        Mileage of recently electric vehicle is lower than the internal combustion engine vehicle. So mileage range of electric vehicle is restricted to the city or neighboring cities. However, there is no research on the driving mode for evaluating the performance of electric vehicles. Driving cycles(FTP75, NEDC) for internal combustion engine vehicle don"t include elevation information. So driving cycle for internal combustion engine vehicle don"t fit using performance evaluation of in wheel motor EV on domestic road. In this paper, in order to select city driving for performance evaluation of in wheel motor EV, typical city bus driving route is selected. and the driving data(elevation, vehicle speed, acceleration, yaw rate, etc) of selected driving routes were measured by real vehicle. Measured data is used in the analysis model to calculate the torque, rpm and SOC of the wheel-motors. Compared analysis data of the internal combustion engine driving cycle and analysis data of measured driving cycle.

        In the big downtown the buses using diesel engines are the significant air pollution source. There are a lot of efforts to replacing vehicles using diesel engines with vehicles using CNG(Compressed natural gas) and alternat energies like electric power. In addition, bus with alternative power, especially wheel motor, is required high safety. Because wheel motor bus is completely different from the existing internal combustion engines system. In this study, Measured data of Seoul No. 02 bus is used in the analysis model to calculate the torque and rpm of the wheel-motors. And vehicle dynamics simulation is performed by applying defects that may occur in while driving an electric bus with a wheel-motor driven system.

        감차수국의 채엽시기와 추출조건에 따른 이화확적 특성에 관한 연구

        In this study, it results to effect of Nitrogen, amino acids, antioxidant activity by picking time of Hydrangea macrophylla var.thunbergii and compare to phyllodulcin`s content by extraction condition. There was not different in the moisture content 9.08 ~ 9.11 % by Hydrangea macrophylla var.thunbergii picking time. Total nitrogen content of SP-I(July), SP-II(August) and SP-III(September) was each 4.33 ± 0.76, 3.82 ± 0.43 and 3.98 ± 0.34%. SP-I which was the earliest high picking time. The content of minerals depend on early of picking time had many K, Na, Fe, Cu, Ni and late of picking time had many Ca, Al, Mn, Zn. It is desirable to pick it up earlier for the high quality. Because the content of vitamin C was increased by progressing maturity, but the main soluable component as amino acids, caffeine, the total nitrogen was decreased. The content of amino acids was high when picking time was earliest. The antioxidant activity of SP-I 3.09, SP-II 3.70, SP-III 4.73% was lowest when picking time was latest. This results the studying to Hydrangea macrophylla var.thunbergii by extraction condition. The phylloducin`s content of water extraction and 5% ethanol extraction were highest at 60℃.

        글로벌 건강교육 교과과정에 관한 연구

        Purpose: This study aimed to understand current global health education and suggest its future direction for Korean undergraduate nursing students. Methods: After reviewing literature to identify key concepts applicable to global health nursing curricula, the authors analyzed global health curricula from 98 nursing colleges by using a framework that was developed for this study. Results: Among the 201 nursing colleges, 98 (48.8%) schools offered one or more global health-related courses. The titles of these courses were divided into two categories: Multiculturalism and international nursing. Multicultural courses were offered mainly for freshmen (40.5%) or sophomore students (40.5%), whereas international nursing courses were offered mainly for senior students (35.9%). These courses trained nursing students to be culturally competent in providing nursing care for immigrants or foreign travelers living in South Korea. Conclusions: It is evident that interest in global health education is growing in South Korea. However, the scope and content of global health education needs to be broadened beyond multiculturalism and international nursing so that it can prepare nursing students to promote global health equity, reduce global health disparities, and work competently with globally-focused organizations.

        국내 간호사의 유전성 대장암 지식정도

        Purpose: This study was performed to evaluate Korean nurses’ knowledge about hereditary colorectal cancer (HCRC). Methods: A modified 15-item HCRC knowledge questionnaire was developed based on previous research. One hundred and forty-eight nurses have completed the questionnaire from February to April, 2011. Results: The average score of nurses’ knowledge was 11.25±1.54. Ninety-seven percent of nurses knew about colonoscopy check up schedule and family pedigree. However, only 20% of nurses knew about the rate of passing on mutation genes to offspring and risk of developing CRC among carriers. Only 13.5% of nurses had previous genetic education experiences. Working in oncology units, taking care of CRC patients, and participating in genetic education were not associated with nurses’ HCRC knowledge. Conclusion: Various factors influence nurses’ knowledge about HCRC. Repeated study with larger national sample of nurses is recommended to identify the factors affecting nurses’ knowledge level in order to develop efficient genetic education programs for HCRC patients and their families by nurses.

        관절경을 이용한 경골과 골절의 치료

        The purpose of this study was to determine the value of arthroscopy in the management of tibial plateau fracture. In a retrospective study of 39 patients, arthroscopically assisted management of tibial plateau fracture with fixation of cancellous screws or T-plate using C-arm was performed, and analysed from June 1987 to April 1994 with follow up for over 1 year. 1. According to Hohl classification, there were eleven type I, six type II, twelve type III, seven type IV, and three type V. 2. Associated intraarticular injuries occurred in eight lateral and six medial meniscal tears, all of which were managed by arthroscopic partial meniscectomy or meniscoresis. 3. Six cases of medial collateral ligament and two cases of lateral coilateral ligament injuries were treated by standard techniques. 4. Bone graft with elevation using bony chiesel uoder the arthrocopy was performed 13 in 39 cases(30'7a). 5. Two patients had significant limitation of motion after 6 months, and one patient had postoperative instability. 6. Overall results which were evaluated according to Porter's evaluation systems were Acceptable in 36 cases(90%), Unacceptable in 3 cases(10%). So arthroscopy bridges the advantage of accurate reduction and rigid fixation without extensive operative exposure. In addition, arthroscopy allows thorough lavage, removal of loose fragment and accurate diagnosis of associated intraarticular pathology. Since extensive exposure is avoided, rapid recovery with reduced pain and early full ROM are achieved in patients managed arthroscopically.

        자기제어(Magnetically Controlled) 성장형 금속봉을 이용한 조기 발현형 측만증 치료 결과

        목적: 조기 발현형 측만증에 대한 치료법으로 최근 개발된 자기제어 성장형 금속봉을 이용하여 시행한 수술 치료 결과를 국내에서 최초로 보고하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 2013년 1월부터 2017년 1월까지 조기 발현형 측만증에 대하여 자기제어 성장형 금속봉을 이용하여 수술적 치료를 받은 환자 중 1년 이상 추시가 가능하였던 5명의 환자에 대해서 후향적 분석을 하였다. 환자의 최초 수술 시의 나이, 척추 기형의 종류, 최초 수술 후 금속봉의 연장 횟수, 주만곡의 Cobb 각 변화, 흉추 1번–천추 1번의 길이 변화, 흉추 1번–흉추 12번의 길이 변화, 흉추 후만각 변화, 요추 전만각 변화, 추시기간, 합병증에 대해 평가하였다. 결과: 남자가 3명, 여자가 2명이었으며, 최초 수술 시 평균 연령은 6.0±2.7세였고, 신경근육성 측만증이 2예, 증후군성 측만증이 1예, 특발성 측만증이 1예, 선천성 측만증이 1예였다. 평균 금속봉 연장 횟수는 9.8±2.9회였고, 평균 추시 기간은 평균 21.6±5.7개월이었다. 주만곡의 Cobb 각의 평균은 최초 수술 전 82.0°±28.5°에서 최종 추시 시 48.3°±28.8°로 호전되었고, 흉추 1번부터 천추 1번까지의 길이는 최초 수술 전 283.1±72.7 mm에서 최종 추시 시 342.6±86.3 mm로 평균 21.8%±14.9%의 척추 성장이 관찰되었다. 흉추 1번부터 흉추 12번까지의 길이는 최초 수술 전 163.1±50.5 mm에서 최종 추시 시 202.3±65.5 mm로 평균 12.0%±16.1%의 척추 성장이 관찰되었다. 수술 후 합병증으로는 갈고리 고정 실패가 1예가 있었으며, 신경학적 합병증은 없었다. 결론: 자기제어 성장형 금속봉은 조기 발현형 측만증에서 사용할 수 있는 효과적이고 유용한 치료법으로 판단된다. Purpose: To evaluate the first results of surgical treatment using newly developed magnetically controlled growing rods (MCGR) for early onset scoliosis (EOS). Materials and Methods: From January 2013 to January 2017, 5 patients, who underwent surgical treatment with MCGR for EOS and were followed for more than one year, were analyzed retrospectively. The demographic and radiology data, including age at surgery, diagnosis, number of lengthening, Cobb angle, T1–S1 length, T1–T12 length, and complications, were analyzed. Results: The mean age of the patients was 6.0±2.7 years old. The subjects were 3 males and 2 females: 2 with neuromuscular scoliosis, 1 with syndromic scoliosis, 1 with idiopathic scoliosis, and 1 with congenital scoliosis. The mean number of lengthening was 9.8±2.9 times and the follow-up was 21.6±5.7 months. The Cobb angle improved from 82.0°±28.5° to 48.3°±28.8° at the last follow-up. The T1–S1 length increased from 283.1±72.7 mm to 342.6±86.3 mm at the last follow-up. The T1–T12 length increased from 163.1±50.5 mm to 202.3±65.5 mm at the last follow-up. One screw loosening complication was encountered and there were no neurological complications. Conclusion: The treatment using MCGR for EOS is effective and useful.

        북방형 내재해형 스마트팜 모델 구축과 자연에너지원 활용을 위한 북방지역 기상요인 분석

        A meteorological survey of the northern region is conducted for a disaster-proof greenhouse design suitable for the northern region and a natural energy source analysis. According to survey results of 14 northern locations (five in North Korea, five in China, three in Mongolia, and one of Russia) over a 36-year period (1985 - 2020), Cheongjin in North Korea had the highest instantaneous wind speed of 42.2 m·sec<SUP>-1</SUP> (2010), followed by Haeju at 35.9 m·sec<SUP>-1</SUP> (2012) and Yangji in China at 34.2m·sec<SUP>-1</SUP> (2010). In the 30-year return period, North Koreas Cheongjin was highest at 36.7 m·sec<SUP>-1</SUP>, followed by Yangji in China at 31.8 m·sec<SUP>-1</SUP>, with Mongolia and Russia below 27 m·sec<SUP>-1</SUP> and 30m·sec<SUP>-1</SUP>, respectively. Based on the frequency of a 30-year return period, the snow depths at Hyesan in North Korea, at Yangji in China, and at Ussuriysk in Russia were 40cm in all cases. The snow depth of North Koreas Chongjin and Wonsan was 34 to 36 cm, and that of Chinas Shenyang and Jin was 30 - 32 cm, while other regions showed lower depths. The average wind power in the 14 northern regions was in the range of 2.77 - 4.57 m·sec<SUP>-1</SUP>, while Chinas Harbin was highest at 4.57. Harbin had the longest wind power generation time of 4,333 hours, which is 50% of 8,760 hours a year. However, the rated power of only 51 hours is considered to be economically low. Except for Hyesan and Chongjin in North Korea, and Ussuriysk in Russia, the average daily solar radiation for 36 years exceeded 4,000 w·m<SUP>-2</SUP>·day<SUP>-1</SUP>. In particular, Dalanzad in Mongolia showed the highest rate of 4,806 w·m<SUP>-2</SUP>·day<SUP>-1</SUP>. While the highest monthly solar radiation rate was 6,000 w·m<SUP>-2</SUP> in North Korea and China during May and June, it was 7,000 w·m<SUP>-2</SUP> in Mongolia during June and August with the longest sunshine duration in Dalanzadgad (2,836 hours per year). Integrating all of the results suggests that it is necessary to establish northern smart greenhouse models considering meteorological survey results and that it is more advantageous to use solar power than wind power as a natural energy source.
