        서양금혼초(Hypochaeris radicata L.)의 수용추출물이 사료작물에 미치는 allelopathy 효과

        서양금혼초(Hypochaeris radicata Linne)에 함유되어있는 화학물질이 사료작물의 미치는 allelopathy효과를 구명하기 위하여 본 실험을 실시하였다 서양금혼초에 함유되어 있는 allelochemicals 물질을 HPLC에 의해 성분 분석한 결과 계절적, 부위별로 차이가 있었으나 $\rho$-hydroxybenzoic acid, chlorogenic acid, catechin, caffeic acid, syringic acid, salicylic acid, $\rho$-coumaric acid, ferulic acid, naringin, hesperidin, myricetin, krans-cinnamic acid, quercetin, naringenin 등 14 종류의 phenolic compounds 성분을 확인하였고 caffeic acid, ferulic acid, naringenin 3종류는 공통으로 함유하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 5월에는 일, 7월에는 꽃과 뿌리에서 많은 양의 phenolic acids가 함유되어있고 특히 뿌리에 sali-cylic acid $2085.6{\mu}g/g$,와 quercetin $1522.0[\mu}g/g$,로 함량이 높았다. 서양금혼초 수용성 추출액으로 처리한 사료작물의 생장을 조사한 결과 품종에 따라 처리구와 대조구의 값이 같은 경우도 있으나 모든 조사 항목에서 대조구 보다 처리 값이 낮아 사료작물의 생장이 억제 된 것이 확인되었고 처리농도가 높을수록 강한 억제효과를 나타내었다. 수량의 변화를 조사한 결과 사료작물 품종에 따라 차이가 있으나 전체적으로 억제효과를 나타내었으며 처리농도가 높을수록 강한 억제효과를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과 서양금혼초는 사료작물에 대한 allelopathy 효과가 있음을 밝혀냈다. 특히 화본과 사료작물의 경우 italian ryegrass, 콩과 사료작물의 경우는 purple alfalfa가 생장억제효과가 높게 나타났다. This experiment was performed to examine the allelopathy effect of allelochemical substance on the crop plants. According to the experiment of the allelochemical substances in Hypochaeris radicata by HPLC, there are the differences at each part of plants. However, it is ascertained that there are 14 kinds of phenolic compounds ingredients that are $\rho$-hydroxybenzoic acid, chlorogenic acid, catechin, caffeic acid, syringic acid, salicylic acid, $\rho$-coumaric acid, ferulic acid, naringin, hesperidin, myricetin, trans-cinnamic acid, quercetin and naringenin. The chemicals like caffeic acid, ferulic acid, and naringenin are commonly included. The result of the chemical experiment shows that there are the differences at each season and part of plants. The leaves in May and blossoms and roots in July contain lots of phenolic acids. It is very high contents such as salicylic acid 2085.6 ${\mu}g/g$ and quercetin 1522.0 ${\mu}g/g$, especially in roots of plants. The result on the growth of crop plants treated by the aqueous extract of Hypochaeris radicata shows that the value of the control group and the test group are same in some cases. However, because the treat value of test group is towel'than that of control group in all items of the experiment, it is cofirmed that the growth of crop plants was inhibited and that the inhibitory effect was increased as its density of treatment was increased. The result of change in quantity shows that there are the differences at each kind of crop plants, but the inhibitory effect was increased as its concentration of treatment was increase with entire. As results, it is confirmed that H. radicata has the allelopathy effect to the crop plants. Especially the inhibitory effect on growth is high in gramineous crop, italian ryegrass and leguminous crop. purple alfalfa.

      • 초등학교 식물교육에 대한 효율적인 방안연구

        The base data for making the school garden of elementary school, we analyse them through the actual conditions of plant with indicated within the whole text of elementary school(146 books), the actual conditions of planting of Pusan-city 32 elementary schools selected by the Education Office and spool paper. The results obtained are as follows ; 1. Plant Actual Conditions Indicated within Text 1) The total of plant shown in the whole grade of elementary school (146 books) was 231 species, that is to say, 49 species in herbaceous plants, 59 species in woody plant, 31 species in vegetables, 17species in grains, 15 species in fruit, 7 species in medicinal plant, 6 species industrial crop, 26 species in wild plants, 18 species in aquatic plants, and the other were 3 species respectively. 2) The number of species of plant shown on the grade was in 4th grade(137 species, 6th grade(136 species), 5th grads(117 species), 3th grade (88 species), 1th grade(72 species) and 2th grade(68 species). The number of species shown on each textbook was 120 species in subject of speaking, hearing, reading, writing, and 116 species in the guide of practial exercise 2. Acture Conditions of planting of 32 elementary schools 1) The species of plant set 32 schools are 331 species, and the average number of plant per school is 64 species. The most number of school is 152 species in school No. of 9 and the least number of school was 14 species in school No. of 4. The species of plant related to the text per school, was 33 species in average. 2) 231 species in the textbook, the native plant is 38 species, and the native plant in the school garden showed 22 species in average. 3) Quantity of total plant is average 1488 treess in "A" grade, 1951 trees in "B" grade, 1087 trees in "C" grade and 1607 treess in "D" grade, and therefore the plant is set in other of "D" grade, "B" grade, "A" glade, and "C" grade. 4) The average number of plant showed 90 species in "A" grade, 62 species in "B" grade, 59 species in "C" grade, "D" grade, and 90 species In "A" grade the average number of species of plant concerned to the text book is 46 species in "A" grade, 33 species "B" grade, 31 species in "C" grade and 24 species in "D" grade, and of number of species of plant set in the school, the species of native plant is 28 species in "A" grade, 21 species in "B" grade, 20 species in "C" grade, and 17 species in "D" grade, and then 90 species in "A" grade of species of plant concerned to the text, the species of native plant is 13 species in "A" grade, 11 species in "B" grade, 12 species in "C" glade and 10 species "D" grade. Therefore, it can be known and found that the central schoo1 ("A"grade) has performed the control and management of school garden well.

        The result of allelcchemicals through the seed germination experiment according to a consistency of the water soluble extract from leaves and roots of Hypochoeris radicata Linne. The rate of germination on the extract from leaves; cucumber > cabbage > Chinese cabbage> lettuce> onion. The rate of germination on the extract from roots cucumber > lettuce > Chinese cabbage > radish > anion. The average of germination days ; Germination days of all kinds of seeds were delayed as the consistency increased in leaves and roots. The germination period according to the consistency ; Starting of germination and germination period were delayed as the consistency increased Radish, lettuce, onion were restrained in growth without germination species. The state of germination Cabbage, Chinese cabbage and cucumber don't have allecchemicals in leaves, and radish, lettuce and onion don't have alleochemicals in leaves as the consistency increases cucumber doesn't have allelochemicals on the root extract, on the other hand, the rest of them have allelochemicals.

      • 잡초의 수용 추출물이 수종 작물의 초기 생장에 미치는 상호대립 억제 작용의 효과

        Lettuces, radishes and corn had been raised for thirty-two days in portion to the consistency of a soluble extract from weeds, and then the result of allelopathy action affecting the growth at their early stage was admitted by statistical significance. The result of a growth test ; Amaranthus mangostanus showed the decrease of the leaf number, however, the leaf number of crops decreased as the consistency goes higher. The length of stem was shorter in the group of the high consistency than control group. The root showed a remarkably constrained growth at all level of consistency compared to control group, and the growth was constrained more strongly as the consistency goes higher. The degree of development in lateral root showed no difference at each level of the consistency, and as the consistency of weeds goes higher, the rate of dried material increased. The analysis on nutritions in cultivation soil showed that the remains of nutrition elements increased as the consistency increases, NH4-N and N03-N result in the reverse. The allelopathy action is stronger in Amaranthus mangostanus than Setaria glauca.
