‘金溪’･‘西齋’ 藏書印을 통해 본 奎章閣 藏書의 한 局面

본고는 규장각에 소장된 일군의 문헌에 보이는 ‘金溪’･‘西齋’ 장서인이 가리키는 지점을 찾고자 하는 시도이다. 이 장서인이 찍힌 규장각 소장 문헌은 집부 별집류 41건, 집부 총집류 6건, 사부 2건 등 49건이 있으며, 규장각에 위탁된 해군사관학교의 자료 2건까지 합하면 도합 51건이 같은 기관에 소장된 것으로 추산된다. 아울러 국립중앙도서관의 1건, 일본 동양문고의 2건까지 더하면 무려 54건의 고문헌에 ‘金溪’･‘西齋’의 장서인이 찍혀있어, 그 문구가 지칭하는 소장자의 신원을 밝히고 그를 한 사람의 유력한 장서가로 주목할 필요성을 제기하게 된다. 해당 圖書群의 성격과 내용을 분석하여 이 책들이 경북 북부, 특히 안동으로 수렴되는 지역성을 띠고 있다는 단서를 찾은바 ‘金溪’를 경북 안동시서후면 금계리로 확정할 수 있었다. 아울러 저자와 관련인물, 수록내용, 간행시기 등을 고려한 결과 이 책들이 19세기 후반 20세기 초까지 금계리 소재 학봉 김성일 종택에 수집되어 장서인이 찍히게 되었다는 前史를 추론했으며, 이 점은 ‘金溪’와 ‘西齋’를 김성일의 주손 金興洛(1827~1899)에게 귀속시킬 근거가 된다. 따라서 해당 도서군은 한말 영남학파의 종장으로 언급되는 김흥락의 장서로 재조명할 여지를 갖는다. 한편 학봉 종택과 규장각에 공히 전하는 장서인인 ‘溪堂’을 단서로 삼아 조사한 결과 금계리 학봉 종택의 거주자를 지칭하는 다른 이름인 ‘召福山人’, 김흥락의 부친인 金鎭華 및 8대조 金煃의 명의를 나타내는 ‘坦窩居士’ 및 ‘定跟齋藏’ 등 김흥락 가의 장서를 구성하는 여타 장서인들도 새로이 발견할 수 있었다. 김흥락의 ‘金溪’･‘西齋’, 김진화의 ‘坦窩居士’･‘召福山人’, 김규의 ‘定跟齋藏’ 등 김성일의 후손에 해당하는 일가의 장서가 규장각 한 곳에 소장되어 있다는 이 현상은, 영남 남인 장서가에 대한 논의를 확장시키고 구체화하는 데 중요한 자료로 삼을 수 있다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다. On a group of the books in Kyujanggak Archives is stamped with words ‘Geumgye’金溪 and ‘Seojae’西齋. These two words are the seals of the owners of the collection, in other words, proprietary seals. In this paper I tried to identify who was the owner of the book collection. Among the books of the Kyujanggak, there are 49 books with the seals. Plus five books with the same seals are also found in the collections of the Naval Academy, the National Central Library and the Japanese Oriental Library. Through this study, I came to assume that the owner, who has left his mark on 54 pieces of data, is Kim Heungrak金興洛, a Confucian scholar in the 19th century. ‘Geumgye’ is a term referring to the descendants of Kim Seongil金誠一 of Geumgyeri in Namhu-myeon, Andong City, Gyeongsangbuk-do. It seems that ‘Seojae’ refers to the school where Kim Heungrak, a descendant of Kim Seongil, was teaching the students in the Yeongnam area. Through further investigation, it was revealed that the collections of Kim Jinhwa金鎭華, the father of Kim Heungrak, were found in Kyujanggak. This study reveals that the collection of Kim Heungrak s family is a part of the collections of Kyujanggak. In the process of studying the history of publishing and circulating books in the late Joseon period, the case of Kim Heungrak should be paid attention to.

金鑢의 西漁文草 편집에 대한 一考

본고에서는 金鑢가 편집한 權常愼의 산문집 西漁文草 를 자료로 삼아 산문 작가 권상신과 편집자 김려의 일면에 각각 접근하고자 하였다. 권상신에게는 그 서자인 權正履가 엮은 것으로 추정되는 稿本 문집인 西漁遺稿역시 전하고 있는바, 서어문초 의 검토에 참조가 된다. 서어문초 에 수록된 작품들의 창작 연대를 고증한 결과 이 小集에 수록된 24편의 산문 가운데 적어도 21편이 저자의 20대 所作임을 파악할 수 있었다. 각각의 작품들을 통해 京華世族의 자제로 南公轍 등과 교유하며 書畵古董의 취미를 향유하던 젊은 저자의 면모가 확인되며, 특히 <障上畵石贊> 등의 작품에 나타난바 화가 崔北을 불러 그림을 그리도록 할 수 있는 권상신의 취향 및 사회경제적 지위가 주목된다. 또한 그의 20대 시절 작품으로 干支 표시가 되어 서어유고 에 수습되어 있으나, 본 서어문초 에는 실리지 않은 <崔七七傳>의 존재는 시사하는 바가 있다. 이 작품은 남공철의 金陵集 에도 똑같이 수록되어 있어 작자 고증이 요청되는 상황이었는 데, 김려가 권상신의 20대 시절 작품을 중점적으로 엮은 서어문초 에 해당 작품이 빠져 있다는 것은 그것이 남공철에게 귀속됨을 증명하는 자료가 될 뿐 아니라 편집자로서 김려가 권상신의 계승자인 권정리보다 작가에 대해 정확히 파악하는 식견 있는 편집자로서 존중되어야 할 필요가 있음을 알려주는 단서로서 의미가 있다. I wish to review in this paper both editorial capacity of Kim Lyeo金鑢 and Kwon Sangshin權常愼's individuality as a writer by reading Seoeomuncho 西漁文草 , an anthology of proses of Kwon. Kim Lyeo, edited this short anthology at the request of Kwon, a 53 years old highranking official. Meanwhile Kwon has a voluminous book Seoeoyugo 西漁遺稿 , the posthumous works of his and its compiler is his son Kwon Jeongli權正履. However, Kwon Jeongli was the child of a concubine and there was so much this youngman didn't know yet about his deceased father's writing. There are 24 pieces of prose contained in Seoeomuncho and at least 21 articles had been written at his twenties. We can confirm young Kwon Sangshin’s identity as a literary person is concerned with his remarkable socio-economic status by reading these 21 articles. Kwon is a youngman of delicate tastes of art to call Choi Buk崔北, the most famous painter of Joseon his home and to describe the scene of genius artist's drawing in one prose. Apart from above-mentioned prose, there is “a short biography of Choi Buk” in Seoeoyugo. The same article is included in other writer's collection of works and it is /presumed that Kwon Jeongli made a mistake to compile the script of a friend of his father's in Seoeoyugo. But Seoeomuncho, edited by Kim Lyeo, do not contain an article of dubious authorship like “a short biography of Choi Buk”. This may be a clue to prove that Kim has considerable insight as an editer and his editorial achievement is noteworthy.

Lectin-conjugated praecoxin A, which has developed as a missile antitumor drug, is the one that has conjugated with wheat germ agglutinin (WGA), a kind of carbohydrate- binding protein (lectin) especially bound to melanoma. Praecoxin A is a kind of tannin extracted and purified from plants. Beside this direct antitumor effect as tannins, we have examined an activation of macrophage by lectin-conjugated praecoxin A. We also confirmed the gene expression of IL-1β, both in vitro and in vivo. We added 1,10,100μg/ml of lectin-conjugated praecoxin A, 10μg/ml of pectin,10μg/ml of praecoxin A to normal murine macrophage and analyzed the extracted total RNAs by RT- PCR after 4,8, 12,24 hours. Our data demonstrated that pectin-conjugated praecoxin A increased IL-1β, mRNA expression in a dose dependent manner. However, the effectiveness of lectin-conjugated praecoxln A was not superior to pectin and praecoxin A.

본 논문에서는 프렉탈과 신경망을 이용하여 등고선 데이타로부터 3차원 지형을 복원하는 더욱 개선된 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 알고리즘은 이미 제안한 것[1, 2, 3]을 바탕으로 인접 패치들과의 관계를 고려하여 개선한 것으로, 지형의 특징을 좀더 사실 적으로 반영할 수 있는 더 많은 조건을 부여한 데이타를 기존의 특징 데이타에 부가하여 학습한다. 학습 결과 평균오차가 줄어든 학습 패턴을 이용하여 산악지형과 평탄지형 에 대하여 실험하고 결과 산악지형에 대한 적용이 더 효과적임을 보였다. We proposea a more inproved alperithm which can reconstruct the berrer 3D terrains from cintour line data usong the fractals and the Neural Networks and which is an improvement based on that in[1, 2, 3]with the con-sideration on neighboring patch.We have learned the feature data in addition to reflecththe charateristics of complicated toprgraphy, and have implemented on mountainous and flatness topography using the proposed learning pattern by the reduced average error.The results of implements reprsented that the mountainous top-ography is better than that of fltness on the similarity and the visuality.

일개 의과대학에서 입학 시 특성에 따른 의예과 학업성취도에 대한 연구

Purpose: This study examined the relationship between the achievement of premedical students and admission characteristics at University of Ulsan College of Medicine: high school types and majors, gender, admission assessment method and interval from the high school graduation to the entrance of premedical school. Methods: Admission characteristics and demographic informations was obtained for students who entered from 1999 to 2001. Academic achievement was measured according to the results of grade point average (GPA) of total subjects and science subjects and each subject s grades. Admission characteristics and the GPA s and grades were analysed. Multiple linear regression was used to examine the relationship between admission variables and academic achievement. Results: 1. For the first year of premedical school students who studied natural science at ordinary high school, or who graduated science high school showed better achievement than others. 2. Students entered by general selection method also got significantly higher GPA s than other students in the first year. 3. Female students got significantly higher GPA s than male students in two consecutive semesters (1-2 and 2-1). 4. Students qualified by the national highschool graduation examination showed significantly lower achievement than other students in the first semester of the second year. 5. There were no relationships between achievement and other characteristics. Conclusion: Students who have academic difficulties in the first year of the premedical course is those who were not exposed to the natural science subjects. It seemed that the premedical course worked as a buffer absorbing differences from the students of various academic backgrounds in their high school period. For the second year, high school majors did not influence the academic achievement.

“하이트”의 브랜드 이미지 강화를 위한 차별화 마케팅 전략

국내 맥주시장은 형성된 이래로 60여 년간 하이트진로와 오비맥주로 양분화된 치열한 경쟁 구도를 이루고 있다. 그런데 1996년부터 2010년까지 맥주시장 점유율 1위를 고수했던 하이트가 점차 시장 점유율의 하락세를 보이다 결국 2013년 오비맥주 60%, 하이트진로 40%에 이르게 되었다. 그리고 올해 유통업계 최강인 롯데주류와 신세계가 새롭게 맥주시장에 진입하고, 더불어 현재 시장 점유율 1위인 오비맥주가 세계 주류업계 1위인 ‘AB인베브’에 인수되어 국내 맥주시장 상황은 더 치열해질 것으로 예상된다. 이에 하이트진로는 브랜드 쇠퇴기에 접어든 하이트를 재활성화하기 위해 20년 만에 ‘All new HITE’라는 컨셉으로 대대적인 전체 리뉴얼을 감행했지만 경쟁 브랜드와의 차별성 없는 마케팅 전략으로 브랜드 이미지 포지셔닝이 미흡한 상태이다. 이러한 배경으로 본 연구에서는 하이트가 재도약할 수 있는 방법을 모색하고 구체적인 마케팅 전략을 제안하였다. 우선 하이트의 당면한 과제들을 다각도로 분석하고 경쟁브랜드와 차별화된 관점에서 라이프 쉐어(Life share) 접근을 통해 음주의 가장 큰 유형인 스트레스와 회복탄력성을 이론적 배경으로 설정하였다. 그리고 감성 마케팅과 스토리텔링 마케팅을 통해 제품의 주력인 ‘부드러운 목넘김’을 소구하고 회복탄력성을 강화시키는 매개체로서 하이트를 힐링과 위로의 따뜻하고 즐거운 브랜드 이미지로 리포지셔닝하려 하였다. 이로 인하여 하이트가 치열한 맥주시장에서 소비자와의 감성적 소통을 통해 정서적 공감대를 형성하고 강한 유대감을 갖는 브랜드로 재인식되어, 하이트진로가 다시 예전의 명성을 되찾고 국내 맥주시장 점유율 1위를 재탈환할 수 있는 기회가 되기를 기대해 본다. Since its formation, Korea`s beer market has been maintain an intense competitive composition between Hite Jinro and OB Beer for about 60 years. Hite, maintaining the first position in beer market share from 1996 to 2010, started to gradually decline in the market share, and in 2013, it resulted in 60% of OB Beer and 40% of Hite Jinro. Also, Lotte Liquor and Shinsegae, the strongest in distribution business, are newly entering the beer market this year, and furthermore, OB Beer is to be taken over by ``AB Inbev``, the number 1 company in global liquor businesses, to enter the global market, so the beer market is expected to be more fierce. To reactivate the brand Hite from its decline, Hite Jinro carried out an intensive overall renewal for the first time in 20 years, but the image positioning is insufficient due to the marketing strategy that is undifferentiated from the competing brands. With such background, this study sought ways for Hite to reform, and suggested concrete marketing strategy. First, the tasks Hite is facing are analyzed from various angles; and by approaching Life Share from differentiated point of view from its competitors, the two biggest types of drinking, stress and resilience, were set as theoretical background. Also, through emotional marketing and storytelling marketing, their products` ``smooth swallowing`` was to be appealed, and Hite`s brand image was to be repositioned as a warm and fun brand that heals and comforts as a medium that reinforces resilience. This study expects that Hite will be acknowledged as a brand that forms an emotional sympathy through emotional communication with consumers and has a strong bond in this intense beer market, so it recovers its reputation and reclaims the number one position in Korean beer market.

고령층 근감소증 환자의 운동 서비스 제공을 위한 인터페이스 분석

인구 고령화와 함께 다양한 노인 질환의 극복은 삶의 질 측면에서 중요한 관심 사항이 되고 있다. 다양한 노인 질환 중 근 감소증의 경우 근육량, 근력, 근육 기능 등이 감소하는 질환으로 일상생활이 어렵고 당뇨나 심혈관 질환에 영향을 미치게 되어 심각도가 높은 질병이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 근감소증 증상을 겪고 있는 노인을 위한 재활 운동용 웨어러블 디바이스를 제작하는 과정에서 이를 디지털적으로 제어하기 위한 재활 App. UX 전략방향을 제안하였다. 이를 통해 근 감소증 증상악화에 영향을 미치는 주요 원인 중 하나인 근력운동과 유산소 운동 부족을 극복하는 데 도움을 제공하고자 한다.
