본 연구는 화재 발생시 내화뿜칠된 콘크리트 충전 각형강관기둥의 단면위치별 온도분포와 내화성능을 평가하기 위하여 강관두께 및 가열시간을 변수로 하여 ABAQUS를 이용한 열전달해석을 수행하여 신뢰성을 검증하고 기존의 실험결과와 비교분석하였다. 그 결과 단면위치별로 온도분포의 차이가 크지 않음을 알 수 있었으며, 강관두께의 변화는 온도분포에는 별다른 영향을 미치지 않음을 확인할 수 있었다. This study was carried out to compare with existing experimental results and to verify reliability on heat transfer analysis using parameters such as steel thickness and heating time in ABAQUS for evaluation of temperature distribution and fire protection performance according to cross-section location of concrete filled square steel tube column with fire spray protection when fire occurred. As a result, we noticed that the difference of temperature distribution for cross-section location was not so great and the change of steel thickness did not affect temperature distribution.
($A{\beta}-oligomer$로 유도된 Neuro2A 세포주에서 용담사간탕(龍膽瀉肝湯)의 치매 억제 효과

Objective: To investigate the effects of Yeongdamsagantang (YDGT) on apoptosis of neuronal cells that can result in dementia. Method: The water extract of the YDGT was tested in vitro for its beneficial effects on neuronal survival and neuroprotective functions, particularly in connection with $A{\beta}$ oligomer-related dementias. $A{\beta}$ oligomers derived from proteolytic processing of the ${\beta}-amyloid$ precursor protein (APP), including the $amyloid-{\beta}$ peptide $(A{\beta})$, play a critical role in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease. A neuroblastoma cell line stably expressing an $A{\beta}$ oligomerassociated neuronal degeneration was used to investigate if YDGT inhibits formation of $A{\beta}$ oligomer. To measure the ATP generating level in mitochondrial membrane, luciferin/luciferase luminescence kit (Promega) and luminator was used, and to survey the protein's apparition, confocal microscopy was used. Result: $A{\beta}oligomer$ had a profound attenuation in the increase in CT105 expressing neuro2A cells from YDGT. Experimental evidence indicates that YDGT protected against neuronal damage from cells, but its cellular and molecular mechanisms remain unknown. We demonstrated that YDGT inhibited formation of $amyloid-{\beta}$ $(A{\beta})$ oligomers, which were the behavior, and possibly causative, features of AD. The decreased $A{\beta}$ oligomer in the presence of YDGT was observed in the conditioned medium of this $A{\beta}oligomer-secreting$ cell line under in vitro. In the cells, YDGT significantly attenuated mitochondrion-initiated apoptosis. Conclusion: (i) a direct $A{\beta}$ oligomer toxicity and the apoptosis initiated by the mitochondria; and (ii) multiple cellular and molecular neuroprotective mechanisms, including attenuation of apoptosis and direct inhibition of $A{\beta}$ oligomer aggregation, underlie the neuroprotective effects of YDGT.
내화피복 종류에 따른 각형 CFT기둥의 온도분포에 관한 실험적 연구

콘크리트가 충전된 각형강관기둥(이하, 각형 CFT기둥)은 높은 내화성능과 하중저항능력을 보유하고 있지만, CFT기둥의 외부에 내화피복을 함으로써 기둥의 내화성능을 향상시킬 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 내화 피복된 각형 CFT기둥의 온도분포에 대한 실험결과이다. 실험을 위하여 특수 제작된 전기로를 이용하여 축소모형 시험체의 재하가열실험을 수행하였다. 축하중을 받는 내화 피복된 각형 CFT기둥의 온도 분포 특성을 파악하기 위하여 내화피복의 종류와 두께, 강관의 두께 및 가열시간 등을 변수로 설정하였다. 실험결과 전기로의 온도에 따른 시험체별 온도분포와 콘크리트와 강재의 온도분포 특성을 파악하였다. 또한 시험체의 온도변화에 따른 축변위와 국부좌굴 등의 거동을 파악하였다. Concrete-filled square steel tube (CFT) columns have inherently high fire resistance and load-bearing capacity. Nevertheless, it is sometimes necessary to improve their fire resistance using external fire protection. This paper presents the experimental results of the temperature distribution of CFT columns with fire protection. A fire load test was carried out by exposing small-scale specimens to heat in an electric furnace that was especially built for testing loaded columns. The temperature distribution of CFT columns under constant axial loads was determined, as were its significant parameters, such as the types of fire protection and thickness, the thickness of the square CFT, and the fire duration times. The results of this study showed the temperature distribution of each specimen of the electric furnace and the temperature distribution properties of concrete and steel. In addition, the axial displacement and local buckling behavior of CFT columns based on temperature changes was observed.
