질산코발트6수화물을 전구체로 사용한 침전법에 의한 산화코발트 나노입자의 합성

Co(NO<sub>3</sub>)<sub>2</sub> 6H<sub>2</sub>O aqueous solution and sodium hydroxide were used to synthesize cobalt oxide (Co<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub>) particles by precipitation method. The precipitated precursor was calcined at a temperature of 400 to 900°C to obtain cobalt oxide particles having a particle size of 100 to 500 nm. The crystallization process and morphology according to the calcination temperature were examined. The properties of the synthesized powder were evaluated using SEM, EDS and XRD. As a result of XRD diffraction and EDS analysis of the prepared powder, it was confirmed that Co<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub> is synthesized. As a result of heat treatment of the powder to 800℃, it was confirmed that crystal growth of cobalt oxide continues to occur.
하이브리드 로켓에서의 고체연료의 국부 후퇴율에 관한 연구

In generally, the regression rate was expressed with average value and oxidizer mass flux in hybrid propulsion system. This can not represent the local value of regression rate along with oxidizer flow direction. In this study, experimental studies were performed with Separation method and Cutting method for measure local regression rate. In axial injection, the local regression rate decreases rapidly with axial location near entrance and increases with axial direction from the leading edge and the empirical formula for local regression rate with function of oxidizer mass flux and location was derived. Swirl injection regression rate has higher value at the leading edge of the fuel and comparatively uniform regression rate at the downstream. Overall regression rate of swirl injection is higher increased about 54 % than regression rate of axial injection.

하이브리드 로켓엔진의 연소시험을 수행하기 위해 시험 설비를 제작하고 지상연소시험장을 구축하였다. 연소시험장 설비는 하이브리드 로켓엔진, 추력 시험대, 산화제 저장 및 공급 장치, 제어 장치, 데이터 획득 장치로 구성되었다. 추력 50 kgf 급의 연소 시험을 수행하여 안정적으로 성능 데이터를 획득할 수 있었으며, 연소시험장 설비의 작동 신뢰성을 확인하였다. Ground firing test facility and test field for firing test of hybrid rocket engine were constructed. Ground firing test facility were composed of hybrid rocket engine, thrust stand, oxidizer storage/supply system, control system and data acquisition system. Firing tests of thrust 50 kgf class were conducted. Stable performance data was obtained and operational reliability of ground firing test facility were found.
스월 인젝션 하이브리드 로켓의 고체연료 국부 후퇴율에 관한 연구

스월 인젝션 하이브리드 로켓의 고체연료에서 축 방향 국부 후퇴율 거동을 고찰하였다. 일반적으로 축 인젝션 후퇴율은 연료 그레인 축 위치가 입구에서 멀어질수록 감소하다가, 다시 증가하는 경향을 보인다. 이에 반해 스월 인젝션 후퇴율은 연료 입구부에서 높고, 하류에서는 비교적 균일한 후퇴율을 보임을 확인하였다. 전체 후퇴율은 스월 인젝션의 경우가 축 인젝션의 경우에 비해 54% 증가하였다. 본 연구를 통해 소형 사운딩 로켓에서 스월 인젝터를 사용하는 것이 유용할 수 있음을 확인하였다. The local regression rate behavior of solid fuel in swirl injection hybrid rocket were studied. In generally, axial injection regression rate was tending to be decrease with axial distance, beyond which increased with increasing axial distance from the leading edge. On the other hand, swirl injection regression rate was high at the leading edge of the fuel and comparatively uniform regression rate at the downstream. Overall regression rate of swirl injection was increased about 54% for the overall regression rate of axial injection. Through this study, it was found that using swirl injector was useful in applying to the small sounding rocket.
