Histocompatibility between husband and wife at the HLA locus has been suggested as a determination of recurrent habitual abortion. This major histocompatibility complex homozygosity was generally associated with decreased mixed lymphocyte reactivity in recurrent habitual abortion couples. We measured the incidence of HLA antigens loci and sharing within 46 couples with histories of unexplained recurrent habitual abortion and in a fertile control population of 18 couples. One way mixed lymphocyte culture(MLC) was performed on 45 recurrent abortion couples and calculated blocking effect index(BEI). There were no significant differences in the incidence of HLA alleles and shared HLA antigens between recurrent habitual abortion couples and fertile control couples. and no significant correlations between incidence of antigen sharing and BEI in recurrent habitual abrotion couples. These results challenge the concept that the major histocompatibility complex have a major role in recurrent habitual abortion. Therefore, testing of couples for HLA sharing no longer is recommended routinely in the evaluation of recurrent habitual abortion.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of improvement of scoliosis, muscle function and VAS between the exercise group and the control group after conducting correct posture exercise program with 20 female students diagnosed with scoliosis through PAPS in M middle school for 12 weeks. The conclusion was as follows. Cobb`s angle in exercise group was changed from 11.6°æ2.5°y to 7.3°æ2.0°y which was statistically significant difference (p<.001). However, the change in Cobb`s angle was not significant in control group, hence there was no statistically significant difference. The limber back strength was changed from 45.9°æ8.7 kg to 51.6°æ14.9 kg and sit-up was changed from 13.7°æ5.1 times to 12.9°æ5.3 times in exercise group, but they were not statistically significant. Control group also showed no statistically significant change in back strength and sit-up. The degree of VAS was changed from 7.3°æ1.6 to 3.3°æ2.4 which was a statistically significant difference (p<.01) in exercise group. However, there was no statistically significant difference in control group. Consequently, correct posture exercise program was considered to be effective for the reduction of Cobb`s angle and degree of VAS for middle school female students with scoliosis. Therefore the correct posture exercise program can be recommended for youth scoliosis to improve and prevent the body imbalance and ultimately for the health of the youths.

황태덕장 고찰

전통적으로 한국인의 식생활에 지대한 영향을 미치고 있는 어류는 명태와 조기이다. 이 두 바닷물고기는 제사상에 자주 오르는 어종(魚種)인데, 조기는 서해안에서 나고 명태는 한류가 흐르는 겨울철에 동해안의 북쪽에서 주로 난다. 명태는 명칭이 50여 가지가 될 정도로 우리의 전통적 식문화에 끼친 영향이 지대하다. 다양하게 메뉴화하여 음식상에 오르고, 김장에도 신선하라고 넣고, 약용으로도 쓴다. 또 비늘이 없으나 비린내가 적다고 해서 제사용, 또는 늘 눈을 뜨고 살기에 지킴이로서의 수호용 등으로 널리 이용된다. 명태를 오래 보관하려면 동태, 북어, 황태로 만든다. 얼음에 얼리는 동태, 어촌에서 햇볕에 말리는 북어, 그리고 눈보라가 거세고 영하 15를 오르내리는 태백산맥의 덕장에서 4~5개월 간 얼었다 녹았다를 반복하면서 노란색을 띠며 몸집이 부풀어 오르는 황태로 변신시킨다. 동해안 어촌에서 내장이 제거된 명태가 춥고 눈보라치는 인제군 북면 용대리, 평창군 대관령면 횡계리 등에 위치한 황태덕장으로 옮겨져 덕대에서 얼었다 녹았다를 반복하면서 변신한 황태는 몸집이 검게 쪼그라든 북어와는 달리 몸집이 커지고 노란색을 띠기에 고급화된 브랜드로 인기가 높다. 따라서 관련지역의 이미지를 높이고 나아가 주민들의 소득증대에도 큰 몫을 한다. 이러한 황태와 명태를 홍보하기 위해 매년마다 고성에서는 〈명태축제〉를 열고, 인제의 용대리에서는 〈황태축제〉를 개최한다. 또 고성에서는 어촌민요인 〈명태잡이소리〉를 드라마하여 축제에 올림으로써 지역문화의 폭을 넓히고 있다. Traditionally, fish that have a great effect on Korean food life are Myungtae(Pollack) and Jogi(Yellow Corvina). These two oceanic fish are the species prepared frequently for Korean ancestral rites table. Jogi are obtained from the West Sea, and Myungtae are obtained from the East Sea where the cold current flows in winter. Myungtae have about 50 different kinds of Korean names which shows that they truly have affected traditional Korean food life. They are cooked in various recipes for dining tables, used in Gimjang(Kimchi-making for the winter) for freshness, and used for medicinal purposes as well. Because of their weak fishy smell, they are also prepared for ancestral rites, or used for protection as a role of guard animals since they always stay with their eyes open. For a long period storage of Myungtae, they are changed into Dongtae, Bugeo, and Hwangtae. Dongtae are frozen in ice, and Bugeo are dried in the sun in fishing villages. However Myungtae freeze and melt repeatedly for four to five months on Deokdae at Deokjang in the Taebaek Mountains where the snowstorm is fierce and the temperature rises and falls to 15 degrees below zero and eventually turns Myungtae into Hwangtae which are yellow and well risen. Eviscerated Myungtae are moved from fishing villages in East Coast to Hwangtae Deokjang which are located at Yongdae-ri in Inje and Hoenggye-ri in Pyeongchang that are cold. Unlike black shrunken Bugeo, big yellow high-quality Hwangtae are more popular. Therefore, Hwangtae raise the image of the related areas and increase the income of the local people. To promote these Hwangtae and Myungtae, Myungtae Festival is held in Gosung, and Hwangtae Festvival is held in Yongdae-ri in Inge annually. Also, local people in Gosung, make Myungtae Jabi Sori into a performance and perform it in the festival every year.

여성결혼이민자를 위한 한국 문화어휘장 구축에 관한 연구 : 경조사 어휘장을 중심으로

이 논문의 목적은 여성결혼이민자들을 위한 문화 어휘장 중에서 경조사 어휘를 중심으로 구축하여 제시하는 것이다. 이는 한국일생의례사전에서 제시한 표제어 중에서도 현대에도 사용되고 있는 어휘들을 중심으로 하였으며 ‘출생의례, 혼인의례, 상례의례’를 기준으로 세부적인 어휘장을 구축하였다. 여기에 여성결혼이민자들이 사용하는 한국어 교재에 나타난 어휘들로 보충하여 경조사 어휘장을 완성하였다. 이렇게 구축된 경조사 어휘장은 한국어 교육 현장에서 뿐만 아니라여성결혼이민자들이 목표 언어의 문화를 잘 이해하고 경조사 상황에 알맞은 어휘를 구사하는 데에 도움을 줄 수 있을것이라고 보았다. 다음 후속 연구에서는 본고에서 구축한 경조사 어휘장을 학습 단계별로 구성하고 그에 따른 학습 활동을 제안하기로 한다. The purpose of this study is to suggest cultural vocabulary list for married female immigrants and it is build focused on congratulations and condolences words. It focused on words that is currently used among suggested headwords from Dictionary of Korean Rite of Passage, and detail vocabulary list is build based on ‘birth rites’, ‘wedding rites’, ‘funeral rites’. In addition, the congratulations and condolences vocabulary list is completed by adding words from Korean textbooks that married female immigrants are using. It is considered that this congratulations and condolences vocabulary list could be helpful to the realm of Korean Language education and married female immigrants to understand the target language and culture and express suitable words for congratulations and condolences situation. The follow-up study conducts to organize the congratulations and condolences vocabulary list which is build in this study by the learning stages and suggest learning activity based on this stage.
