        Clinical Article : 여자 엘리트 탁구선수의 전형별 체력 및 경기력 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the physical fitness and performance level depending on play style in female table tennis players. Thirty-one female players participated in this study. The measurement factors for physical fitness were body composition, cardiopulmonary function and fitness, balance, power, flexibility, agility, isotonic and isokinetic strength, muscle endurance and anaerobic. Kruskal-Wallis test, Mann-Whitney test, and Spearman correlation were used to analyze the data. The results were as follows; in cardiopulmonary function and fitness, FEV1/FVC was significantly higher in defensive style than drive style. Also, Harvard step test was significantly higher in drive style than attack style. In agility, cross run was significantly slower in attack style than the other styles. In isokinetic strength, left flexion strength of knee was significantly higher in driver style than defensive style. Also, in correlations, performance level had association with Harvard step test in defensive and attack style, 20 m run in attack style, cross run in defensive and drive style, push-ups in drive style. As different physical fitness factors were correlated on performance and scientific training program should be applied according to the play styles.

        유연성 차이에 따른 프로 배구 선수들의 근력, 심폐지구력 및 점프력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 유연성에 따른 배구선수들의 근력, 심폐지구력과 점프력에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 연구를 실시하였다. 연구의 대상자는 프로배구선수 43명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 대상자들은 사전에 유연성 검사를 통하여 3그룹으로 분류하였다(GroupⅠ: minimal flexibility, GroupⅡ: moderate flexibility, GroupⅢ: maximal flexibility). 유연성에 따른 선수들의 최대근력을 알아보기 위하여 Kin-Com을 사영하였으며, 심폐지구력은 하버드스탭, 점프력은 서전트점프를 사용하였다. 또한 그룹 간 차이를 검증하기 위하여 일원배치분산분석을 실시하였으며, 사후 검증을 위해 Fisher’s least significant difference(LSD)를 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 유연성에 따른 무릎관절의 180° 굽힘과 폄 최대 근력에서 유의한 차이가 있었으며(p< .05), 점프능력에서도 유의한 차이를 보였다(p< .05). 그룹 간 차이에 따른 사후 분석 결과 유연성의 증가에 따라 최대근력과 점프력에서 유의한 향상이 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 운동선수들의 개인적인 근력 향상과 운동수행력 향상을 위한 프로그램을 계획할 때 준비운동과 마무리운동에서 시행되어지는 스트레칭뿐만 아니라 유연성 향상을 위한 운동프로그램이 구성되어야 할 것이다. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of flexibility on the muscle power, cardiopulmonary enduracne, and junping ability of professional volleyball players. The subjects of the study were 43 professional volleyball players. Subjects were classified into three group a flexibility test in advance(GroupⅠ: minimal flexibility, GroupⅡ: moderate flexibility, GroupⅢ: maximal flexibility). Kin-Com was operated to find out the maximum muscle power of the subjects according to flexibility, and cardiopulmonary endurance was used by Havard Staff and jumping ability was used by servant jumping. In addition, Muscle power and cardiopulmonary endurance, jumping ability were analyzed using one-way ANOVA test, and Fisher’s least significant difference(LSD) was used for post-verification. As a results of the study, there was a significant difference in the maximum muscle power of 180° flexion and extension of the knee joint according to flexibility(p< .05). there was also a significant difference in servant jump. As a result of post-analysis as flexibility increased, there was a significant improvement in maximum muslce power and jumping ability. Based on these results, when planning programs to improve athlete’s personal muscle power and exercise performance, exercise programs to improve flexilibity as well as stretching performed in warm-up and cool-down exercises should be organized.

        DDS(Data Distribution Service)는 통신 환경의 확장성과 데이터의 신뢰성을 보장하는 통신 미들웨어이다. DDS에 대한 표준과 미들웨어들은 많은 연구가 이루어 지고 있으나, DDS 미들웨어상에서 동작하는 DDS 응용의 운용 기술에 대한 연구는 아직 미비한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 DDS 미들웨어 상에서 동작하는 각 DDS 응용들이 사용하는 데이터 구조를 모니터링하고, 사용자의 요구에 따라 DDS 응용을 검색하고 설치 및 제어가 가능한 디렉토리 서비스를 제안하였으며 프로토타입 구현을 통해 제안된 기술이 실현 가능함을 보였다.

        물시료 대용량 현장추출을 위한 PUF-ACF-PUF 방식의 소형 포집장치 개발과 적용: I. 다이옥신류

        Compact type large volume filtration system using polyurethane foam (PUF) and active carbon felt (ACF) was developed for the field sampling of persistent organic pollutants (POPs). To overcome clogging by particles in compact sampler, exception of GFF in front of PUF plug was unavoidable. Active carbon felt (ACF) layers were added between PUF slices to make up trap efficiency. Recovery tests in the lab using tap and surface water resulted in corresponding ranges of QA/QC of the accredited method for PCDD/Fs. Next, field applications for 100L volume were carried out using compact large volume sampler (LVS) with triplicates and TEQs were compared with the concentrations by conventional LVS (FS-142K model). Similar concentrations for real samples were observed between newly developed compact LVS and commercial LVS. The compact sampler would be useful as a complementary options in field water sampling.

        자가 신장 운동이 요양보호사의 근골격계 증상 및 직무 스트레스에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to research the effect of self-Stretching Exercise on musculoskeletal Symptom and job Stress for care helpers who work at geriatric hospital and come up to NIOSH standard. Methods:The effect of self-Stretching Exercise was measured using ``musculoskeletal symptom survey table`` and ``Job stress measurement scale for korean`` from the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency(KOSHA) for 40 care helpers. The paired t-test and independent t-test was used for statistical analysis. Results:The pracitce of Self-Stretching Exercise was showed significant effect reducing the stress for care helper`s total job Stress and inappropriate compensation, job instability, job requirement, relationship conflict, physical environment(p<. 05), and significant difference for their total score, relationship conflict, structure and organization, physical environment, inappropriate compensation improvement on variations on job stress in groups(p<.05). However, self-Stretching Exercis was showed no significant effect on physcial burden. Conclusion:The self-Stretching Exercise was the most effect way to reduce Musculoskeletal Symptom and job Stress for a care helpers through the guidance of physical therapist.

        무릎손상 엘리트 배구선수에 관절가동운동이 무릎통증, 등속성 근력, 근긴장도, 근경직 개선에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 무릎손상 엘리트 배구선수에 관절가동운동이 무릎통증, 등속성근력, 근긴장도, 근경직에 미치는 효과를 확인한 사례연구이다. 사례자는 왼쪽 무릎관절에 연골결손과 수술경험이 있고 평소 지속적인 통증과 운동 시 통증을 호소하 였다. 연구기간은 2015년 8월 5일부터 12월 24일이며, 왼쪽 무릎관절에 관절가동술을 1일 1회 15분씩 총 8회 적용하였다. 연구의 측정은 시각적사상척도를 이용하여 무릎통증, 등속성 근력측정장비를 사용하여 넙다리네갈래근과 넙다리뒤근육 동 심성 최대회전력, 근긴장도측정장비를 사용하여 손상쪽에 넙다리곧은근, 안쪽넓은근, 가쪽넓은근의 근긴장도와 근경직을 중 재 전과 중재 후 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 단기간 관절가동운동이 손상 쪽 무릎통증 감소, 양쪽 넙다리네갈래근과 넙다리뒤근 육 동심성 최대회전력의 증가, 손상 쪽 넙다리네갈래근의 근경직 증가에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 특히 손상 쪽 넙다리네갈래 근의 경우 관절가동운동 횟수가 증가할수록 동심성 최대회전력이 크게 증가되어 손상 쪽과 정상 쪽 다리의 동심성 최대회전 력의 차이가 크게 감소되었다. 하지만 손상 쪽 넙다리뒤근육/넙다리네갈래근의 근력 비율의 개선에는 효과가 없었다. 본 연구 를 통해 엘리트 배구선수에 무릎통증, 등속성 근력, 근경직 개선을 위해 단기간에 관절가동운동이 효과적인 중재방법이 될 수 있지만 적절한 근력비율을 위해 트레이닝을 함께 실시할 필요가 있겠다. This case study identified the effects of joint mobilization on knee pain, isokinetic strength, muscle tone, and muscle stiffness in an elite volleyball player with a knee injury. The subject had experienced cartilage defects of the left knee joint and underwent surgery to correct the condition. The patient complained of continuous pain in the left knee joint in daily life in addition to pain during exercise. The study was conducted from August 5 to 12, 2015 and joint mobilization was applied to the left knee joint for 15 minutes once a day for 8 days. Knee pain was measured using a visual analogue scale, and the concentric peak torque of the quadriceps and hamstring muscles was measured using an isokinetic muscular strength measurement device. The muscle tone and stiffness of the rectus femoris muscle, vastus medialis, and vastus lateralis on the injured side were measured using a myotonometer. All the measurements were conducted before and after the intervention. Joint mobilization was effective in reducing knee pain on the injured side, increasing the concentric peak torque of the quadriceps and hamstring muscles on both sides, and increasing the muscle stiffness of the quadriceps muscle on the injured side. Concentric peak torque of the quadriceps muscle on the injured side increased a great deal as the number of joint mobilizations was increased, largely diminishing the difference in concentric peak torque between the normal side and injured side. On the other hand, joint mobilization was ineffective in improving the hamstring to quadriceps strength ratio on the injured side. While this study suggests that joint mobilization can be an effective intervention to improve the knee pain, isokinetic strength, and muscle stiffness of elite volleyball players, it should be performed alongside training for an appropriate strength ratio
