        환경농업조성지구내 용수원 및 채수시기별 수질비교

        A study was conducted to investigate the seasonal changes in water quality of watershed in the Agricultural Environment Promotion Zone. samples collected were 12 GW (ground water), 2 IW (irrigation water), 2 SW (stream water) in An-Doug City, 4 GW, 6 IW, 11 SW in Young-Yang Gun, and sampling was conducted separately during dry and rainy season. In the ground water, EC and ionic species, except pH, were higher than those in stream water, and especially NO_3-N concentration exceeded the limitation of drinking water. Concentration of ions decreased as the sampling depth was far from the soil surface. During a rainy season, the concentrations of NO_3-N and K In the stream water were slightly higher than those during season. COD was lower during dry season in Yong-Yang, while the trend was contrasted to An-Doug. These results suggest that ground water was polluted by fertilization and compost while streamwater was polluted by loss of soil and organic during the rainy season. Principal chemical components related with changing water quality were EC, NO_3^-, Ca, Mg, Na, CI^-, SO_4^- in ground water, whereas NH_4-N, K, Mg, CI^-, SO_4^- in stream water.

      • 불균질부 방사선치료 시 계획 선량의 정확성 평가

        목 적: 불균질부를 포함하고 있는 치료부위의 치료계획 시 불균질 경계면에서의 TPS상 선량분포와 phantom을 이용하여 측정된 실제 선량분포를 비교하여 그 차이를 알아보고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 4 cm 두께의 solid water phantom 사이에 폐와 유사한 밀도를 가진 8 cm 두께의 cork (density: 0.23 $g/cm^2$)를 위치시켜 phantom을 제작하여 CT 영상을 획득하였으며, 본원에서 사용하고 있는 Pinnacle 치료계획 시스템의 Collapsed-cone(CC) convolution 선량계산 알고리즘을 이용하여 6/15 MV 광자선으로 치료 계획된 선량분포와 실제 phantom에 EBT2 필름을 삽입해 측정한 선량을 비교 평가하였다. 또한 실제 폐암 환자와 유사한 치료계획을 비교하기 위해 Phantom 내부에 치료하고자 하는 종양부위(target volume)로 가정한 파라핀($3{\times}3{\times}3$ cm)을 Location "A" (일반조직과 떨어져있는 가상의 종양: 섬모델)와 Location "B" (일반조직과 붙어있는 가상의 종양: 반도모델)에 삽입하여 CT scan 후 치료계획을 시행하였다. 선량계획과 동일한 조건으로 Phantom을 set-up 후 Phantom의 paraffin target volume 경계면 A (Ant방향), B (Rt방향), C (Post 방향) point에 필름을 삽입하고 방사선을 조사하여 측정된 선량을 TPS선량과 비교평가 하였다. 결 과: 불균질 phantom을 이용한 계획선량과 측정선량과의 차이는 solid water와 cork 경계면을 제외한 부분에서 선량차이가 크지 않았지만 밀도가 급격히 변화하는 첫 번째 구간과 두 번째 구간에서 -5.4%~-12.6%의 선량감소를 보였다. 또한 paraffin target을 삽입한 실험에서는 Location "A"의 경우 실제 측정선량이 A, B, C point에서 각각 -2.5~-4.7%, -2.3~-2.8%, -4.5~-8.8%의 낮은 선량을 나타냈으며, Location "B"의 경우에도 A, B, C point에서 각각 0.08~5.27%, -3.17~-4.74%, -7.86~-11.56%의 선량 차이를 나타내었다. 결 론: 이번 연구의 결과 불균질부 내에서의 치료계획 시스템의 계획된 선량과 실제 측정된 선량에 오차의 가능성이 확인되었다. 급속도로 발전하고 있는 방사선 치료기술과 그만큼 정밀함을 요하는 치료계획 시 이러한 가능성에 대해 인지하고 선량검증에 대한 여러 방법들을 연구하고 개발하는 것이 치료의 발전과 필수적으로 동반되어야 할 것이며 본원에서도 이번 연구를 통해 치료계획 시 발생할 수 있는 변수에 대해서 더 주의 깊게 판단하고 적용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: We are to find out the difference of calculated dose of treatment planning system (TPS) and measured dose in case of inhomogeneous organ structure. Materials and Methods: Inhomogeneous phantom is made with solid water phantom and cork plate. CT image of inhomogeneous phantom is acquired. Treatment plan is made with TPS (Pinnacle3 9.2. Royal Philips Electronics, Netherlands) and calculated dose of point of interest is acquired. Treatment plan was delivered in the inhomogeneous phantom by ARTISTE (Siemens AG, Germany) measured dose of each point of interest is obtained with Gafchromic EBT2 film (International Specialty Products, US) in the gap between solid water phantom or cork plate. To simulate lung cancer radiation treatment, artificial tumor target of paraffin is inserted in the cork volume of inhomogeneous phantom. Calculated dose and measured dose are acquired as above. Results: In case of inhomogeneous phantom experiment, dose difference of calculated dose and measured dose is about -8.5% at solid water phantom-cork gap and about -7% lower in measured dose at cork-solid water phantom gap. In case of inhomogeneous phantom inserted paraffin target experiment, dose difference is about 5% lower in measured dose at cork-paraffin gap. There is no significant difference at same material gap in both experiments. Conclusion: Radiation dose at the gap between two organs with different electron density is significantly lower than calculated dose with TPS. Therefore, we must be aware of dose calculation error in TPS and great care is suggested in case of radiation treatment planning on inhomogeneous organ structure.

      • 일일 정도관리를 위한 Daily Check Device의 제작 및 효율성 평가

        Purpose : Daily Q.A is the important step which must be preceded in a radiation treatment. Specially, radiation output measurement and laser alignment, SSD indicator related to a patient set-up recurrence must be confirmed for a reasonable radiation treatment. Daily Q.A proceeds correctness and a prompt way, and needs an objective measurement basis. Manufacture of the device which can facilitate confirmation of output measurement and appliances check at one time was requested. Materials and Methods : Produced the phantom formal daily check device which can confirm a lot of appliances check (output measurement and laser alignment. field size, SSD indicator) with one time of set up at a time, and measurement observed a linear accelerator (4 machine) for four months and evaluated efficiency. Results : We were able to confirm an laser alignment, field size, SSD indicator check at the same time, and out put measurement was possible with the same set up, so daily Q.A time was reduced, and we were able to confirm an objective basis about each item measurement. As a result of having measured for four months, output measurement within ${\pm}2%$, and measured laser alignment, field size, SSD indicator in range within ${\pm}1mm$. Conclusion : We can enforce output measurement and appliances check conveniently, and time was reduced and was able to raise efficiency of business. We were able to bring a cost reduction by substitution expensive commercialized equipment. Further It is necessary to makes a product as strong and slight materials, and improve convenience of use.

      • 폐광산 인근 논토양과 수도의 비소함량 조사

        토양중 비소함량이 식물체내 이동에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 아연 폐광산 근처 논토양과 벼에 함유된 비소함량을 조사하였다. 논토양 중 비소는 total As의 약 52.9%, extractable As의 74%정도가 iron oxide phase에 bound된 비소(Fe-As)였으며 수용성 비소(Ws-As)는 대부분 검출한계 이하였다. 비소의 연속추출 결과, extractable As fraction중 Fe-As가 1 N-HCI 가용성 As와 가장 높은 상관을 나타내었고, 이것은 토양중 Fe-As 의 함량이 많기 때문으로 생각된다. 식물체 부위별 비소의 농도는 뿌리>잎 줄기>곡실순이었으며 곡실 중에 함유된 비소농도는 FDA 식품기준 1.08mg/kg 이하였다. 토양중 As fraction과 식물체 부위별 As함량간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 Al-As fraction이 뿌리와 0.821, 줄기 0.888, 잎 0.777로 비교적 높은 상관계수를 나타내었고, 작물에 가장 잘 이용될 수 있는 비소의 형태는 Al-As fraction인 것으로 판단된다. Soils near abandoned zinc mines were known to be contaminated with arsenic-rich mining by-products. To examine the potential impacts of arsenic- contaminated soils on plant growth, surface soils were subjected to sequential extraction. Results revealed that 54% and 74% total As and 74% total extractable As were bound to iron hydrous oxide, and water soluble fraction was below detection limit. Arsenic faction extracted using the Koran standard method(dissolution of metals via treatment of 1 N HCI) was strongly correlated with the Fe-bound As fraction ($r^2=0.884**$). Arsenic level in rice plant roots was the highest with a maximum value of 154.9 mg/kg, whereas it was below 0.6 mg/kg in grains. Arsenic level in rice plant roots was strongly correlated with those of Al-bound As ($r^2=0.821**$) and 1N HCI-extractable As levels ($r^2=0.801**$).

        논과 밭 토양에서 토층간 미생물 군집의 차이

        인지질 지방산을 분석하여 특정 미생물군의 수직적분포와 토층간 미생물 군집 패턴을 조사하였다. 경북농업기술원에 위치하고, 질소, 인산, 가리의 화학비료만 장기 연용한 논과 밭 포장에서 15 cm 깊이까지 토양을 채취하였다. 인지질 지표 지방산을 주요인 분석으로 분석하여 토양 미생물 군집을 분석한 결과 논과 밭 토양의 미생물 군집은 뚜렷하게 구분되었으며, 토층간 차이보다 논과 밭의 차이가 더 컸다. 논보다 밭은 토층이 깊어짐에 따라 미생물 군집이 급격하게 변하였는데, 미생물 군집 측면에서 밭보다 논의 표층이 더 두껍다고 볼 수 있다. cyclopropyl/monoenoic precursor 비율과 전체 포화지방산/전체 불포화 지방산 비율은 토심이 깊어짐에 따라 증가하였는데, 이는 토심이 깊어질수록 탄소원과 통기가 부족하기 때문에 일어나는 현상으로 보인다. 대체로 표토는 그램음성균, 곰팡이 등의 상대적 비율이 높고 토심이 깊어질수록 세균과 방선균의 상대적 비율이 높아졌다. We examined the vertical distribution of specific microbial groups and the patterns of microbial community structure within the soil profile using phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA). Samples were collected from the soil surface down to 15 cm in depth from paddy and upland fields located in Daegu, Korea. The two fields have been fertilized with only chemical fertilizers N, P, K for 33 years. Principal component analysis of the PLFA signatures indicated that the composition of the soil microbial communities changed significantly with the cultivation practices and soil depth, suggesting that cultivation practices of paddy and upland fields had more significant influence on soil microbial community than the soil depth did. The soil microbial communities changed more drastically with soil depth in upland field than in paddy field, with making thicker soil surface in paddy field in terms of soil microbial community. The ratios of cyclopropyl/monoenoic precursors and total saturated/total monounsaturated fatty acids increased with soil depth, suggesting that the deeper soil horizons are more carbon-limited and anaerobic than surface soil. The community analysis using PLFAs as biomarkers revealed that Gram-positive bacteria and actinomycetes tended to increase in proportional abundance with increasing soil depth, while the abundance of Gram-negative bacteria and fungi were highest at the soil surface and substantially lower in the subsurface.
