대학생의 주관적 웰빙을 위한 자기자비 프로그램 효과성에 관한 메타분석

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 주관적 웰빙을 위한 자기자비 프로그램의 효과를 메타분석을 통해 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 5개의 전자 데이터베이스에서 문헌 선정 기준을 바탕으로 검색을 수행하였고 최종적으로 11개의 문헌이 선정되었다. 선정된 11개의 문헌을 대상으로 연구 대상자 및 중재 특성을 체계적으로 검토하였고 효과 크기를 분석하기 위해 메타분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주관적 웰빙에 대한 자기자비 프로그램의 전체 효과크기는 .73으로 나타났다. 둘째, 주관적 웰빙의 구성요인에 따른 효과크기는 부정정서 감소에 가장 큰 효과를 보였으며 다음으로 삶의 만족, 심리적 안녕감, 긍정정서 순으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론을 바탕으로 본 연구의 한계와 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of self-compassion programs on the subjective well-being of college students using the meta-analysis. To perform the study, 5 electronic databases are reviewed, and 11 to select the literatures utilized. Through the literature review, the subjects of this study and the intervention characteristics are systematically explored, and the meta-analysis is performed to analyze the effect size. The results of this study are as follow. First, the overall effect size of the self-compassion program on subjective well-being was .73. Second, the effect size according to the components of subjective well-being showed the greatest effect in reducing negative emotions, followed by life satisfaction, psychological well-being, and positive emotions. Based on the discussion and conclusion, the limitations of this study and future research directions are suggested.

In this study, computational structural vibration analyses of a smart unmanned aerial vehicle (SUAV) with tilt-rotors due to dynamic hub loads have been conducted considering detailed supporting structures of installed equipments. Three-dimensional dynamic finite element model has been constructed for different fuel conditions and tilting angles corresponding to helicopter, transition and airplane flight modes. Practical computational procedure for modal transient response analysis is successfully established. Also, dynamic loads generated by rotating blades and wakes in the transient and forward flight conditions are calculated by unsteady computational fluid dynamics technique with sliding mesh concept. As the results of present study, transient structural displacements and accelerations of the vibration sensitive equipments are presented in detail. In addition, vibration characteristics of structures and installed equipments of which safe operation is normally limited by the vibration environment specifications are physically investigated for different flight conditions.

목적 본 연구의 목적은 고등학생의 자기사랑에 관한 인식 유형 및 유형별 특성을 파악하는데 있다. 방법 본 연구의 목적을 이루기 위해 Q 방법론을 활용하였는데, Q 모집단은 고등학생 6명과의 심층면담 및 관련 문헌고찰을 통해 구성했으며, 최종 33개의 Q 표본이 선정됐다. Q 분류는 고등학생 37명에 의해 시행됐으며, 분류된 자료는 PC-QUANAL 프로그램을 활용해 분석하였다. 결과 분석결과, 고등학생의 자기사랑에 관한 인식은 5개 유형으로 분류되었다. 각 유형은 첫째, ‘주도적인 성장지향형’, 둘째, ‘타인을 의식하는 자기돌봄형’, 셋째, ‘현실적인 즐거움추구형’, 넷째, ‘정서적인 자기친절형’, 다섯째, ‘자기를 신뢰하는 관계지향형’으로 명명되었다. 결론 본 연구는 고등학생의 자기사랑에 관한 인식 유형 및 유형별 특성을 탐색함으로써 고등학생의 자기사랑 인식에 관한 이해를 도모하였다. 나아가, 각 유형별 특성을 반영한 교육 및 방안을 마련함으로써 향후 학생들의 자기사랑을 향상시키기 위한 기초자료를 마련하는데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. Objectives This study aims to identify types of high school students’ perceptions of self-love and investigate characteristics of each type. Methods Q methodology was used to achieve the aim of the current study. In-depth interviews were carried out with 6 high school students and the relevant literature was reviewed in order to define the study population. In the end, 33 Q-samples were obtained. The Q-Sorts of 37 high school students were analyzed using the PC-QUANAL software. Results According to the results from the analysis, high school students’ perceptions of self-love can be classified into 5 types: first, ‘proactive and growth-oriented type’; second, ‘self-caring type being conscious of other people’s existence’; third, ‘realistic and pleasure-oriented type’; fourth, ‘emotional and self-compassionate type’; fifth, ‘self-confident and relationship-oriented type’. Conclusions This study aims to obtain deeper understanding of high school students’ perceptions of self-love by investigating the types of high school students’ perceptions of self-love and characteristics of each type. Since this study suggests education systems and discipline methods that mirror the characteristics of each type, the findings of this study shall be the useful baseline data, which can be used to encourage students to love themselves more.

In this study, fluid/structure coupled analyses have been conducted for 3-D stator and rotor configuration. Advanced computational analysis system based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD) and computational structural dynamics(CSD) has been developed in order to investigate fluid/structure responses of general stator-rotor configurations. To solve the fluid/structure coupled problems, fluid domains are modeled using the structural grid system with dynamic moving and local deforming techniques. Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations with Spalart-Allmaras(S-A) and SST ${\kappa}-{\omega}$ turbulence models are solved for unsteady flow problems. A fully implicit time marching scheme based on the Newmark direct integration method is used for computing the coupled aeroelastic governing equations of the 3-D turbine blades for fluid-structure interaction(FSI) problems. Detailed fluid/structure analysis responses for stator-rotor interaction flow conditions are presented to show the physical performance and flow characteristics.
Ga doped ZnO 박막의 질소분위기 열처리에 따른 특성 변화

Ga doped ZnO (GZO) thin films were deposited with RF magnetron sputtering on glass substrate and then the effect of post deposition annealing at nitrogen atmosphere on the structural, optical and electrical properties of the films was investigated. The post deposition annealing process was conducted for 30 minutes at different temperature of 150, 300 and 450℃, respectively. As increase annealing temperature, GZO films show the increment of the prefer orientation of ZnO (002) diffraction peak in the XRD pattern and the optical transmittance in a visible wave region was also increased, while the electrical sheet resistance was decreased. The figure of merit obtained in this study means that GZO films which vacuum annealed at 450℃ have the highest optoelectrical performance in this study.
