This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of freezing temperatures and storaging durations on the chemical components of different section of frozen milk. The results obtained were as follows: 1) Physical properties of milk were not affected by freezing temperature and storaging duration. 2) Fat and protein content of milk was slightly decreased but the change was considered to be caused by the separation of caseinate system and destruction of fat emulsion. 3) Fat distribution of milk was concentrated in the top layer while that of homogenized milk was concentrated in the bottom layer. Pasteurized milk showed more uniform distribution of fat when frozen at -20℃ than at -10℃. 4) Protein distribution of frozen milk whether pasteurized or homogenized was concentrated in the bottom layer when defrosted. The same trends were obtained for the distribution of acid casein, whey protein, 12% T.C.A. precipitated protein and 12% T.C.A. soluble protein.
Pd 및 CNT 첨가에 따른 $SnO_2$ 박막의 이산화질소 감지특성

이산화질소를 감지할 수 있는 센서물질로 Pd과 탄소 나노튜브(CNT)가 첨가된 $SnO_2$ 박막을 스핀코팅으로 제조하였으며, 동 시편의 이산화질소에 대한 감지 특성을 $200^{\circ}C$ 및 $1ppm{\sim}5ppm$의 $NO_2$ 농도 하에서 측정하였다. 센서시편의 전기저항은 $NO_2$ 기체의 노출과 농도에 따라 증가 하였으며, Pd이 3wt%로 첨가된 시편의 감도는 26.5로 첨가전의 감도에 비하여 10배 증가하였다. 또한 $SnO_2$ 모체에 첨가한 CNT의 량에 따라서도 감도는 증가 하였으며, 0.225wt% CNT 첨가 시 5ppm의 $NO_2$ 농도에서 감도 값은 72이었다. The $SnO_2$ thin films doped with Pd and CNT as $NO_2$ gas sensor were prepared by spin coating and then the $NO_2$ gas response of these films were evaluated under $1ppm{\sim}5ppm\;NO_2$ concentration and operating temperature of $200^{\circ}C$. It was found that the sensor resistance was increased with $NO_2$ exposure and $NO_2$ concentration. The 3wt% Pd doped sample showed a sensitivity of 26.5 which was 10 times higher than that of pure $SnO_2$. And also the sensitivity of CNT doped sample increased with CNT content and it had 72 when 0.225 wt% of CNT was added under 5ppm $NO_2$ concentration.

In this paper, a novel nonlinear control method of the CVCF(constant voltage and constant frequency) output voltage for the three-phase PWM inverter is proposed, which gives high dynamic responses at load variation as well as zero steady-state error. The experimental results are shown to verify the validity of the proposed scheme
