본 연구에서는 최근 정부에서 개정된 사업주의 재취업지원서비스 제공 의무화제도 시행에 따라 필요성이 중요하게 대두되고 있는 생애설계서비스를 살펴보고, 생애설계 이론과 요인을 바탕으로 생애설계서비스지원이 제공된 중장년층 생애경력설계서비스 효과성을 검증하여, 그 시사점을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 생애경력설계서비스지원을 받은 만40세 이상 전라남도 중장년을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 사전예비 조사를 위해 총 99부를 최종 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 요인분석 및 신뢰도를 분석, 상관관계, 다중회귀분석, 매개효과분석, 조절된 매개효과 분석을 했다. 결론적으로 생애경력설계서비스의 상관관계 분석 결과, 구직효능감과 경력전환가능성은 다소 높은 정의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 생애설계서비스 진로준비행동은 생애설계서비스이해, 생애설계서비스효용성, 생애설계서비스 경력전환가능성과 다소 높은 정의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 생애설계서비스 진로준비행동과 생애설계서비스참여도는 다소 높은 정의 상관관계에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 생애경력설계서비스는 중장년층의 구직효능감에 영향을 미치며, 중장년층의 진로준비행동은 생애설계서비스와 구직효능감에 매개역할을 한다. 중장년층의 진로준비행동은 생애설계서비스 효용성과 구직효능감에 매개역할을 하며, 경력전환가능성과 구직효능감에 매개역할을 할 수 있다. This study examines life design services, which are in need as a result of the mandatory implementation of the re-employment support service for employers recently revised by the government. The effectiveness of the design service was verified and the implications were sought. To this end, a questionnaire survey was conducted on middle-aged Jeollanam-do people aged 40 and over who received support for lifelong design services, and a total of 200 copies were used as final analysis data. For data analysis, SPSS 21.0 program was used to analyze factor analysis and reliability, correlation, multiple regression analysis, mediating effect analysis, and controlled mediating effect analysis. In conclusion, as a result of the correlation analysis of the career design service, it was found that there is a high positive correlation between job search efficacy and career transition possibility. Life design service career preparation behavior was found to have a somewhat positive correlation with life design service understanding, life design service effectiveness, and life design service career transition potential. It was found that the career preparation service and career design service participation had a relatively high positive correlation. The possibility of career design service career transition was found to have a significant effect on job search efficacy.

다결정 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터를 이용한 $0.5{\mu}m$ 급 SONOS 플래시 메모리 소자의 개발 및 최적화

본 연구에서는 $0.5{\mu}m$ 급 다결정 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터를 제작하고 이를 최적화 했다. 실험 결과, 비정질 실리콘을 증착 후 저온 어닐링을 통해 보다 큰 grain 크기를 가지는 active 영역을 형성하는 것이 소자의 SS(Subthreshold Swing), DIBL(Drain Induced Barrier Lowering), 그리고 on-current의 성능 향상을 가져온다는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 SONOS 플래시 메모리를 제작하였으며 그 특성을 분석했다. 게이트로부터 전자의 back tunneling 현상을 억제함과 동시에 제작한 소자가 원활한 program/erase 동작을 하기 위해서는 O/N/O 두께의 최적화가 필요하다. 따라서 시뮬레이션을 통해 이를 분석하고 O/N/O 두께를 최적화 하여 SONOS 플래시 메모리의 특성을 개선하였다. 제작한 소자는 2.24 V의 threshold voltage($V_{th}$) memory window를 보였으며 메모리 동작을 잘 하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. In this paper, a poly-Si thin film transistor with ${\sim}0.5{\mu}m$ gate length was fabricated and its electrical characteristics are optimized. From the results, it was verified that making active region with larger grain size using low temperature annealing is an efficient way to enhance the subthreshold swing, drain-induced barrier lowering and on-current characteristics. A SONOS flash memory was fabricated using this poly-Si channel process and its performances are analyzed. It was necessary to optimize O/N/O thickness for the reduction of electron back tunneling and the enhancement of its memory operation. The optimized device showed 2.24 V of threshold voltage memory windows which coincided with a well operating flash memory.

자연과 어머니 혹은 여성의 연결 문제 - 서구 생태여성주의와 노자 사상을 중심으로 -

이 글은 자연을 어머니 혹은 여성적 특성에 비유하는 것이 여러 비판에도 불구하고 생태철학적으로 여전히 중요한 의미가 있음을 생태여성주의와 노자의 사상을 중심으로 논증함을 목적으로 한다. 문화적 생태여성주의와 영적 생태여성주의는 이른바 여성성이 여성의 본래적인 특징은 아니라는 점에서 본질주의라는 비판을 피할 수 없다. 그러나 이들 분파는 여성과 자연의 가치를 재발견함으로써 여성에 대한 남성의, 자연에 대한 문화의 억압을 비판하고 제거하려고 했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 사회적 생태여성주의와 사회주의적 생태여성주의는 생태 위기의 문제를 해결하기 위해 사회 전체적인 각성과 사회 구조의 변화를 주장한다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 그렇지만 사회적 생태여성주의는 단순히 남성과 여성, 인간과 자연의 이분법에서 벗어날 것을 주장한다는 점에서 대안 제시에는 취약하고, 사회주의적 생태여성주의는 자본주의적 가부장제를 문제 삼기는 하지만 생태적 위기의 문제를 푸는 핵심 고리가 노동양식의 생태적 전환에 있음을 명확히 보지 못하였다. 한편 노자는 도를 어머니와 몇 가지 여성적인 특성들에 비유했는데, 이는 다음과 같은 근거에서 타당성이 있다. 첫째로 도는 무규정적이지만, 그것이 만물을 생육하는 은혜로운 존재라는 점에서 임시방편적으로 어머니에 비유할 수 있다. 둘째로 ‘도’는 유구한 세월 동안 약자의 위치에 있으면서도 강자를 포용하는 부드러운 특성을 보여 왔는데, 이는 현존 여성의 여러 특성이기도 한바, 자연의 도를 부드러운 것들로 비유하는 것 역시 자연의 포용성과 희생을 일깨운다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 셋째로 도를 어머니나 현존 여성의 여러 특성들에 비유하는 것이 여성주의의 틀 속에서는 비판적으로 생각될 수도 있으나, 노자 사상은 기본적으로 도의 모성 내지 여성성을 강조한 것일 뿐이라는 점에서 서구 여성주의의 사유 틀을 그대로 들이댈 수는 없다. 결론적으로 생태여성주의는 여성주의적 입장에 대한 고려가 강함으로 인해 생태주의적 색채가 약한 데 반해, 노자 사상은 생태주의적 색채는 짙게 배어 있으나 여성주의적 입장에 대한 고려는 그리 세심하지 않다고 할 수 있다. This article seeks to underscore the continued relevance of likening nature to motherly or feminine attributes within the realm of ecological philosophy. Despite enduring criticisms surrounding about such issue, this study aims to demonstrate that the significance can be proved as comparing between Western ecological feminism and Laozi’s ideas. Being criticized is inevitable for cultural ecological feminism and spiritual ecological feminism because essentialism strongly disapproves the definition of femininity can’t be defined as the original nature of women. However, both cultural and ecological feminism remain noteworthy for their effort to challenge the subjugation of women and nature, and to contribute meaningfully by reevaluating the worth of women and nature, thereby combating the dominance of male-centric culture over both. On the other hands, they can be very weak because they fall short in proposing comprehensive alternatives, focusing primarily on dismantling gender and nature divides. The latter, while critiquing capitalist patriarchy, neglects to emphasize the critical role of ecological labor transformation in resolving the ecological crisis. In the meantime, Laozi’s comparison of Tao to maternal and feminine attributes holds validity for several reasons. First, Tao’s indefinite nature aligns with motherhood, as it gives rise to and nurtures all things. Secondly, Tao’s tendency to embrace the strong while sheltering the weak mirrors the nurturing aspects found in women. This analogy enhances our understanding of nature’s inclusivity and selflessness. Third, Laozi’s comparison of Tao to maternal and feminine traits should be interpreted within the context of his unique ideology, which emphasizes these attributes without strictly adhering to Western feminist frameworks. In conclusion, ecological feminism, while colored by feminist perspectives, draws attention to the feminist position within the ecological discourse. Laozi’s philosophy, on the other hand, carries a deeper ecological hue but may require further exploration of its feminist implications.

We studied gap-fill properties by the change of Deposition-Sputter (D/S) ratio through the decrease of silane and oxygen total gas flow in STI process using HDP CVD. D/S ratio was reduced with the decrease of total gas flow. The details of optimized gap-fill condition is discussed in this paper.

PDA 처리에 따른 Al₂O₃ 박막의 interface trapped charge에 의한 hump 현상 감소에 관한 연구

We studied the hump phenomenon reduction of AI₂O₃ film using the PDA (Post Deposition Annealing) process. In order to confirm it, we fabricated MOS (Metal Oxide Silicon) capacitor using AI₂O₃ gate insulator, which was deposited by ALD (Atomic layer deposition). Based on the C-V (Capacitance-Voltage) measurement result, hump, which is attributed to near interface traps, was observed in low frequency. We also observed that the hump of AI₂O₃ film is removed through the PDA process.
