하악 무치악 환자에서 임플란트 하이브리드 보철물을 이용한 전악 수복 증례

무치악 환자의 임플란트 보철 치료는 지지, 유지, 안정성, 발음 등의 측면에서 더 우수한 결과를 보인다. 임플란트를 이용한 무치악 환자의 치료는 다양하며, 크게 가철성과 고정성으로 나눌 수 있다. 가철성 치료에는 임플란트 유지 및 지지 피개의치가 있으며, 고정성 보철치료에는 ceramo-metal 보철물과 임플란트 하이브리드 보철물(implant hybrid prosthesis)이있다. 치료계획의 수립은 잔존 치조제, 연조직, 악간 관계, 환자의 경제적 상황 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 수립해야 한다. 임플란트를 이용한 하이브리드 보철물은 고정성 치료를 통해 환자에게 적절한 교합력을 제공하고 심리적인 안정감을 주는 동시에 적절한 연조직의 회복을 통한 심미적인 결과를 얻을 수 있다. 본 증례는 73세 여환으로 상악 Kennedy Class I 부분 무치악과 하악 무치악 상태로 내원하였다. 상악에는 우측 견치부터 좌측 제1소구치까지 7개의 잔존치를 이용한 가철성 국소의치, 하악은 양측 측절치와 제1소구치 부위에 4개의 임플란트 고정체를 이용한 하이브리드 보철물로 최종 치료 진행하였으며 치료 후 기능적, 심미적으로 만족스러운 결과를 얻었기에 이를 보고하고자 한다. Implant prosthodontics is beneficial for edentulous patients in enhancing the support, retention, stability, phonation and so on. Various types of prosthesis supported by implant, including implant retained- or supported- overdenture for the removable type and ceramo-metal and fixed prostheses with processed acrylic teeth for the fixed type, are frequently used. Treatment planning for the prosthesis with implant must be made after considering individual characteristics such as form of residual ridge, soft tissue, interocclusal relationship, economic status. Fixed prosthesis with processed acrylic teeth (also known as 'implant hybrid prosthesis' or 'bone anchored bridge') has the advantages of both removable and fixed prosthesis such as proper soft tissue profile, esthetic outcome, increased masticatory efficiency and psychological stability. The 73-years-old female patient came to the department of prosthodontics, Dental hospital of Yonsei University. She was diagnosed with Kennedy class I partial edentulism in the maxilla and complete edentulism in the mandible. This article reports a satisfactory clinical and esthetic outcome of full mouth rehabilitation using removable partial denture in the maxilla and implant hybrid prosthesis in the mandible.

N/A A Numerical technique has been developed for the coupled heat transfer and fluid flow calculation during the casting process. In this method the SMAC technique was coupled with the concept of Volume of Fluid(VOF) to calculate melt free surface and velocity profiles within the melt, and the Energy Marker method coupled with the finite difference method was proposed for the convective and conductive heat transfer analysis in the casting. When comparing numerical calculations with experimental observations, a close correlation was evident. It has been shown that this technique is useful for proper gating and casting design, especially for thin-walled castings.
TSP 센서 전극용 Nano Silver Paste 제조 및 물성

Recently, touch screen panel (TSP) is becoming larger in size from smart phones to table PC, large-sized advertising touch panel and etc. When the size of screen becomes larger problem of slowed response speed occurs, using ITO electrode as sensor electrode. To solve this problem, new technology is in development that uses nano silver paste instead of ITO as sensor electrode. In this research, as a new synthesis method, nano silver powder has been developed by electron beam. By compounding the newly developed nano silver powder and original submicron silver powder, Hybrid silver paste has been produced. Using the produced paste, 4㎛, 7㎛ micro patterns were realized.

The conventional computing is a centralizing system, but it has been gradually going to develop ubiquitous computing which moves roles away from the main. The Community Computing, a new paradigm, is proposed to implement environment of ubiquitous computing. In this environment, it is important to accept the user demand. Hence in this paper recognizes pattern of user's activity statistically and proposes a method of pattern estimation in community computing. In addition, user's activity varies with time and the activity has the priority. We reflect these. Also, we improve accuracy of the method through Knowledge Base organization and the feedback system. We make program using Microsoft Visual C++ for evaluating performance of proposed method, then simulate it. We can confirm it from the experiment result that using proposal method is better in environment of community computing.
성실성과 신경증의 상호작용이 창의수행과 안전수행에 미치는 영향에서 조절초점의 매개효과

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating roles of regulatory focus on the relationship between the interaction of conscientiousness and neuroticism and creative performance and safety performance. Specifically, this study examined the mediating role of promotion focus on the relationship between the interaction of conscientiousness and neuroticism and creative performance, and the mediating role of prevention focus on the relationship between the interaction of conscientiousness and neuroticism and safety performance. In oder to testify hypotheses, data were collected by the survey from 214 blue collar workers. It was found that conscientiousness was positively related to creative performance and this positive relationship was stronger for the people with low neuroticism in comparison to the people with high neuroticism. The relationship between the interaction of conscientiousness and neuroticism and creative performance was completely mediated by the promotion focus. Also, conscientiousness was positively related to safety performance and such positive relationship was stronger with the people with low neuroticism than high neuroticism. However, the relationship between the interaction of conscientiousness and neuroticism and safety performance was not mediated by the prevention focus. On the basis of these results, academic and practical implication, limitation, and suggestion for future research were discussed.

Some studies on electrochemical additive manufacturing of metals were summarized in this technical report, and development status of selective electrochemical 3D printing technology was introduced. In order to apply it to the PCB mass production process, essential considerations how to overcome the fundamental problems, such as the sizing, process sequence and PCB process design have been described.

During the past decades urban transit has grown to the principal public transportation. As unexpected failures/accidents occur, more systematic approach for securing safety and enhancing reliability of urban transit has been required. In this research, we aim to develop the reliability evaluation system to predict life-cycle of equipment which have critical influences on the entire system by using RCM(Reliability Centered Maintenance) technique. For systematic collection and analysis of failure history, BOM(Bill Of Materials) creation and standardization of failure code classification have been first done. For development of the reliability evaluation system, RBD(Reliability Block Diagram) is constructed based on BOM, and RAMS(Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety) analysis and FMEA(Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) have been performed. Ultimately, this developed system issues a list of parts which are needed to be inspected and repaired.
