In this study, Automatic design program creates 3D solid models and constructs them. The method of making assembly model is two. One assembles the element made in automatic design program with hand, the other develops the automatic design program for creating assembly model. Automatic design program improves the convenience of user. In creating gears, involute curve and Trochoidal fillet curve are made by mathematical development.

Objectives : This study was aimed at investigating liver protection mechanism of Moschus by inducing liver toxicity through $CCl_4$ in mice and evaluated histological and serological findings. Methods : Experiment groups was categorized into untreated normal group, $CCl_4$ treated control group, and orally administered Moschus experiment group. At the termination of experiment, gross examination of the liver as well as histological findings, and Total protein, Total bilirubin, Direct bilirubin SGOT, SGPT, and ALP contents in the serum were evaluated. Results : 1. For gross examination and histological findings, $CCl_4$ treated control group showed destroyed lobular structure, increased fibrosis, as well as hepatic cirrhosis. For the group treated with Moschus, the lobular structure suffered less damage, and showed lower level of fibrosis and liver cirrhosis compared to the control group. 2. For serum analysis, Total protein were significantly increased in the Moschus experiment group than the control group. 3. Total bilirubin didn't show significant differences between the two groups. but direct bilirubin was significantly increased in the Moschus experiment group than the control group. 4. SGOT, SGPT, were significantly decreased in the normal and Moschus experiment groups compared to the control group. 5. ALP was significantly decreased in the normal group compared to the control group, but Moschus experiment group didn't show significant differences compared to the control group. Conclusion : Taken together, Moschus can be effectively used for recovering the liver functions and further researches must be conducted to verify the efficacies of Moschus bile juice.

Iatrogenically developed immunosuppression-associated Kaposis sarcoma is the result of immunosuppressive therapy after an organ transplantation, particularly after a renal transplantation. Since the advent of powerful immunosuppressive agents such as cyclosporine, recently the incidence of Kaposis sarcoma has been increased. In addition to immunosuppression, other factors, such as genetic predisposition, environmental and geographic factors, and oncogenic viruses, may play a role in the pathogenesis of this tumor. Ilerein we report a case of Keposis sarcoma with multiple organ involvement of the skin, lung, small intestine and mesenteric lymph node in a renal allograft recipient who received cyclosporine and prednisolone. Reduction of the dosage of immunosuppressant for 1 month resulted in improvement of the cutaneous lesions. (Kor J Dermatol 1997;35(3): 551-555)

The purposes of this study is to analyze the concept and characteristics of the mat-building and implement a design using it. Mat-building features multi-purpose through horizontal and vertical zoning of the program, and the growth and scalability of the building connecting to the city and forming a network. As a design proposal through these features, this study select a major program as a stadium and propose a mat-building that accommodates community beyond the use of a single function of the existing stadium.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the concept and characteristics of collective space and to systematize the method of constructing collective space accordingly. This study analyses the case of Ishigamis Junya through a system of three combined methods for constructing set spaces. By categorizing the examples of Junya according to each method, we discuss the techniques for organizing collective spaces in Junya architecture. Through this, it is possible to understand his collective space construction techniques that emphasize nature and design free and fluid spaces.

강원도 정선 지역에서 테일러스가 발달하는 사면의 습윤지수를 산정하여 강우시 한시적으로 형성되는 수계와 테일러스의 관계를 고찰하였고, 습윤지수 도면을 통하여 테일러스 분포 특성을 파악하였다. 또한 테일러스 사면을 안정형 테일러스와 불안정한 테일러스 형태로 구분하여, 역의 크기, 분포, 퇴적 방향 등의 야외 노출 상태를 기재하였다. 테일러스 사면에 대한 낙석시뮬레이션을 통하여 테일러스 사면에서의 낙석방호시설의 적정 설치 능력 및 위치에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. We performed a hydraulic analysis based on the wetness index of talus slopes in Jungsun, Gangwon province. We estimated the relation between the degree of development of the temporary water system, and talus topography and distribution. We also assessed the distribution of talus based on a map of the wetness index. We divided areas of tallus into stable and unstable types, and estimated the size, distribution and shape-preferred orientation of clasts. We performed numerical simulations of rockfall events to assess the optimum location of rockfall barriers upon talus slopes.
