In order to estimate the viscous effects of clay over a wide range of strain levels, we confirmed the performance of a viscoelastic-viscoplastic constitutive model by simulating cyclic undrained triaxial tests to determine the cyclic strength and deformation characteristics of natural marine clay. The viscoelastic-viscoplastic constitutive model was then incorporated into an effective stress-based seismic response analysis to estimate the effects of an intermediate clay layer on the behavior of sand layers. Seismic response was simulated by the cyclic viscoelastic-viscoplastic constitutive model created with data recorded at Rokko Island, Kobe, Japan. The results show that a cyclic viscoelastic-viscoplastic constitutive model can provide a good description of dynamic behavior including viscoelastic effects, within a small strain range.

Over for the past 10 years, the increase in geometric progression for the internet traffic, has allowed the IP protocol framework to be the most important network technology. In addition, the internet service is being developed as a service mode differentiated, aiming to support the new-mode real-time multimedia services such as internet phone, video conference, cyber reality, and internet game, focusing on offering a latest service. These days, aiming to solve the need for broad bandwidth along with guaranteeing QoS, the WDM technology of offering multiple gigabit wavelengths is emerging as the core technology of next-generation optical internet backbone network. In the next-generation optical internet backbone network based on WDM, the QoS framework is one of fore subjects aiming to offer a service of guaranteeing QoS This study analyzes the requirements of performance related to QoS framework in IP Subnet and in WDM optical backbone network, and suggests optical QoS service framework differentiated. in order to guarantee end-to-end QoS through the next-generation optical internet backbone network, using GMPLS control protocol. 지난 10년간 인터넷 트래픽의 기하급수적인 증가는 IP 프로토콜 프레임워크를 가장 중요한 네트워크 기술로 만들었다. 더욱이, 인터넷 서비스는 최선형 서비스 제공 위주에서 인터넷 폰, 비디오 컨퍼런스, 가상 현실, 인터넷 게임과 같은 새로운 형태의 실시간 멀티미디어 서비스들을 QoS보장과 함께 지원하기 위해서 차등화된 서비스 형태로 발전하고 있다. 최근, QoS 보장과 함께 광 대역폭의 요구 해결을 위해 다중 기가비트 파장을 제공하는 WDM 기술이 차세대 광 인터넷 백본망의 중심 기술로 부상하고 있다. WDM 기반의 차세대 광 인터넷 백본망에서 QoS 프레임워크는 QoS 보장형 서비스를 제공하기 위한 핵심 과제 중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 IP 서브망과 WDM 광 백본망에서 QoS 프레임워크와 관련된 성능 요구사항을 분석하고, GMPLS 제어 프로토콜을 이용하여 차세대 광 인터넷 백본망을 통해 종단간 QoS를 보장하기 위한 차등화된 광 QoS 서비스 프레임워크를 제안한다.
육미지황탕(六味地黃湯)이 Alloxan으로 유발(誘發)된 생쥐의 당뇨병성(糖尿病性) 신증(腎症)에 미치는 영향(影響)

This study was done to investigate recovery effects of YJT, which has been used clinically in diabetes therapy. Mice were administerd Alloxan to induce diabetes. There body weight and kidney weight changes, BUN, creatinine, glucose, total protein and ALP activity in serum, urinalysis, excretion volume of Na+, K+ in urine were measured. The results were as follows: 1. Increase in body weight and kidney weight and the ratio of kidney to body weight of YJT treated group showed similar results with those of normal group. 2 The BUN, creatinine, ALP activity levels in serum of YJT treated group were similar with those of normal group. 3. The glucose level in serum of YJT treated group was better than that of control group 4. The result of the urinalysis in the group of YJT was almost same as that of control group The above results suggest that YJT partially improves the function of the kidney.
Polydimethylsiloxane을 함유한 poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)? 합성 및 성질

양 밀단에 methacryl기를 함유한 polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)을 가교제로 하여 poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAAm)을 합성하여 PDMS를 함유한 PNIPAAm을 얻었다. IR, DSC를 이용하여 그것들의 성질을 조사하였으며 DSC 조사결과 PNIPAAm과 PDMS는 각각 분리된 상으로 존재하는 것이 확인되었으며, PNIPAAm의 $T_g$는 PDMS의 함량이 증가하면 약간씩 감소하였다. 또한 온도에 따른 팽윤도를 조사한 결과 PDMS의 함량이 증가하면 팽윤도는 감소하였으나 lower critical solution temperature(LCST)는 큰 변화가 없었다. 수팽윤된 중합체의 DSC 측정결과도 LCST는 PDMS의 함량에 영향을 받지 않는 다는 것을 확인하였다. Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm) containing polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) was synthesized using PDMS as crosslinking agent, and characterized by IR and DSC. It seems that the copolymer has separated phases, PNIPAAm and PDMS. The $T_g$ of PNIPAAm was decreased in accordance with the increase of PDMS-contents. The swelling behavior of polymer in water was examined with the function of temperature and PDMS-contents as well. The equilibrium swelling ratio of polymer in water was decreased with increasing PDMS-contents, but lower critical solution temperature (LCST) was not significantly affected by the incorporated PDMS-contents.
