        마황약침(麻黃藥鍼)이 비만 유발 생쥐의 지방대사에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the impact of Ephedra sinica pharmacopuncture on the weight and lipid metabolism of obese mice.Methods: Obesity was induced in male C57BL/6 mice by a 60% fat diet. The animals were divided into three groups (n=5) fed a normal diet, high-fat diet, and high-fat diet with Ephedra sinica pharmacopuncture. After 13 wk, fasting blood sugar levels were measured in each group, and oral glucose tolerance tests were conducted. After 15 wk, body weight, epididymal fat pad weight, subcutaneous fat pad weight, and serum lipid and gene expression of hormone sensitive lipase (HSL), adipose triglyceride lipase (ATGL), monoacylglycerol lipase (MGL), perilipin, and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR)-γ were measured in each group.Results: In the Ephedra group, body weight, fasting blood sugar, and oral glucose tolerance were significantly decreased. In addition, in the Ephedra group, the gene expression of HSL was significantly increased, whereas that of perilipin was significantly decreased.Conclusions: These results provide evidence that E. sinicapharmacopuncture affects obesity and obesity-induced metabolic syndrome, including insulin resistance and dyslipidemia, by activating lipolysis via the HSL pathway in adipose tissue.

        후박(厚朴)이 ob/ob 마우스의 대사성 염증과 인슐린 저항성에 미치는 영향 및 관련기전에 대한 연구

        Objective: This study was undertaken to investigate how magnolia bark extract affects ob/ob mouse in terms of metabolic inflammation and insulin resistance. Methods: Leptin-deficient ob/ob mice were divided into 2 groups (n=5): a normal saline treatment (=control) and magnolia bark treatment. Wild type mice were the lean group (n=5). After 5 weeks, we measured fasting blood sugar (FBS) and conducted oral glucose tolerance tests (OGTTs) in each group. After 6 weeks, we measured body weight, epididymal fat pad weight, liver weight, serum glucose, serum insulin, and gene expression of tumor necrosis factor-${\alpha}$, interferon-${\gamma}$, and interleukin-6. We characterized the phenotype of adipose tissue macrophages (ATMs) and analyzed fractions of the phenotype in each group by flow cytometry. Results: In the magnolia bark group, fasting blood sugar, oral glucose tolerance levels, and insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) were significantly decreased. The population and proportion of ATMs among leukocytes in adipose tissue were significantly decreased in the magnolia bark group. The population and proportion of M1 type ATMs among ATMs were significantly decreased in the magnolia bark group. Gene expression of tumor necrosis factor-${\alpha}$ was significantly decreased in the magnolia bark group. Conclusions: These results support a positive effect of magnolia bark on metabolic diseases such as insulin resistance and metabolic inflammation in leptin-deficient ob/ob mice.

        구인회와 『문장』 기획의 연속성 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the continuity between Guinhoe’s and literary magazine Munjang’s plan. To this end, this paper tried to track their continuity, focusing on the writings of Ri Sang, who was the editor of the magazine Poetry and Novel, and Lee Tae-joon, who was the editor of Sentence. Guinhoe’s response to the 1935 Paris International Writers' Association's banner of cultural advocacy requires an active re-evaluation of artists who were classified as art-oriented without being hit by Japanese fascism. In addition, the linguistic experiment shown by a group of writers in the 1930s needs to be defined as the constant struggle of artists facing the ecological and linguistic crisis of the colony. Through this work, based on the awareness of the problem, it was confirmed that two editors, Ri Sang and Lee Tae Joon had a common perception of the role of editor as a ‘midwife’ in supporting the creation of artists and publishing literary magazines that contribute to Joseon(Korean) Literature and culture as aesthetic practices in response to Japanese fascism.

      • A Vehicle Booking System and a Simulation Study

        Container terminals are applying various technologies for improving the productivity of the hinterland and ship operations. However, the congestion of container trucks, which arrive at terminals during peak hours, causes serious environmental and economic problems around the terminal and nearby areas. This study proposes a vehicle booking system (VBS), which differs from the current vehicle booking systems used in container terminals. The proposed system consists of an appointment negotiation system (ANS), workload management system (WMS), and appointment management system (AMS). Roles and functions of each subsystem are defined. Various methods for predicting the expected system time of a truck, which is one of the key performance indicators for the VBS, are suggested and compared using a simulation and data collected from a container terminal in South Korea. The effects of applying the VBS are evaluated using a simulation study.

        태양전지 묘듈용 솔드 합금의 산화 특성

        Photovoltaic(PV) cell is considered as one of the finest ways to utilize the solar power. A study of improving solar cell"s efficiency is important because the lifetime of solar cell is determined by photovoltaic module technology. Therefore, oxidation (and/or corrosion) of solder materials will be one of the primary yield and long-term reliability risk factor. Recently, the development of lead-free solder alloy has been done actively about lead-free solder alloys of the thermodynamic and mechanical properties. However, the oxidation behavior have rarely been investigated. In this study, the oxidations of 60 wt% Sn-40 wt% Pb, 62 wt% Sn–36 wt% Pb-2 wt% Ag, 50wt% Sn-48 wt% Bi-2wt% Ag alloys for the interconnect ribbon after exposure in atmosphere at 100℃ for several times were investigated. The wettability of 62 wt% Sn-36 wt% Pb-2wt% Ag and 50 wt% Sn-48 wt% Bi-2 wt% Ag solders was also studied to compare with that of 60 wt% Sn-40 wt% Pb alloy. The result showed that the zero cross time and the wetting time of 50 wt% Sn-48 wt% Bi-2 wt% Ag solder were better than other two samples. The surface of tested samples was analyzed by XPS. The XPS result showed that in all samples, SnO grew first and then the mixture of SnO and SnO₂ was detected. SnO₂ grew predominantly for the long time aging. Moreover XPS depth profile analysis has found surface enrichment of tin oxide.

        황백(黃柏)이 비만 유발 mouse의 대사기능에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: This study was undertaken to investigate how Cortex Phellodendri affects metabolic functional change in an experimental rat model of obesity.Methods: An obesity model was induced in a C57BL/6 mouse with a high-fat diet. Mice were divided into three groups (n=6) of normal diet, high-fat diet (=control), and high-fat diet with Cortex Phellodendri. After 12 weeks, we measured the three mice groups’ body weight, FBG, FBI, HOMA-IR, OGTT, the weight of epididymal fat and liver, the percentage of ATM, and the gene expression of TNF-α, IL-10, and CD68.Results: Cortex Phellodendri significantly reduced blood glucose and oral glucose tolerance levels. It also reduced ATM numbers and TNF-α and CD68 gene expression and increased IL-10 gene expression.Conclusions: This study suggests that Cortex Phellodendri normalized the blood glucose and reduced the expression of inflammatory markers. However, with respect to other indicators of metabolic function in obesity, there were no significant results.

        상엽(桑葉)이 비만 유발 생쥐의 인슐린 저항성 및 지방세포 염증에 미치는 영향

        Objective: This study was undertaken to investigate the effects of Mori folium on insulin resistance and adipose tissue inflammation in an experimental mouse model of obesity.Methods: Obesity was induced in C57BL/6 mice by feeding them a high-fat diet. The mice were divided into four groups (n=6): a normal diet, high-fat diet, high-fat diet with 40 mg of Mori folium, and high-fat diet with 800 mg of Mori folium groups. After 13 wk, the body weights, fasting blood glucose and fasting serum insulin levels, insulin resistance (homeostatic model assessment) levels, oral glucose tolerance test levels, epididymal fat and liver weights, and gene expression of tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-6, and interferon-γ were measured. In addition, adipose tissue macrophages were analyzed by fluorescence-activated cell sorting.Results: Mori folium significantly reduced blood glucose levels, oral glucose tolerance levels, and liver weights. It also reduced adipose tissue macrophage numbers and tumor necrosis factor receptor-α gene expression.Conclusions: These results show that Mori folium has insulin resistance reduction and anti-inflammatory effects in an experimental mouse model of obesity.

        2030 세대의 주식시장 참여율은 갈수록 늘어나는 데에 반해 증권업의 높은 진입 장벽과 부족한 정보로 손실을 보는 경우가 적지 않다. 이러한 상황에서 정보의 주체인 개인이 본인 데이터에 대한 권리를 가지고, 본인이 원하는 방식으로 데이터를 관리하는 패러다임인 ‘마이데이터’ 서비스가 최근 떠오르고 있다. 본 논문에서는 위의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 마이데이터를 토대로 특정 주식 종목과 유사한 종목들을 먼저 선별한 후 순수익이 높게 예측되는 종목을 최종 추천하는 모델을 제안한다.

      • I-PDA controller design based on CDM for Robotic Manipulator

        In this paper, I-PDA controller based on Coefficient Diagram Methodincorporating feedforward controller is applied by robotic manipulators. Robotic manipulator models contain uncertain elements, which are not known exactly. Therefore, the dynamics of robotic manipulators are generally classified as uncertain dynamic system. The controller considered for the robotic manipulators need to move payloads of different masses from one point to another with good balance of the stability and response, consequently we propose I-PDA controller based on Coefficient Diagram Method incorporating FFC. The effectiveness of the controller for different system type of robotic manipulators is demonstrated by the simulation results.

        Sn-Ag계 합금은 대표적인 무연 솔더 조성으로 전자제품의 실장 및 접합에 적용되어 왔으며, 태양전지 분야에서도 모듈의 전극과 bus바로 사용되는 등 다양한 분야에서 사용되고 있다. 그러나 최근 Ag 가격의 급격한 상승과 솔더 접합부의 신뢰성을 보다 향상시키고자 Ag의 함량을 줄이고 다원계 합금 조성의 무연 솔더 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 실험에서는 기존의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 Sn-1.0Ag-0.5Cu-0.4In 4원계 무연솔더 조성에 Bi를 첨가하여 최적의 융점과 용융구간을 가지는 5원계 Sn-Ag-Cu-In-Bi 계 솔더 합금을 설계하였다. 이 설계된 합금은 기존의 유연 솔더인 Sn-Pb와 대표적인 무연 솔더인 Sn-3.5Ag와 각각의 특성을 비교 분석하였다. 젖음성을 평가하기 위하여 wetting balance tester를 이용하여 실험을 행하였고 Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC)를 분석하여 젖음 정도와 조성 분석 및 고상점과 액상점 등의 녹음 거동을 확인하였다. 또한 각각의 조성별 전단응력에 따른 파괴 거동을 분석하였다.
