresh ginseng at 0℃ or -1.5℃ was changed little while the discoloration of fresh ginseng at -3℃ was relatively great. The electrolytic leakage from the rhizome of the fresh ginseng stored at -3℃ was higher than that of the rhizome stored at -1.5℃ and 0℃. The overall sensory quality of the fresh ginseng dropped below 3.0 in the 5-point scale after the 10th week of storage at -3℃ and after the 14th week of storage at -1.5℃ and 0℃ (p<0.05).
