毅齋 宋鎬完의 삶과 교유의 일면: 도학적 지향의 실천을 중심으로

宋鎬完(1863∼1919)의 본관은 恩津, 자는 愚若‧羽若‧禹若, 호는 毅齋이다. 陜川 幷木 출신으로 郭鍾錫의 문인이다. 1905년(光武 9) 乙巳勒約이 일어나자 崔益鉉 등과 義兵의 거사를 시도했고, 1919년 巴里長書運動에 서명한 유림 대표 137명의 한 사람으로 유명하다. 개인의 저작을 담은 毅齋文集 이 전하고 근대 전환기를 대표하는 학자로 그 면모에 주목할 이유가 충분하지만 이와 관련한 연구성과는 부재한 상황이다. 이 글에서는 송호완의 의재문집 및 몇몇 관련 기록을 바탕으로 송호완의 삶과 교유의 일면을 고찰하고자 하였다. 송호완은 家學을 바탕으로 스스로 글을 익혀 학자의 반열에 들어섰다. 李滉과 曺植 등 선현을 추숭하고 郭鍾錫의 문하에서 활동한 모습이 보인다. 망국의 현실에서 국권을 회복하기 위한 일환으로 학파 간 분열 및 단절을 극복하고 道學을 계승하기 위해 노력했다. 이는 宋挺濂의 후손으로 대명의리를 추존한 모습에서 비롯된 결과로 보인다. 송호완 사후 그를 추모한 만시에는 유림을 규합하기 위한 노력과 도학이 단절된 안타까움이 묻어난다. 이를 통해 송호완이 학문과 교유를 통해 이룩한 성취를 돌아볼 수 있다. Song Ho-wan (宋鎬完) hailed from the ancestral hometown of Eunjin (恩津) and his courtesy name is Uyak (愚若‧羽若‧禹若), and his penname, Uijae (毅齋). He was born in Byeongmok (幷木) in Hapcheon (陜川) and pursued his studies under the tutelage of Gwak Jong-seok (郭鍾錫). When the Japan-Korea Treaty (Treaty of Eulsa) was signed in 1905, he tried to organize volunteer troops with Choi Ik-hyun (崔益鉉) and others. He gained renown as one of the 137 representatives of Confucian scholars who signed the petition to the Paris Peace Conference in 1919. Although there is good reason to pay attention to this aspect as a scholar representing the modern transition period, there is no research result in this regard. In this article, based on Song Ho-wan's Uijaemunjip (毅齋文集) and some related records, I have tried to examine one aspect of Song Ho-wan's life and companionship. Song Ho-wan was a self-taught scholar who held great respect for Yi Hwang (李滉) and Jo Sik (曺植), and received guidance from Gwak Jong-seok. With a fervent desire to revive the nation from its state of decline, he endeavored to bridge the divides between different schools of thought and uphold the principles of Dohak. His lineage as a descendant of Song Jeongryeom (宋挺濂) and his dedication to the principles of loyalty to Ming China (大明義理) greatly influenced his pursuits. Following his passing, the elegiac poem for Song Ho-wan reflects his tireless efforts to unite Confucian scholars and laments the estrangement of Dohak from the populace. Through this, it is possible to look back on the achievements that Song Ho-wan achieved through learning and companionship.

In recent years wind turbine technology has undergone rapid development in response to the demands for increased use of renewable sources of energy. Using a wind turbines for production of electrical energy require reliable operation. The increased share of wind power in electric power system makes it necessary to have grid-friendly interfaces between the wind turbines and the grid in order to maintain power quality. Increasingly wind turbines are being connected into electricity distribution systems. The grid-connected wind power stations have many impacts on the power system such as voltage variations, harmonics, flickers and protection. This paper shows the influence of grid-connected wind power generation system on bus voltage. As shown in this paper, it is necessary to develop measurement program and system in order to analysis and ensure the proper operation of grid-connected wind power generation system.
유한요소해석을 이용한 세장비가 큰 직사각컵 다단계 디프 드로잉-아이어닝 공정의 최적 금형설계

Optimum tool design is carried out fur a multi-stage rectangular cup deep-drawing and ironing process with the large aspect ratio. Finite element simulation is carried out to investigate deformation mechanisms with the initial design made by an expert. The analysis considers the deep drawing process with ironing for the thickness control in the cup wall. The analysis reveals that the difference of the drawing ratio within the cross section and the irregular contact condition produce non-uniform metal flow to cause wrinkling and severe extension. For remedy, the modification guideline is proposed in the design of the tool and the process. Analysis results confirm that the modified tool design not only improves the quality of a deep-drawn product but also reduces the possibility of failure. The numerical result shows fair coincidence with the experimental one. After tryouts of the tool shape, the rectangular cup has been produced in the transfer press.

변전소 모선전압 관리개선을 통한 배전 규정전압 유지에 관한 연구

This paper proposes the method maintaining the distribution voltage within specified limits by the management improvement of substation bus voltage. It is common to install OLTC(On Load Tap changer) equipped with AVR(Automatic Voltage Regulator) and DVM(Digital Volt Meter) at the distribution substation to regulate load voltage against the variation of load demand. The present method of voltage regulation has the possibility to lead to overvoltage or under-voltage because of not considering heavy or light condition of load. In proposed voltage regulation method, load patterns are classified into three categories(peak, normal and light load) and three DVMs are paralleled. The results shows that the voltage profile is improved.
