외국계 IB가 한국 국고채를 매입하는 경우 북핵문제나 한국 국가신용등급 하락 등의 국가위험(Country Risk)에 노출되므로 그 위험을 상당부분 헤지 할 필요가 있다. 따라서 이들은 한국 국고채의 부도라는 극단적인 상황이 발생할 경우 채권의 원금을 보장받을 수 있는 수단인 신용부도스왑(CDS)을 활용한다. 외국계 IB가 CDS의 보장매입자가 되어 국내 금융기관에게 보장매도자가 되어달라고 요청하며 국내 금융기관에게 3개월마다 원화 고정금리를 지급 하기로 한다. 이에 대한 반대급부로 국내 금융기관은 한국 국고채의 부도 발생 시에만 채권원금을 외국계 IB에게 지급할 의무가 생긴다. KTB(Korea Treasury Bond) Swap이라고 불리는 이 구조화 스왑은 국내 금융기관의 입장에서 볼 때 거의 발생할 확률이 희박한 국가부도 시에만 원금보장을 해주는 대신, 3개월마다 고정금리 수입을 누릴 수 있기 때문에 매력적인 계약이 된다. KTB Swap은 국고채(KTB) 금리가 통화스왑(CRS) 금리보다 더 높다는 점을 활용한 금리스왑임과 동시에, 정부에 대한 신용 보장매도거래를 할 수 있는 차익거래 형태의 구조화 파생상품이다. 본 사례연구를 통하여 발행자의 입장에서 헤지구조를 살펴보고, 투자자의 입장에서 거래유인을 분석한다. When a foreign investment bank purchases Korea Treasury Bonds (KTBs), it is naturally exposed to country risk specific to Korea such as nuclear threats from North Korea or a downgrade in sovereign credit rating. Accordingly, the foreign investment bank needs to hedge such country risk. Credit default swap (CDS) contract is an efficient hedging device because the foreign investment bank can recover the par values of KTBs even in the event of sovereign default. Recently, some foreign investment banks operating in Korea asked Korean financial institutions to be protection sellers of Korean sovereign CDSs. In return for this credit protection, the foreign investment banks offered to pay a fixed interest rate denominated in Korean currency (KRW) every three months. This structured swap, commonly referred to KTB swap, is a means of riskless arbitrage from the viewpoint of Korean financial institutions because Korea Treasury Bonds will never default unless there is a risk of an all-out war. KTB swap exploits anomalous phenomenon in which KTB rates are higher than CRS rates. We examine the hedge structure from the viewpoint of issuers of KTB swap, and also analyze incentives of investments from the viewpoint of investors.

이 논문에서는 역사추리소설에 투사된 대중의 욕망을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 역사추리소설의 유행을 비판할 것인가 아니면 향유할 것인가를 논의하고자 한다. 역사추리소설의 유행은 포스트모던 역사학에 의해 시도된 역사적 상상력의 복원과 맞닿아 있다. 포스트모던 역사학에서는 실증적 과학으로서의 역사를 거부하고 허구로서의 역사를 강조함으로써 역사와 허구의 경계를 해체한다. 이러한 입장을 문학적으로 수용한 역사추리소설은 추론에 의지해 `가능성의 역사`를 재현하고자 한다. 여기서 한 가지 주목해야 할 사실은 추론이 역사소설과 추리소설의 장르적 혼합을 가능하게 한 핵심적인 연결고리라는 점이다. 고전적 추리소설은 `서술되지 않은 공백`을 탐정의 추론을 통해 해결하는 것으로 서사가 완결된다. 역사추리소설에 존재하는 역사와 추리, 사실과 허구라는 이질적 요소들은 바로 이 공백의 서사학을 통해 결합된다. 역사적 공백과 서술되지 않은 공백을 일치시킴으로써 독자인 대중이 사실과 허구의 경계를 인식하지 못하도록 하는 것이다. 역사추리소설에서 역사적 사실에 대한 인지가 사건을 해결하는 중요한 해석적 코드로 작용하는 것도 이 때문이다. 그런데 이렇게 역사추리소설이 쓰여질 경우, 필연적으로 하드보일드형 추리소설의 서사적 특성이 강화될 수밖에 없다. 이러한 서사적 특성으로 인해 탐정의 지위 또한 변하게 된다. 사건과 실존적으로 연루되어 있지 않은 고전적 추리소설의 탐정들과는 달리, 역사추리소설에 등장하는 탐정들은 사건에 직간접으로 연루되어 있는 것이다. 문제는 이렇게 탐정의 지위가 변화되면 그것을 읽는 대중들의 독서 체험 양상도 달라진다는 데 있다. 역사추리소설에서 탐정은 더 이상 대중들로 하여금 죄의식으로부터 벗어나게 하는 `알고 있다고 추정되는 주체`가 아니다. 대중들은 자신들과 유사한 탐정의 모험에 참여함으로써 감정적 동일시와 감동을 체험하게 되고, 이러한 체험을 통해 소설 속에서 재현된 가능성의 역사를 현재의 역사로 인식하게 된다. 그런데 이렇게 현재를 투사하는 거울로서 역사가 기능하게 될 경우 역사추리소설은 개혁에 대한 편향적 시각과 민족주의 담론의 옹호로부터 벗어나야만 한다. 그 벗어남을 위해서 역사추리소설은 대중의 서사적 욕망을 적극적으로 수렴할 필요가 있다. 그렇게 되면, 역사추리소설에서 재현된 가능성의 역사는 비판의 대상이 아니라 향유의 대상으로 대중들에게 인지될 수 있기 때문이다. 최근 들어 한국 역사추리소설에서 등장하기 시작한 보수와 개혁에 대한 객관적 평가, 민족주의 담론에 대한 비판 등과 같은 현상들은 그러한 맥락에서 의미하는 바가 있다. This research analyzes narrative desire of the mass projected on historical detective novel and objected to judge whether to criticize or enjoy trend of historical detective novel. Trend of historical detective novel meets restoration of historical imagination by attempt of post-modern historical science. In post-modern historical science, it refuses history with scientific prove but emphasize fabricated history and dismantle the border of history and imagination. In this aspect, historical detective novel that accepts this situation as literally is trying to reenact `possible history` using deduction. The most important fact here is that key factor that combines two genre of historical novel and detective novel is deduction. As it is well known, classical detective novel is narrated `unnarrated blank` by deduction of a detective. Inhomogeneity facts lieinside the historical detective stories such as history and deduction, truth and imagination can be combined with the epic of `unnarrated blank`. Historical blank and unnarrated blank are united and let mass, readers, cannot recognize border of truth and fiction. Also, it is another reason why the main reason for recognition of historical event is the key factor to resolve the mystery in historical detective novels. On the other hand, when the historical detective novel is written, is must unfold as hard-boiled detective story. Due to this epic characteristic, status of detective inside the story also changes. Not like detectives inside the classical detective novel where they are not related to the incident, detectives inside the historical detective novels are indirectly related to the incidents. The problem lies where readers` reading experience aspect changes as states of detective changes. Inside the historical detective novel, detective is not the `le sujet suppos savoir` who frees mass from sense of guilt anymore. Mass recognizes fabricated written possible history as true history as they participate in the adventure of the detective and experience emotional regard and sensation. Although, historical detective novel faces two different criticizes when history is functions as mirror that projects present. They are biased angle of reformation and protection of nationalism argument. But, mass`s desire on reformation and nationalism is only imaginative and fabricated hallucination. To be free from these criticisms, historical detective novel should reflect epic desire of mass. In that way, reenacted possible history of historical detective novel cab be acknowledged to the mass as object of enjoyment. Recently, there are many historical detective novels are written in Korea. And it is meaningful in presenting various viewpoints of conservatives and progressives along with argument of nationalism.

A strengthening technique for reinforced concrete beams using external unbonded reinforcement offers advantages in speed and simplicity of installation over other, established, strengthening techniques. The purpose of this paper is to analysis on a construction case about a structure strengthened by Bow system, namely external prestressing, for flexural strengthening of beams. The paper provides a general construction example description of a structure strengthened using the technique. It is shown that the technique can provide greater construction process enhancement to a general strengthening technique.

고등학교 과학 교사들의 공통과학 및 STS에 대한 인식도 조사 연구(2)

The aims of this study were investigated into common science and movement of the STS education which are concerned in newly reformed 6th curriculum. This data was surveyed on 120 high school science teachers who have experience for the workshop of the common science in Kwangju city and Chonnam province. The results were as follows: 1). They responded that Physics is more closely subject and thereby it could be charged for the common science by teacher of physics. 2). The 96.90% of the respondents have confidence with common science subject for the teaching of it. 3). They responded that scientific inquiry, knowledge, scientific attitude, STS for Common science subject goals will evaluate order of scientific inquiry, scientific attitude, knowledge, STS. 4). The 78.35% of repondents were not concerned about overlap with the contents of common science and each science contents. 5). They have no various scientific side knowledge about common science teaching. 6). They wondered about the many classes and reading materials on remarkable increases. 7). The 81.44% of the respondents were not recognized on the science systems of the middle school. 8). The results of the science workshop show that the respondents favored of the 2nd Topics which accepted the STS system and want to reestablish partially the its contents.

The internet shopping mall as one of the types of electronic commerce has proliferated rapidly since the middle of 1990 where Web technologies have played a major role in the growth of e-Commerce. The growth of Internet shopping mall is expected to be accelerated because it has a lot of incentive such as convenience, broader selections, competitive pricing, greater access to information, product quality, and time to receive product. Research on the services has been made on quality for a long time. Service quality is very important because of its ability to distinguish highly successful firms from those that are merely average. This paper deals with the service quality of the internet shopping mall in Japan and the purpose of this paper is to contribute to the enhancement of competitive advantage in service quality of domestic internet shopping mall by evaluating the users’ cognition of the service quality of internet shopping malls in Japan.

서론: 불안정성 쇄골 원위부 골절에 대하여 변형된 경견봉 강선 고정술과 갈고리형 금속판 고정술을 시행 후 결과를 비교하였다. 대상 및 방법: Neer 분류 제 2형 골절에 대하여 경견봉 강선 고정술 혹은 갈고리형 금속판 고정술을 시행하고 1년 이상 추시가 가능하였던 24명을 대상으로 하였다. 경견봉 강선 고정술(group I)을 시행한 경우가 12명, 갈고리형 금속판 고정술(group II)을 시행한 경우가 12명이었다. 정복 및 골유합의 평가는 수술 직후 및 최종 방사선 사진을 이용하였고, 기능적 평가는 최종 추시 시의 UCLA score 및 Constant-Murley score를 측정하여 비교하였다. 결과: 수술 뒤 group I은 평균 10주, group II는 평균 11.7주에 모든 예에서 골유합을 관찰할 수 있었다. 최종 추시 시의 평균 UCLA score는 group I은 33점, group II는 32.8점이었으며, 평균 Constant score는 group I은 88.5점, group II는 88.8점으로 두 기능적 평가 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 결론: Neer 분류 제 2형 원위 쇄골 골절에서 경견봉 강선 고정술과 갈고리형 금속판 고정술은 만족할 만한 결과를 얻을 수 있어 모두 유용한 방법으로 생각된다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare the clinical and radiological outcomes of two surgical treatments, transacromial pin fixation and hook plate fixation, for unstable distal clavicle fractures. Materials and Methods: Twenty four patients with Neer type II distal clavicle fractures who underwent surgery with transacromial pin fixation (Group I: 12 patients) and hook plate fixation (Group II: 12 patients) were included. Reduction and union were evaluated using plain radiographs. Functional evaluation was performed according to UCLA score and Constant-Murley score at last follow-up. Results: All 24 cases showed bone union. Complete union took an average of 10 weeks for group I and 11.7 weeks for group II. Average UCLA score was 33 (group I) and 32.8 (group II). Average Constant score was 88.5 (group I) and 88.8 (group II). No significant difference for each variable was observed between the two groups. Conclusion: For the surgical treatment of Neer type II distal clavicle fractures, transacromial pin fixation and hook plate fixation are both useful methods.
