北韓의 敎育現況에 關한 考察 : Concerning on the educational system of schools 學校敎育體系를 中心으로

Although the educational system of schools in north Korea execute education dividing into general educational system, social educational system and special school system, ultimately it saims to manufacture "New Human Patterns" who are loyal to communism under the unique educational principles of KIM, Il Sung. In case of South Korea, the educational goal is set on educating all the peoples to be cultivated as sound democratic citizens as members of community with independent capacity of living, completing character, under the idelogy of all peoples' interest. The content of education aims, based of free learning and development of personality, to from democratic humans. The content of education in North Korea constitutes of political ideological education, and aims to force the North Koreans through (1) to be revolutionized, (2) to be communized and (3) to be worker classes, what is so called, to cultivate new humans who are faithful for communism. furthermore, the education of North Korea has already formed the unitary system of politics, military and education under the totarian political education aimed to form dictatorship of KIM, Il Sung and hereditary system, pretexting socialism education. Owing to the political education for forthy years, it can be said that humans have become excessively heteroclited, caused by the hetrogenity of all consciousness structure and behavior system such as ideology, language, value view, thinking method, etc.
南北韓의 敎育에 關한 比較 考察 : especially with the idea and administrative system 理念 行政體系 中心으로

This paper is intended to make a comparative study on the Education of South and North Korea. The important points are as follows; The Education of South Korea, on the basis of the idea of Hongik-Inngan, aims at building up the personality of all people and at cultivating sound democratic citizens who have the capacity for life as a autonomous burgher. On the other hand, North Korea, on the basis of the Soviet educational idea formed by Lenin and Stalin, lays emphasis on political education for Kim IL Sung and is focused on the reform of their people to render devoted service to communism under the unique principle of education for Kim IL Sung. And, in the operation of education, the educational system of South Korea is the 6-3-3-4 system and North Korea adopts the 4-6-4 system after many changes. According to this system and on the basis of the development of all sciences, the principle of educational contents in South Korea is to contribute to the formation of democratic people and as the method of education the learning method to develop the innate faculty of each people and to participate in building the nation with cooperative spirit is adopted. But, in the respect of educational contents of North Korea, Kim IL Sung lays emphasis on thought education, technical education and physical training and as the method of education insists on the justice of collective, compulsive and conflicting methods. Finally, the educational administration of South Korea is excuted by the Education Ministry, but North Korea takes the order system by both "the Central Party" and "the Science and School Education Ministry" In this respect to prevent the heterogeneousness education, the reunification of South and North Korea should be realized as soon as possible.

There were lot of limitations for national independent movements withen korea under the control of Japanes colony. Those limitations made many national independents go abroad, especially to China and USA. Therefore the center of by virtue if USA and USSR, many independents abroad returned to korea. Among them, Il-seung, Kim, Doo-bong, Kim, Chung, Moo, Guy, Her who were commonists returned to northern area of korea, and Seung-man, Lee. Giu-sik, Ik-hee, Shin etc. to southern area of Korea. Of course, a few national independents whthen korea continued to resist japanese colonial government, even though less active and considetable than abroad. Among those who resisted withen korea, there Jin-woo, Song, Deok-soo, Jang, Heon-young, Park, and Youn-heung, Yeo. And so, there formed three political groups, and each groups sought to get a hegemony over korea. these struggles resulted to the division of korea into two koreas. Il-seung, Kim who was a machiavellian partisan leader supported by USSR become a North Korea ruler, and Seung-man, Lee who returned from USA was elected as president of South Korea.
