Purpose The purpose of this study is to identify the leadership factors of middle managers in public enterprises and to determine the relative importance and priority of the factors Methods A survey was conducted on 62 middle managers and practitioners in public enterprises, and the survey data were analyzed in a three-level hierarchical structure using the AHP method. Results The study found the following results. First, the importance of competency factors was higher than that of personality factors in the first stage factor evaluation. In the evaluation of the sub-factors in the second stage, the importance of the competency factors was observed in the order of communication competency, management competency, and job competency, and the personality factors appeared in the order of morality and sociality. Next, looking at the overall importance and priority of the sub-factors of the 3rd stage, problem solving, listening, fairness, honesty, responsibility, empathy, trust, motivation, respect, goal setting, compensation, conflict resolution, caring, healing, and modeling are in order. Conclusion In order to achieve sustainable growth of a public enterprise, the leadership of a middle manager who is ultimately in harmony with work-oriented competence and personality such as morality and sociality is required.

This paper describes a current regulated PWM boost type rectifier based on modified trapezoidal PWM. Each switch of a converter has no switching for one third period of a fundamental line current. Therefore, the switching loss of the proposed scheme is less than that of the hysteresis current controller.<br/> Operating principle is described and slmulations and experiments are carried out.

유권자들의 올바른 투표행위를 돕기 위해서는 선거여론조사를 통해 객관적이고 신뢰성 있는 정보를 제공해야 한다. 따라서 정당, 언론기관, 조사기관등 여론조사 관련 기관에서는 여론조사의 정확성 제고를 위한 끊임없는 노력을 해왔다. 본 논문에서는 2016년 20대 국회의원선거 전화여론조사를 대상으로 하여 여론조사의 정확성에 관한 사후분석을 실시하였다. Martin et el.(2005)이 제시한 정확성 척도 를 기준으로 예측오차와 편향을 측정하여 조사방법이나 응답률, 가중치 적용 등이 선거여론조사의 정확성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석의 결과 ARS나 ARS와 전화면접을 혼합한 방식보다 전화면접방식을 통해 보다 정확한 여론조사 결과를 얻을 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.또한 응답률을 높이기 위한 노력과 연령대 성별 할당을 채우는 노력 등을 통해여론조사의 정확성을 높일 수 있다는 점도 확인할 수 있었다. We investigate the forecast error and bias of public opinion polls conducted for 20th national assembly elections in Korea. The aim of this study is to find main cause of the forecasting error and bias of telephone survey. We use the telephone survey paradata released by National Fair Election Survey Deliberation Commission and the measure of predictive accuracy(statistic ) proposed by Martin et el.(2005). By analyzing the 203 public opinion polls carried out in Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi province, we found that telephone survey method, period of poll, variation level of weights, and response rate are the factors to cause the forecasting error and bias in telephone survey.
안셀무스의 『프로슬로기온』에 나타난 교리담론과 기도담론의 변증법

The Purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze the dialectic of prayer discourse and doctrinal discourse within Anselm’s Proslogion. As a matter of fact, these different kinds of discourse have not been dealt with together in the sense that only doctrinal and philosophical discourses of Proslogion II-IV were the focus of limelight in the academic realm. From the perspective of Anselm’s life as a monk in Bec, however, we need to analyze doctrinal and philosophical discourses within the Proslogion in a necessary relationship with prayer discourse since he wrote the Proslogion within the context of monastic life, in which prayer discourse and doctrinal discourse were not systematically separated yet. Furthermore, the prayer discourses especially in Proslogion I, the end of IV, XIV, and XXIV showed that doctrinal discourses within the Proslogion were sublated to a higher level through these prayer discourses. Thus, in order to interpret the Proslogion properly, we need to seriously consider the dialectic of prayer discourse and doctrinal discourse in the future studies. This insight from the analysis of the Proslogion urges us to reconsider the way of dealing with religious classical texts in two respects. First, we need to develop a holistic approach which includes their practical and theoretical aspects. Second, we need to find a meaningful message from these texts in order to enlighten the barren modern minds.
동적 윤곽선 모델을 이용한 PC 카메라 영상에서의 얼굴 윤곽선 추출

얼굴 추출은 휴먼 인터페이스와 생체 인식 및 보안을 위해 매우 중요한 분야이다. 본 논문에서는 동영상에서 얼굴의 윤곽선을 추출하기 위해, DCM(Dilation of Color and Motion)필터와 동적 윤곽선 모델(Active Contour Model)을 적용한다. 먼저, 본 논문에서 제안된 DCM 필터는 모폴로지의 팽창 연산이 적용된 얼굴 색상영상과 차영상을 결합하고 이를 다시 팽창한 것으로 동영상에서 복잡한 배경을 제거하고 얼굴 영역을 검출하기 위해 사용된다. 동적 윤곽선 모델은 초기 곡선에 영향을 많이 받으므로, 얼굴과 눈, 입의 기하학적인 비율을 이용하여 회전정도를 구한 후, 이를 이용하여 초기 곡선을 자동으로 설정한다. 에지가 약한 부분에서의 윤곽선 추출을 위해, 스네이크의 영상에너지로 에지영상과 밝기영상을 함께 사용하였다. 복잡한 배경이 있는 실내 환경에서 총 5명으로부터 양 눈이 보이는 다양한 헤드 포즈 영상을 25장씩 샘플링하여 총 125장에 대해 실험한 결과, 얼굴 윤곽선의 평균 추출률은 98.1%, 평균 처리시간은 0.2초로 나타났다. The extraction of a face is a very important part for human interface, biometrics and security. In this paper, we applies DCM(Dilation of Color and Motion) filter and Active Contour Models to extract facial outline. First, DCM filter is made by applying morphology dilation to the combination of facial color image and differential image applied by dilation previously. This filter is used to remove complex background and to detect facial outline. Because Active Contour Models receive a large effect according to initial curves, we calculate rotational degree using geometric ratio of face, eyes and mouth. We use edgeness and intensity as an image energy, in order to extract outline in the area of weak edge. We acquire various head-pose images with both eyes from five persons in inner space with complex background. As an experimental result with total 125 images gathered by 25 per person, it shows that average extraction rate of facial outline is 98.1% and average processing time is 0.2sec.
