허성관은 지구상에서 재해의 큰 틀로 볼 때 산업재해는 인생재해의 일부분으로 보고 지구상에서 가장 중요한 것이 인간의 삶 즉 요람에서 무덤까지의 자기가 살아온 인생여정의 황혼길에서 잘 못살았다. 헛살았다. 즉 인생재해를 당하지 않아야 한다고 주장하였고 Huh 인생재해발생이론을 제시하였다. 이 지구상의 인간 모두가 자기의 인생을 아름답게 보람되게 살기를 원하고 또 자기의 삶의 흔적이 아름답기를 바라며 사람에 따라 살아가는 인생길은 간단하기도 하고 복잡하기도 하다. 이 지구상에는 인간에게 유혹하는 인생재해의 요인이 너무나도 많으며 인간이 인생재해를 당하지 않기 위해서는 일평생동안 교육과 깨침과 매사의 조심과 감정교육, 유아교육, 가정교육, 학교교육, 사회교육, 평생교육 그리고 종교철학을 통한 고행과 깨침으로 인생재해를 당하지 말아야 할 것이다. In this paper, Prof. Huh propose a life disaster occurrence theory that covers all of our life disasters including industrial disaster, environment disaster. According to his theory, we consume a lots of wasted times or efforts to prevent various disasters in our life. Therefore, we can analyze these disasters in various heuristic methods. A classification on disaster factors and disaster flow chart is suggested and then the detailed analyses is followed.

SiCxNy film is deposited by electron cyclotron resonance plasma chemical vapor deposition system using SiH_4(5% in Ar), CH₄ and N₂. Ternary phase SiCxNy thin film deposited at the microwave power of 600 W and substrate temperature of 700 contains considerable amount of strong C-N bonds. Change in CH₄flow rate can effectively control the residual film stress, and typical surface roughness of 34.6 (rms) was obtained. Extremely high hardness (3952 Hv) and optical transmittance (95% at 633 nm) was achieved, which is suitable for a LIGA mask membrane application.

This paper propose an alternative methodology to construct the dynamic failure model of a spot weld under combined loading conditions for auto-body crash analyses using cross-tension and lap-shear tests. In order to construct the failure model proposed by Song and Huh, failure tests of spot welds should be carried out at intervals of 15˚ from 0˚ to 90˚ or cross-tension and pure-shear tests. But this methodology is not practical because of too difficult and a large number of experiments. In order to substitute lap-shear tests for pure-shear tests, correlation equation between failure loads of pure-shear and lap-shear tests is derived from stress distribution that was assumed around a nugget at failure of a spot weld. Using failure loads of lap-shear and cross-tension tests and β-norm 1.45, Song and Huh’s dynamic failure model of a spot weld is constructed simply. With the failure model which is constructed by the alternative methodology, FE analyses in which are failure loads and failure behaviors of the spot weld are investigated carried out.

This is to analyse Emerson’s Essays: Second Series in terms of his encounter with Buddhism in the early 1840s. Emerson struggled with the idea of change in Buddhism. This idea was the opposite to Emerson’s belief in the permanence of the individual self. The death of his son made him rethink his belief in the eternity of self. On the other hand, Emerson accepted the idea of Karma in Buddhism because this idea was in harmony with his own belief. The idea that morality is the core of Buddhism and a means to spiritual enlightenment is helpful to solidify his own values. Emerson’s approach to Buddhism is inevitably connected with his commitment to shape the American self. His resistance to the idea of change in Buddhism reflects his private spiritual struggle and his effort to define a new nation. His acceptance of the key Buddhist ideas sharpened his spiritual understanding, showing his openness to new ideas.
FIRE를 이용한 디젤 엔진 연소, NOx 및 매연 모사 계산 및 검증

In this study parametric investigation is performed for a diesel engine with respect to EGR rate, injection timing. The engine is a heavy duty diesel engine operated with early injection timings to simulate an HCCI engine mode at a low rpm. The commercial code FIRE is employed for prediction of in-cylinder spray, combustion and production of NOx and soot emissions. Different sprays models including no breakup with a fixed SMD and Huh-Gosman model are tested for comparison with measurements. The Arrhenius type Shell ignition model is used with the standard set of constants for autoignition. The eddy dissipation model and characteristic time scale model are used for comparison during premixed and diffusion controlled combustion phases. Models for spray atomization and turbulent combustion involve some arbitrary constants, which require tuning for given specific cases. However results do not show much dependence on choice of the constants in reasonable ranges. Simulation results agree well with the measured data set for pressure traces, NOx and soot emissions for all 9 parametric cases.
복합하중조건에서 AHSS 점용접부의 준정적 파단특성 연구

This paper is concerned with the failure characteristic and the failure load of spot welds of AHSS under combined axial and shear loading conditions. The testing fixture and the specimen are newly designed to impose the pure-shear load on a spot weld. The testing fixture and the specimen proposed Song and Huh1 are used to impose the combined axial and shear load from 0° to 75° on spot welds. Using those testing fixture and specimens, failure tests of the spot weld of 590TRIP 1.2t, 780DP 1.0t, and 980DP 1.2t are conducted with seven different combined loading conditions. Based on the experimental results, failure loads and failure behaviors of the spot weld are investigated with respect to different loading angles. Failure loads of the spot weld obtained from failure tests are interpolated to construct Song and Huh’s failure model1, which facilitates the failure description of spot welds in the macroscopic finite element analysis of auto-body structure.
