Fecal incontinence (FI) undoubtedly reduces quality of life and adversely affects the social life of the affected individual. FI has a higher prevalence with age and has an equivalent prevalence to urinary incontinence in patients with genitourinary disease, but is often not confirmed in these cases. A thorough investigation is needed to diagnose FI, with the common etiology of this condition in mind, and several questionnaires can be used to identify symptoms. The physical examination contains digital rectal examination carries out to identify the patient’s condition. Ultrasound, colonoscopy, and rectum pressure test can be performed. Patients educated in diet-related issues, bowel movements, and defecation mechanism. Nonoperative options such as diet control and Kegel exercise should be performed at first. Surgical treatment of FI is considered when conservative management and oral medications produce no improvement. Surgical options include less invasive procedures like bulking agent injections, and more involved approaches from sacral nerve stimulation to invasive direct sphincter repair and artificial bowel sphincter insertion. Good outcomes in FI cases have also recently been reported for barrier devices.

As the elderly population increases, so does the prevalence of urinary tract infections in the elderly population in long-term care facilities and the associated medical costs. Screening tests and treatment for asymptomatic bacteriuria in elderly residents in the community or in long-term care facilities are not recommended. However, febrile urinary tract infections should be treated with proper antibiotics. Patients who have risk factors for urinary tract infections require prompt therapy. Catheter-associated bacteriuria is the most common hospital-acquired infection. The most important risk factor associated with an increased likelihood of developing catheter-associated bacteriuria is the duration of catheterization. Long-term catheter indwelling should be avoided, and it is necessary to reduce unnecessary catheter insertion. Most patients are asymptomatic, and they do not require treatment. Symptomatic catheter-associated infections should be treated. The best strategy for reducing catheter-associated infections involves careful aseptic insertion of the catheter and maintenance of a closed dependent drainage system. Steps must be taken to reduce urinary tract infections and urinary catheter-related infections in light of the increasing elderly population.

The aim of this research is to compare and analyze emitting characteristic of pollutant by current finishing materials and finishes which emits less polluted substance. A subject of analyze were VOCs, Formaldehyde, Radon and three different cases were studied to find characteristic of each. Measurements were taken continuously through a week by using small chamber system HAQT(hanyang air quality test). As the result of measurement, case which used liquefied ceramic and inorganic liquefied bonding agent, have reduced pollutant. Especially inorganic liquefied bonding agent not only reduced pollutant of material itself but also did great act reducing pollutant of concrete or other materials which it is spread on. Recently due to a invention of materials reducing pollutants, basic data of each materials needs to be compared and analyzed.

In substitution of beam-nonlinear spring model for real-car, it may have errors due to complicated characteristics of joint and overestimation of joints stiffness. In this research, a method for the joint modeling was suggested by nonlinear static and dynamic analyses of beam and shell joint models and verified by the application of accomplished joint modeling method to fullcar beam-nonlinear spring model. In consequence, modified beam-nonlinear spring model was improved in local acceleration and rigid wall force.<br/>
