본 연구는 적극적인 학대예방 및 학대 원인 해결을 위한 노인학대 유형의 재정의의 필요성을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구의 자료는 2009. 1월부터 2010. 2월까지 충남노인보호전문기관의 전산자료에서 수집하였다. 총116사례 중 41사례가 중복된 유형으로 나타나 신체적 학대와 정서적 학대가 함께 발생한 사례, 신체적 학대와 방임이 함께 발생한 사례, 정서적 학대와 방임이 함께 발생한 사례, 정서적 학대와 경제적 학대가 함께 발생한 사례, 3가지 이상의 학대가 동시에 발생한 사례로 정리하여 내용을 분석하였다. 중복학대를 독립적 학대유형으로 포괄하는 것보다 세분화된 학대유형으로 재정의하는 것이 가능하다는 결론을 얻었으며, 학대유형에 대한 재정의는 학대예방에 대한 제도와 시스템을 만드는 기초로 중요한 요인이 될 것이다. The purpose of this research is find of aggressive way for protection abuse and resolution of reason. The method of this research is based on that model, the neglect and damage zone such as physical abuse, psycological abuse, and financial abuse, which were caused as a result of elderly abuse was organized into physical abuse and emotional abuse cases that occurred together, physical abuse and neglect cases that occurred together, emotional abuse and neglect cases that occurred together, emotional abuse and economic cases that occurred together, and 3 or more cases of abuse occurred together about the 41cases of 116 cases. The interview conducted prior was focused on the existing classification criteria so looking for a different type of redundancy in the light of theory was to attempt to redefine it through two kinds of types of abuse.
신한옥형 공공건축물 단지형 디자인가이드라인의 계획 방향: 공동주택단지 내 부대복리시설을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to set the direction of development of the design guideline of the New-Hanok-Style public building in apartment complex and to use it as basic data for future architecture plans. The existing Hanok architecture standards and guidelines were analyzed and the characteristics of New-Hanok-Style Public Building in apartment complex were applied. The planning direction of the design guideline was derived. First, although the criteria and guidelines related to the Hanok produced and distributed were classified differently according to the purpose of production, the details and contents were similar. Second, the general planning criteria items were divided into layout, external space plan, building plan, and performance plan. Third, the elements of 'creative inheritance of traditional architecture' and 'modern building technology', which are the characteristics of New-Hanok-Style Public Building, were applied. In addition, we analyzed elementary welfare facility guidelines and applied elements such as layout type and zoning setting. Fourth, a special planning standard for applying the building system required for the New-Hanok-Style Public Building in apartment complex was added. In the future, it is expected to revitalize New-Hanok-Style Public Building containing the unique identity(genetic factor; DNA) of the nation by developing and disseminating relevant building standards, design guidelines, and maintenance manuals.
결핵성 뇌막염 진단에 있어서 뇌척수액 Adenosine Deaminase 활성도에 관한 연구

N/A The prognosis of tuberculous meningitis is closely linked to the stage at which treatment is started. The cerebrospinal fluid findings, however, are often ambiguous, It has been suggested by recent investigations that ADA activities in cerebrospinal fluid may help differentiate tuberculous meningitis from aseptic meningitis. In this study, cerebrospinal fluid adenosine deaminase activities were measured in 23 cases of tuberculous meningitis, 9 cases of aseptic meningitis, 9 cases of purulent meningitis, 24 cases of miscellaneous neurologic conditions and 23 cases of normal controls. The results obtained were as follows: 1) The mean ADA activity in tuberculous meningitis was 17.39±10,34 U/L, in bacterial meningitis 7.87±8.52 U/L, in aseptic meningitis 2.83±1.92U/L, in miscellaneous neurologic conditions 2.80±5.61U/L and in control 1,09±0.51U/L. 2) The ADA activitiies in tuberculous meningitis showed significantly higher values than in other groups (P<0.001), 3) Cerebrospinal fluid ADA activities differentiated tuberculous meningitis from those with aseptic meningitis being higher than 4.5U/L in all and higher than 6.5U/L in 96% case of tuberculous meningitis, but lower than 6,5U/L in aseptic meningitis and less than 3.5U/L in normal controls. 4) In tuberculous meningitis, ADA activities showed significant correlation with protein in cerebrospinal fluid (P<0.01), but in other groups, no significant correlation with available routine parameters in cerebrospinal fluid. It is suggested that measurement of ADA activity in cerebrospinal fluid is a available test which is relatively easily performed for diagnosis of tuberculous meningitis, especially differential diagnosis with aseptic meningitis.

N/A We report a case of intracerebral sparganosis diagnosed by micro-ELISA test and brain C-T scan. This 45-year-old male who had a history of having eaten frogs frequently, had suffered from uncontrolled headache with medication far about 1 year. Brain CT scan revealed a migrated low density lesion from Rt. temporo-parietal to Rt, frontal lobe. In cerebrospinal fluid, micro-ELISA test to sparganum was positive. Right frontal osteoplastic craniotomy was performed and a live sparganum mansoni was successfully removed from intracerebral region.
