        As the board of directors' system has been introduced into our Commercial Law, the management of Joint-stock company has greatly depended upon the ability anti integrity of the directors who are trustees of the company. Hence, Commercial Law requires them to do their duties with fidelity to the company and puts some restrictions on transctions between the company and its directors. For example directors shall be unable to do business with their companies without approval of the board of directors. But an important question in the subject is whether the legal act on bill and note is contained or not in the range of transactions imited. Former court decisions and popular views of scholars insisted upon that legal act on bill and note itself is only a means for settlement of the past. transact ices accordingly it can not be contained in the range of transactions 1imited. But we had better conclude luck a legal act on bill and note is to be approved by the board of directors as. it causes the parties concerned to do a clash of interest. Besides, in the effect of directors' transactions with companies violating some prohibitions, the above popular views of scholars that exempt the legal act on bill and not with the company from the range of transactions limited , the said act on bill and note without approval of directors' board always invalid. But it seems, in respect to the safety of dealings, to be reasonable that the said transaction violating some prohibitions holds the director responsible to the company for duty with fidslity and the third party in goods faith remaining in force.

        미만성 뇌손상 환자의 MRI 소견과 임상경과 : Review of the Distribution and Clinical Course

        DBI 환자에서 뇌량 손상의 빈도가(8/12) 뇌엽 백질부나 일차 뇌간 손상보다 높았다. 그리고 뇌량 위축은 mid-saggittal imaging에서 가장 잘 볼수 있었으며 심한 두부손상후 생존한 환자에서의 행동장애는 뇌량손상과 위축으로 설명 되어질 수 있을것이다. 결론적으로 심한 두부 손상후 MR imaging을 이용하여 보다 정확하게 손상부위를 찾아내게 됨으로서 신경학적인 회복의 예측과 치료에 도움을 줄 수 있을것으로 생각된다. In the last decade Computed Tomography(CT) has played a Critical role in the diagnostic evaluation of the patients with focal brain injury. But it is apparent from pathologic studies that CT underestimates the severity of the many forms of cerebral injury such as primary brain stem injury, non-hemorrhagic cortical contusion and diffuse axonal injury(DAI). Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI), however, has been shown to be highly sensitive in detecting diffuse brain injury(DB1). Among the consecutive 13 cases of DBI patients in this series for 10 months, twelve patients were verified as MR evidence of injury in prospective studies. The anatomical distribution of the injuries were 11 cases of corpus callosal lesion, 6 cases of lobar white matter lesion 1 case of primary brain stem lesion. The sensitivities of MR imaging in detecting the primary lesion were 76.9% (10/13) in TlWI and 92.3% (12/13) in T2WI. In DBI, patients with callosal injuries had higher incidence(8/12) than lobar white matter and primary brain stem lesion, the corpus callosal atrophy by midsaggital MR imaging and behavioral seguellae in survivors of severe head injury implicate the corpus callosal injury and degeneration. More accurate detection and delineation of traumatic lesions with MR should permit more accurate prediction of neurologic and cognitive recovery and assist in optimizing form of treatment

        유도결합 플라즈마에서 정전 탐침과 마이크로 파 탐침을 이용한 플라즈마 밀도 측정 비교 연구

        The plasma density in an Argon inductively coupled plasma is measured at a point by using two electrical probes (a single Langmuir probe and a Langmuir double probe) and two microwave probes (a cuto probe and a hairpin probe). In the case of the single Langmuir probe, to avoid the eect of RF uctuations, we adapt an RF compensated probe and obtain the electron density or the plasma density from the electron energy distribution function (EEDF) measurement through a proper integral. In the case of the double probe, the plasma density is derived from the ion current. Of the microwave probes the cut-o probe appears to be the most reliable because it works regardless of sheath formation. The plasma density obtained by using the double probe is found to be larger than those obtained by using the other probes, and the plasma densities obtained by using the cut-o probe and the single probe are in good agreement, within 3 %, over a wide range. The plasma density obtained by using the hairpin probe is also obserred to be 30 % larger than that obtained using by the cut-o probe. This discrepancy seems to be due to the eect of the sheath on the hairpin probe.

      • Liquid Silicone Rubber의 제조와 그 특성에 관한 연구

        α, ω-Vinyl poly dimethylsiloxane prepolymer (VPDMS) was prepared by the equilibrium polymerization of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4), and 1,1,3,3- tetramethyl-1,3-divinyldisiloxane (MVS) as end-blocker. And also, α, ω- hydrogen poly(dimethyl-methylhydrogen)siloxane prepolymer (HPDMS) was prepared by the equilibrium polymerization of hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane (D3), 1,3,5-trimethylcyclotrisiloxane (D3Me,H), and 1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane(MS). The structures of VPDMS and HPDMS prepared were confirmed by the instrumental analysis. Liquid silicone rubber (LSR) was prepared by compounding VPDMS, HPDMS, and catalyst in high speed dissolver, after adding 30 and 40 phr of silica based on 100 phr of VPDMS. And also mechanical properties of LSR composite were measured by UTM.

      • Siloxane-Urethane 共重合體의 熱的性質에 關한 硏究

        For copolymerization of polyurethance and polydimethylsiloxane, we prepared for each the polydimethyl siloxane of therminated amino group and polyurethane of therminate isocyanate group mixtures of polyurethane and polydimethylsiloxane was stirred at 60℃ for 19hr. Chemical stractres, moleculas weight and thermal properties of copolmer were measured by IR, Gel permeation chromatography and DSC. As a results, thermal decomposet temperature of polyurethane was 225℃ and in case of synthesised copolymer was 295℃. It was shown that synthesized Copolymer is stabler than polyurethane.

        한국인의 법의식과 준법운동의 방향

        Abstract It is essential to restore people's confidence in the law if a full observance of the law is to be realized. After evaluahg the law-consciousness of the Korean people, it has been concluded that there is a high degree of distrust. Ths distrust results from a confused attitude towards the law. For many years Koreans have been living in a confucius society. In such a society, law has been regarded as a less valuable toll for controlling the society than courtesy. This traditional attitude resulted in people disregarding the law even during the short period of immature modem rule of law. Under thee circumstances, injustice and unfairness prevailed and this has created an entirely negative law-consciousness, The movement for law-observance should take a strong position to overcome this negative law-consciousness. To achieve this goal, illegality and corruption must first be eradicated, especially when it is committed by high ranking officials and the established. Therewith, citizen's egotistical thinking and behavior will also need to be changed. In order to ensure change, the education of law and order should be emphasized from early years. Furthermore, for the movement for law-observance to take root, the citizens' monitoring of law enforcement will continue to be required.

        청각 장애자를 위한 시각 음성 처리 시스템에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to help the hearing Impaired's speech training with a visible speech processing system. In brief, this system converts the features of speech signals into graphics on monitor, and adjusts the features of hearing impaired to normal ones. There are formant and pitch in the features used for this system. They are extracted using the digital signal processing such as linear predictive method or AMDF(Average Magnitude Difference Function). In order to effectively train for the hearing impaired's abnormal speech, easilly visible feature has been being studied.
