        메밀싹가루 첨가량에 따른 국수의 품질 특성

        This study was performed to provide basic data that will predict the usefulness of buckwheat sprout as food materials. The quality characteristics of noodles prepared with buckwheat sprout powder were investigated The buckwheat sprout powder was added to the noodles in 0, 2, 4, 6, and $8\%$ in proportion to the weight of wheat flour, respectively. The added amounts of buckwheat sprout powder did not affect the volume of the noodles. The weight of noodles was decreased, whereas tumidity of the soup after cooking the noodles was increased with the increment of the amount of added buckwheat sprout powder. The color of powder mixture, wet noodles, and cooked noodles was changed by the addition of buckwheat sprout powder. Lightness(L) was decreased, whereas yellowness(b) and redness(a) increased as the amount of buckwheat sprout powder increased. In the texture analysis, hardness and chewiness of wet noodles were increased significantly by the addition of buckwheat sprout powder. Hardness, chewiness, and gumminess increased significantly in the cooked noodles with more than $6\%$ substitution of buckwheat sprout powder. Other textural properties did not show any significant changes. The results of sensory evaluation revealed that the overall preference of noodles with 2 to $4\%$ substitution of buckwheat sprout powder was better than other sample groups. Therefore, the appropriate amount of addition for the buckwheat sprout noodles was 2 to $4\%$ buckwheat sprout powder in proportion to the weight of wheat flour.

        심장내과 병동의 텔레메트리 적용 환자 특성

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide basic information to develop appropriate nursing guidelines for cardiac telemetry. Methods: This retrospective research was conducted to identify the current usage of cardiac telemetry and considered 1,000 patients hospitalized for telemetry. The collected data were analyzed using IBM (SPSS Statistics for Windows 21.0). Results: Four-hundred and ninety-two patients (49.2%) were diagnosed with arrhythmia and 209 (20.9%) with heart failure. Electrocardiogram (ECG) rhythm changes were detected via telemetry in 464 cases. Major arrhythmias were ventricular tachycardia (183, 39.4%) and bradycardia (99, 21.3%). Interventions after detecting arrhythmia were cardioversion (16, 3.4%), defibrillation (1, 0.2%), and cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation (5, 1.1%); other patients were treated conservatively with close observation (381, 82.1%). Conclusion: There was appropriate intervention in 46.4% of the considered cases with the detection of ECG changes before patient notification, which implied that cardiac telemetry could be considered for application to patients with hemodynamic instability. Clear standards and guidelines are required to determine who requires telemetry and when to end the telemetry monitoring.

        페닐프로피온산계 해열진통제 고형지질나노입자의 입도분포와 약물봉입 및 용출특성

        Solid Lipid Nanoparticle(SLN), one of the colloidal carrier systems, has many advantages such as good biocompatibility, low toxicity and stability. In this paper, the effects of drug lipophilicity and surfactant on the drug loading capacity, particle size and drug release profile were examined. SLNs were prepared by homogenization of melted lipid dispersed in an aqueous surfactant solution. Ketoprofen, ibuprofen and pranoprofen were used as model drugs and tweens and poloxamers were tested for the effect of surfactant. Mean particle size of prepared SLNs was ranged from 100 to 150nm. The drug loading capacity was improved with the most lipophilic drug and low concentration of surfactant. Particle size and polydispersity of SLNs were changed according to the used lipid and surfactant. The rates of drug release were controlled by the loading drug and surfactant concentration. SLN system with effective drug loading efficiency and proper particle size for the intravenous or oral formulation can be prepared by selecting optimum drug and surfactant.

        도시 주거지 학교와 공원의 주차장 입체화 사례의 형태와 이용 특성 분석

        According to the change of the life environment and economic growth, the more highly a city has developed, the more concentrated is the urban function. That is, a city is required for adding more infrastructure. But, both limited land resources and financial problems made it impossible to add infrastructure. So, the necessity of multi-dimensional planning of urban infrastructure was recognized. Especially, in the urban residential area, a mixed-use of the playground of a school and the empty space of a park is desired to serve the issue of insufficient parking spaces. Schools and parks are closely connected to the center of a town, and playing a central role for the town life. For this reason, they are highly demanded in urban residential areas and also expected to be effective. However, we need to consider not only parking convenience but also the safety of users in design process, because people using parks and schools include young students and the elderly. In this study, we mainly examined physical characteristics and the utilization of schools and parks with parking facilities in urban residential areas. Then, we analyzed cases through comparing and evaluating in terms of convenience and safety. and weighed up advantages and disadvantages of each through the comparison of the schools and the parks having parking facilities. The results of this study are expected to provide fundamental references for preparing design standards for such facilities.

        유방암 생존자의 삶의 질 영향요인

        Purpose: This study was aimed to identify the influencing factors on the quality of life among breast cancer survivors. Methods: The subjects were 159 female patients who visited out-patient department (OPD) after the mass removal surgery for breast cancer and had completed adjuvant treatments such as chemotherapy radiation therapy at a university hospital and a general hospital. Data collection was conducted using the Ferrell QOL scale the Mishel uncertainty scale the Fitts & Osgoods body image scale revised by Jeon & Kim. the Rosenberg self-esteem scale and the Kang family support scale. Results: The level of QOL in the participants was in the middle. There were a significant correlation between QOL uncertainty self-esteem and family support. There were significant differences in QOL with the perceived health condition and the best support person. In a regression analysis the most powerful predictor of QOL was body image (21.7%). Altogether uncertainty and perceived health condition explained 28.6% of the variance of QOL of the participants. Conclusion: Body image uncertainty and perceived health condition were important predictors of QOL. These results demonstrated the need for developing interventions to improve QOL of breast cancer survivors.

        Causal Knowledge Integration Method for Product Design Simulation

        제품 설계를 위한 시뮬레이션을 위해서는 다양한 인과지식이 필요하다. 따라서 현존하는 다양한 지식으로부터 새로운 지식을 획득하기 위해서는 이러한 지식들을 통합하는 것이 필요하다. 예를 들어, 사용자가 가열이 되는 컵을 설계하고자 하지만 기존의 설계 지식 베이스에는 가열되는 컵에 대한 설계 지식은 없고 가열 기구에 대한 지식과 컵에 대한 지식이 따로 존재한다. 이러한 상황에서 가열 기구에 대한 지식과 컵에 대한 지식을 통합할 수 있는 자동화된 방법론이 필요하다. 이를 통해 사용자는 가열이 되는 컵을 설계하는 지식을 획득할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 이러한 제품 설계에 관련한 지식을 통합하여 새로운 지식을 만드는 방법론을 제안 한다. Simulation for product design requires a lot of causal knowledge. Hence, knowledge integration is required for obtaining a new knowledge from existing knowledge. For example, a user requests knowledge for the heating cup. However, the knowledge base only has knowledge for heating and cup, not heating cup. At his situation, knowledge integration can generate a new heating cup knowledge from existing heating and cup knowledge. Therefore, the user can obtain the knowledge for heating cup. Hence, this study aims to propose a novel knowledge integration method for product design.

        본 연구는 산업현장의 산업재해를 저감시키기 위한 근본적인 대책을 제시하기 위하며 수행되었으며, 우리나라 산업체에 재해 방지 기관으로 핵심적인 역할을 담당하고 있는 대행기관들을 중점 조사하였다. 그래서 각 대행기관들이 안고 있는 문제점들을 파악하여 대행기관 및 대행사업장에 대한 안전상의 문제점들을 제시하며 한편으로는 대행을 받고 있는 사업장에 대한 유용한 시책들은 더욱 권장하여 중소사업장의 산재예방 전도기관으로 거듭날 수 있도록 한다. 그래서 대행기관에 활성화를 위한 실질적인 대안을 제시하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 주요 목적이다. First of all, this paper investigated scrupulously Occupational Safety and Healthy Agencies which take care of nucleus roles as accident protection organ of industrial circles in our country. Catching hold of elaborately lots of problems that each Agency holds, we tried to action to correct that faulty custom and invalidism. On the other hand, we exhort and encourage more available measures helping practically to protect industrial accident of work place receiving vicarious execution. Furthermore, both in name and reality, we try to be reborn as a mission institution of accidental prevention of medium and small work place. Therefore, the purpose of the present paper is to suggest substantial counterproposal for activation of Occupational Safety and Healthy Agency.
